The Bujang Lapuk

The Bujang Lapuk
Forgetting to Get Angry

"Mom, I want to stay here first" Za said as Fadhil prepared to return home that morning. Since last night they have been quiet. Za reluctantly rebukes first as well as Fadhil who seems to deliberately not invite him.

"Come, Al!" Fadhil took Alif from Bu Rahma's sling.

Sontak Za. What does it mean try? He didn't take me home but brought Alif. Za grumbled in his heart.

"Sir! Why are you quiet. Your husband's coming home" Za's father scolded.

Za smiled stiffly in response to her father's words. She was forced to participate even though she was still reluctant to go back to her husband's house. Prayer believes the situation will be more unpleasant than it is today.

The vehicle slowly drove up after Za closed the door. Even Alif was still sitting on Fadhil's lap.

"Here Al, Mas!" he took Al from Fadhil's lap.

The baby whined not to be separated from the father. Being in Fadhil's lap while banging on the steering wheel might be fun for him. Because they can't realize the danger.

"Later on, darling. Papa's driving." Za persuaded Alif. But the baby continued to whine at Fadhil's hand. Za is upset that Fadhil is silent without helping to persuade Alif. Her husband was much more childish. The two-day holiday seems useless if they go home they actually quarrel with each other because of misunderstanding.

"Mas, can you stop for a second, right? I'm overwhelmed nenangin Al. Why are you quiet, anyway?" grunts Za.

Fadhil slowly pulled the car over to his shoulder to see Za give up. He went down then turned around to take Alif through the side door.

"Chantian," he said, taking Alif.

"Replacement? Just be right. I can't, Mom."

"Can."

Za clucked then shifted his body. Sitting behind the wheel nervously. Fadhil taught her to drive. Several times down the street but a small road.

"Let's go!"

Za grunting. After successfully convincing himself, slowly the car paved on the road. Za couldn't believe that he could be that sure. Alifa who was in Fadhil's arms was more calm. Not because he had forgotten his desire to play the round handlebar, but Fadhil who tried to persuade him so that the curiosity of the baby can be diverted. It turned out that Za couldn't be as patient as her husband.

Although the time was longer, they finally reached home.

"Yeah! Mama did it, Al! Take her to the showroom tomorrow, yeah!" fadhil said after Za got off.

"No, no!" Za went into the house. The unlocked door indicates that Mbak Min has arrived. Even the floor of the house seemed to have just been dipel because it was a little wet.

"Min Ma'am!" get Za to find her ART in the kitchen.

"Home home, Mother? Mana Mas Al's. I miss him so much."

Alof as a prima donna. All say kangen if a day does not meet. Sometimes Za gets jealous of that. Alif loves too much.

"Mas leaving, huh?"

Fadhil landed his lips on Za's forehead. Za was also jolted by it.

"Mas not angry?"

The man's eyebrows were also linked. A moment later he patted his forehead. "Oh yes, I forget that I'm angry" he said.

It's ridiculous! Za snorted as Fadhil chuckled. Last night she did not even sleep because of Fadhil's cold attitude, but her husband actually made her a joke.

"Mas can't really be mad at you, Za." Fadhil pinched Za's cheek.

"Good at home, yeah. Siang Mas home. What do you want to buy?"

"No need, Mas. I'll try to cook later" said Za.

"No need to bother." Al seems to be exhausted. That's why he's a little fussy. Later in the afternoon we take it to the spa."

Za nodded. Again there is no reason not to apologize for his attitude towards Fadhil yesterday. Raising your voice in front of your husband is certainly not a good attitude. Moreover, Fadhil is only angry because of misunderstanding. And this morning his attitude has returned to how it was.

Za escorts Fadhil until her husband's car is out of sight.. He closed the gate and went back home.

Seeing Mbak Min still invite Al to chat in the back of the house, he did not have the heart to take his son. During this time Mbak Min quite know himself how long he will invite Alif and return to work.

"Budhe wants to be holy first, Al!" mbak Min said then he handed Alif to Za.

Although the laundry is not much, but Mbak Min never piled up work. The house is always clean even hard to find a grain of dust though.

Someone knocked on the padlock with the turnstile over and over again.

"There may be guests, ma'am. Take a look,"

Min went to the front to see who came. A few moments later he returned home.

"Mbak Za, there's a guest. Looking for Mas Fadhil he said," explained Mbak Min.

"Male or female?" ask Za later.

"Woman, Ma'am."

Za was stunned for a moment. She then leaves Alif to Mbak Min and goes out to meet guests who are looking for her husband.
