Just a little break

Just a little break
A Silent Night Without Stars (Part 1)

Veryn started telling her story with the girl she recommended to be my subject. His clenched fingers were unceasingly tapping, making a sound on our dining table.

“She's a young girl of about 21 years old," Veryn said.

“Ouran we donk?” my many.

“Hmm right he's an only child from a family who is quite well-respected near my home complex. I had seen and talked to him a while ago, when I accidentally met the morning run around the compound near the house. Distance from my house and he is only on the sidelines by 4 houses and is in the same row.”

Veryn continued her story while sipping a glass of her ordered lemon tea.

“Then?” continue many.

“At that time we were taking a short break in the flower garden, he first started the conversation, the person was polite loo Puut, meek just a bit strange," said Veryn.

With a somewhat astonished and confused look time said it. The story really gets curious. “Any where Veer is?” my many.

Jadin was very curious. So many new maids.

“Iya weird, time in the middle of a conversation about campus issues she said gini.”

“Beautiful morning, now my life I leave myself completely to you, my consciousness half drowned in the game of your heart.”

"I wonder why in the middle of the conversation suddenly his eyesight was glued to a big tree, and then said like that. The astonished me asked, Why are you?”

He also replied, “Ahh engga’ anything ko.”

“Engga’ is nothing but ko’ suddenly your talk becomes strange," said Veryn.

“Explained also free, you ga’ will understand what I explained, because you ga’ can squirm what I saw and understand what I feel.”

"It's just a complicated language. I feel uncomfortable with the chat. Finally broke up to go home first on the grounds of wanting to master the task of the Code of Psychological Ethics. But as it stood there was something even stranger that he said" Veryn said.

“What tuuhh Ver?” my many.

More curious about the story. The more curious also make my child become the object of my research. If you think twice, make it a child of my research object.

“She said this," said Veryn.

“You want to go home first? but be careful there's something stuck in your leg."

“Ahh what?”

I saw nothing at my feet. There are only parises doang. “Mana, nothing? just make it up to you" said Veryn.

"In a resentful tone. With an annoyed look and look, I hurried my way home to leave him who smiled wiggly at me."

Then, Veryn began to tell the story of the girl named Aini in great detail. Plus the story from his father about what happened to the girl's family.

Veryn was confused. I don't know why he came home from the flower garden and talked to the girl. His right leg is heavy and heavy. It felt like it was tied to a heavy burden. At first he thought it was just ordinary seals because the run time this morning did not warm up.

After bathing, breakfast, relaxing in the living room, sleeping and relaxing again in the yard. Until the night, his legs were still pegel, and the taste of the pegel was consistent. Not reduced and not added, he began to feel uncomfortable with this condition.

Suddenly there was the sound of a car engine and the sound of a horn in front of the gate of the house. Veryn peeked through the window and it turned out that it was her Grandpa's car that had just come from Bandung. Although with legs that still feel pegel and heavy I approached him.

Opening the door to Grandpa's car which had already entered the footpath where the car. Because previously the gate was opened by my father's driver who was looking at the condition of the car to be used for work tomorrow. Her grandfather got out of the car, and Veryn kissed her hand and said hello.

Ask the news and occasionally joke. Then, there is the strange thing again Veryn alamin. His grandfather looked at him with astonished and probing eyes. Especially when he looks at his right foot.

When the gate was closed by his father's driver. Veryn saw behind her Grandfather that Aini was standing across the street from her front. Wearing a white nightgown with her hair fastened to the back and her trademark suspicious smile.

Veryn was wondering what she was doing across the street from her house these nights. I was wearing my sleepwear again. Does he want to stay at my house?

Ahh but there is no way his house is bigger and more luxurious than my house, anyway also in what order he wants to stay in my house. Finally the three of them with their Grandpa driver walked towards the door of the house that was still open. Because Veryn, hasn't closed it when she approached her grandfather earlier.

Veryn while continuing to think about what the strange child was there for. Night-night, girls instead of sleeping even wandering around wearing night clothes. When he looked back to see his position from between the handles of the gate, he was no longer there.

That made Veryn even more wondering. But, have done what is too thought unimportant also according to him. After saying hello and being welcomed by his father and mother. Veryn drove her Grandpa driver straight to the guest room.

To put luggage or precisely souvenirs for grandparents, who at that time could not accompany him to go to the reunion. Due to his poor health. Then, after that Veryn immediately returned to the family room to watch a television show that night. Still remains the same, still in the condition of the next heavy foot.

From the family room Veryn faintly heard the conversation of Grandpa and his Father. His grandfather immediately asked some questions to his father. Then it was answered with a little stammering by his father, who was a little astonished. Because suddenly asked a question, which is arguably a strange tone.

Broadly speaking, his father only told him that. Veryn this morning ran out of the morning, and it was almost her routine every morning. Especially on holidays.

"Is there a big tree around here?” ask Grandpa.

Veryn's father nodded. It is said that around the complex there are indeed very large trees. There are around this complex flower garden, large banyan trees that have been around for hundreds of years.

The banyan tree. According to the stories of the elders of the people here. The tree was used to hang the natives by the Dutch army. Then, the same thing was done by Japan when they colonized Indonesia.

“Ooh fast,” says Grandpa.

“Befit, What does Dad mean? from earlier Bayu ga’ understands talk Daddy?”

His grandfather explained it briefly. Then call him to the dining room. With legs still sore and heavy Veryn approached his Father and Grandpa. His grandfather's gaze did not escape paying attention to the condition of his grandson's legs.

“What's up, Yah?” ask Veryn.

“Oh this Grandpa wants to see your situation, but your feet why baby, how the road like that, hurt ya?”

“Veryn also not tw nih, after returning home running this morning tau-tau feet so heavy like this,” said Veryn.

Grimacing. His feet were very sore and heavy. He felt that nothing was wrong with his feet. A sprain of baseball, clumsiness also not. But the coke, not lost.

Lucky for Veryn. Because tonight, Grandpa's body is tired. Stop by his house, just to rest and look at the grandchildren. Finally, his grandfather explained. If Veryn is not sprained, upset or wrong veins.

If anyone who only sees with physical eyes knows what is going on with Veryn's right foot. His grandfather watched with his eyes. If there is a small child covered in blood with a head without hair and eyes that protrude out are being attached to the right leg of Veryn.

Veryn and her father were surprised to hear those words from Grandpa. Ask why it happened and how it works.
