When Demon Child Become Human

When Demon Child Become Human
␑| Cuisine?

As requested, this morning we ate my cooking.

They all filled every table bench, there were five empty benches at the corner because our number was only nine out of twelve members available for each club. Moreover Fate is still in the Lucian-no mansion, every morning is always there because it is his residence.

Another empty bench is Crist. He went down for a moment, but went up again to the room. There is unfinished business he said, and that data should be submitted today as well. As usual, the bespectacled young man was always busy with piles of documents.

Why is the atmosphere different this morning? I mean they're so quiet, even look tense? I decided to turn to Daniel right on the right side and he returned my gaze at an awkward smile. It was so strange to see Daniel like this, his expression was unusual.

Others ... surprised? I can understand because almost two years of my arrival at Vaughan, only now prepare food for them.

It's not bad, is it? I began to dare to do the likes that my loved ones used to teach. It felt as light as being able to remember him without tightness in the chest. However, Cecil was screaming when he saw me holding a knife in the kitchen .. if Daniel did not calm him down; dragging the little girl and whether they had spoken later. The other members too, they just peeked out from behind the wall. I'm glad they helped.

Ended up trapped in awkward condition until now. I shouldn't have forced myself, watching me cook like an anomaly until they all fell silent. I started to put my fingers on the table. Not feel-good-

"Hooo, are you waiting for me?"

That voice, Crist! He descended slowly as he turned towards all of us, a face also reflected a light smile.

The dark blue eyes were closed and the young man chuckled. "Tumbens! But the breakfast was pretty much, what ingredients do we have until later tonight? Who's cooking for today?"

Ah, forget that every day we have a schedule of who to cook. Usually I just clean up and always help if you are free, so do not pay attention to the daily schedule. Did I make the person on duty today feel any difficulty? And it's also true, it was too excited to prepare this much food. I started to breathe out a long breath.

"I'm on duty today. No matter what, look forward to being heated again in the afternoon. There's still material left for tonight" Cecil said.

Crist nodded in understanding and began to sit right on the bench beside me that was empty. "So, now what are we waiting for?"

Slowly, he began to throw a glance at each meal on the table and ended up staring at the little girl. "You busy later, Cil?"

"Huh? No! I know that cooking is always right. Yeah, because I'm not the one who cooks despite my schedule, so it's this way too much."

"Then, who?"

Answering his question, the tiny arms began to point right at me making Crist end up lashing out. Wh-what's that weird? I started to fall in an awkward gasp and touched the nape of the neck.

Crist started laughing dryly. "Y-yes, then let's eat!"

I snorted and started not caring around. It is better to eat first, nine o'clock already has to go and make observations in the next town. After being tasted, it did not feel much different like before. But .. ha-ah, Aion's tomato soup does taste better than mine.

Brak!

I am really surprised! Suddenly Crist stood up by slamming two hands on the table. Instantly he sat back down and turned his head towards me very quickly, making me gasp and almost fall off the bench. It's rare to see Crist act like this-ah!

He clasped my hands together over a radiant face and spoke excitedly, "For the sake of increasing income, the academy with members of the cooking hobbyists will open a small restaurant on the outskirts of Eyphis City. Red, be one of the cooks there!"

"Well?!"

"O-oi glasses, what the fuck do you mean?!" Daniel yelled and pointed right at Crist but the one who was going to take me off, faced back in front of him in a fiery expression.

His hands clenched tightly, Crist exclaimed, "I saw a business opportunity!"

"Wooow!" This time it was Cecil who started screaming, but his face ... shone? Like awe and pleasure. Ah, the little girl started eating so voraciously, I was afraid she was choking----

"What the fuck?!" Heh, why is everyone raising their voices? I turned back to Daniel who had been standing up eh, was Daniel angry? The sharp green eyes began to glare at me. "You, you brash! You said you didn't want to cook but your cooking is this good?! What kind of humiliation is this?!"

The other members began to try to calm down our chairman because Daniel kept raving incessantly. At first they were silent, then noisy like this. What poisoning? Uh, just put in the appropriate material

... It feels fine to me too. I started scratching my head but Crist laughed beside me. I glanced a little bit-ah, her face was calm again.

"Red, this is really a surprise."

"Yes, I didn't think you could cook. You always stay away from the kitchen. Hahaha, maybe this could be a good report. Haah, if Fate can taste this," Crist said with a light smile.

Fate ....

I pulled out my phone, still at half-seven. Has Fate had breakfast? Does he mind if I call----

"Call me!"

Ha! Crist patted me on the back and accidentally pressed the call button. God, must have bothered him because it's still early in the morning? Appointed. I started to put the phone closer to my ear.

"Red's? What's the matter calling me?"

Gosh, her voice is much more cute and innocent by phone! I slightly scratched my cheek awkwardly as I blushed and replied, "Ah, eem .. sorry, but have you had breakfast? Want to eat with the club kids? It just so happens we make a lot of food."

"Oh? Yes, Mr. Lucian has left first so there is no breakfast. I'll be there soon."

And the call ended. I shut my mouth with my left hand, this is the first time I've contacted anyone other than the mission. Oh, my God, that must be embarrassing! Immediately I put the phone on the table and slightly rubbed the eye patch with the back of the hand.

This morning it was wild ... just because of my cooking?

A few minutes passed and fortunately now they had calmed down, started eating breakfast properly. Cecil looked so full that his head lay on the table-well, it was an exaggerated depiction.

Before long the sound of the door squeaking sounded, I turned towards the front door as the sound of footsteps drew closer. It turned out to be Fate and fortunately there was still food left.

The girl began to put some of her luggage on one of the empty benches and sat down on another bench nearby. Slowly, start flipping the available dishes and grabbing some food. Before that, some of the club members smiled and greeted Fate whom he warmly replied.

Everything is normal and natural, but why am I so nervous?

Until Fate took one mouthful, his marble arms stopped with eyes glancing around, like trying to talk to the available person. Finally, his gaze stopped between me and Crist. "This .. is very good. I've never tried a meal like this, who's cooking?"

"Umm, me," I replied nervously by stroking the back of the neck, but Fate's face changed slightly?

"Can you cook?"

"justified! Red, you're selfish to have skills but not share with us! From now on you should always cook for the club!" Suddenly Daniel barked back, right at me.

Then, panic and surprise began to strike. "Heee, but what if I'm on a mission?"

Daniel froze, growling a little and clenching his hands. Soon he snorted and started pointing again. "In addition to the mission, mandatory! That's your punishment!"

Ah, Crist again chuckled even to the point of looking away. Either have to feel happy or how, they seem to .. like my cooking?

In the past, I was with my loved ones who often spent time recognizing the flora and fauna that could be consumed - say we lived in the middle of the forest - as well as trying to make a variety of food. Maybe, you could say I am good at cooking because of this experience? The practice of studying various recipes survived hundreds of years .. I began to snort.

It's a shame, my advantage is cooking, not fighting.

"I didn't mean to hide this from you. I used to refuse because there were bad memories of cooking, so I was always away from it. But now, it doesn't seem bad either" I said languidly, looking at the hands that were now interlocked.

I started to raise my face and look at the whole person sitting behind the table. They looked casually at me, some even smiled. Yeah, other than Daniel folding both hands over a rattle like a kid. I chuckle at him.

This warmth ... instantly in my head was a memory, with which I sat face to face on a tiny table. Smiling; laughing; joking, a closeness spent together. Fate and Daniel said, There is a point.

Repeating sweet events with loved ones brought me closer to her.

I smile until my eyes are closed. "I don't mind cooking for you. Like this, it's fun too!"
