The Demon Swordsman 2

The Demon Swordsman 2
Ch. 280 - Destroyed

The young man could hardly believe it, for him this was an opportunity for Xin Chen to take what he wanted. All the warriors who came hunting to YuangXe would definitely only want the War God Armor, and that was true. The treasure was hidden in their land.

Xin Chen tied the young man to a tree and knocked him unconscious. The Ghosts of YuangXe were quickly chased through a huge forest that seemed to have no end. Although the path he took was quite complicated Xin Chen could smell human blood. He continued to follow the direction of the Ghosts' escape from YuangXe until they finally met in the river. The ghost from YuangXe who was on the other side already knew of his presence.

He's turning the staggering body. The man's blood kept coming out as the chest-high river water carried his blood into the water current.

"Why did you kill them?" Xin Chen was still trying to speak up nicely, but it was precisely the reply accompanied by the emotions that he got.

"A human like you is disgusting. Interfering in the affairs of others like you is a savior. When we slaughtered a man like you didn't show up."

He stumbled and collapsed on a large rock.

The ghost of YuangXe spewed out a lot of blood that he had been holding in his mouth. His body was almost numb but his mind kept telling him to walk.

"You want to kill your brother. What does all that mean?" Not hearing the answer from the man, Xin Chen raised the sword to the side. "If you want to end their lives I can easily do it. Without having to dirty your hands."

"Do it." The Sahutan he heard sounded more like a desperate moan. "They mean nothing to me anymore. They're not my brothers anymore."

"Don't because of one bad deed you forget all their good deeds."

"I don't care!" The ghost from YuangXe raised his voice high. "It is a rule that if there is a traitor among us, that person will be put to death! And that man ... That guy-!" His throat hurt, blood kept pushing out.

"My child ... I didn't think he'd do it ..."

A little later, the Ghost of YuangXe groaned while squeezing his hair in frustration. Xin Chen himself did not expect that the Ghosts of YuangXe had a family, or indeed the information from the grandfather in the teahouse was just conjecture. He could not say anything while the man was raging.

"If it falls into someone else's hands, it's our history! The emperor will take back this land to avoid war, Yuhao will bring the heirloom run that we guarded. I can't trust that cunning woman for a second, never!"

"Then your leader? Should you kill him when everyone here is losing hope?"

"He said ... We did have to hand over the heirloom to Yuhao. She couldn't believe that Yuhao killed my daughter, only Yuhao had been able to get out of YuangXe all along. And he killed my daughter because of her great power. He was afraid of being born a spirit controller stronger than him."

The problem that runyam is not necessarily the fault of his son. If Yuhao did not say that his dead daughter was being held hostage by a Shang Empire warrior, then his son would not be reckless to give the War God Armor information to an outside swordsman. Rice is already porridge. The ghost of YuangXe was already disappointed by all that made the brotherly bonds in the YuangXe Land of Honor break.

"Yuhao once said he would kill one YuangXe after killing you. I had to kill him before that happened and make sure our leader wouldn't try to bring him to life by any means."

To finish the villagers from house to house. Marking every place that talks about the heirloom and also the land of YuangXe.. Everyone who calls it must die and that is the curse given to it from the ancestors. He was trusted as the guardian of YuangXe for many years.

Therefore keeping YuangXe from a Yuhao kind of person was his duty. The woman hated all who could use the power of the spirit. Including his brothers from YuangXe. He did not want the bond that had been established for hundreds of years to be broken because of one person.

The man slowly slumped, his body falling down to hit a huge rock. His body felt numb for a few seconds, there was nothing he could do but wait for death.

"Send ..."

"Tell yourself."

"Tell my daughter if she's alive ... I love him so much."

"Don't die that easy. Is your name as the Ghost of YuangXe just nonsense? Get up and deliver the message yourself."

There was a ruckus mixed sadly, the Ghost from YuangXe looked at Xin Chen who was only vaguely in his sight. "Western Sacred Tree, inside the tomb of elder number twelve."

Then before long the man let out his last breath, Xin Chen fell silent. Realizing the scar on the male's body was quite severe. It was not just the stab of him that had pierced into the heart of the man, there were various inscriptions on his body. It looked like the Ghost of YuangXe was struck by a curse that made his body die from within.

"I can't keep that promise."

His hands clenched, The ghost from YuangXe clearly told a hidden location that should be unknown to others. If it was true that he did not want any divisions among the YuangXe people and worried about the fate of the War God Armor, giving the sky heirloom for no apparent reason left him confused.

The Illusory Eye was gone. All back on their respective consciousness, hundreds of people swarmed over as they saw the corpses of such an important figure on their ground losing their lives. The Ghost boy from YuangXe became the only person suspected. Right after he woke up, a hovering fist hit his cheekbones.

Repeatedly beaten to a pulp, the young man finally said what had happened. Including his betrayal of the YuangXe people. The unacceptable truth causes endless chaos. Moreover, after they heard the figure they had most avoided had successfully entered YuangXe and was chasing after her father.

"Listen me-! We can't believe the old lady's words!"

"Shut your mouth, traitor! Can you still talk again after inflicting the destruction of YuangXe?!"

The fiery look filled with anger in every pair of YuangXe residents' eyes seemed to judge his actions. The young man did feel guilty, but there was something he had to straighten out.
