4 months later.

Maura content is now entering the final semester, Doctors estimate the day of reckoning is born about 2 days more. But from the early hours of this day, Maura was already feeling uncomfortable in her stomach. Baby kicks are more active like thrashing to get out and see the beauty of the world.

Maura felt very heartburn, it was already early in the morning but the heartburn did not stop even more so. Maura rolled around so she accidentally woke Dave up.

"Darling, what's wrong with you ?" Asked Dave in a raucous voice, he tried to gather his focus. Because his head was still a bit dizzy from waking up suddenly.

"My stomach is heartburn, Dave!" Maura replied with a grimacing face.

Without warning Dave immediately carried Maura to the garage. All the maids scramble to help Dave to hold Maura's body which feels very heavy.

Dave immediately started the engine, and drove his car at an above-average speed.

"Hold on a second, baby!" Dave said in a panic

"Dave, don't speed too much, calm down!" Maura warned that her hand was holding the safety belt because it was holding back pain in her abdomen.

Shortly after arriving at Europeen Hospital, Dave takes Maura to IGD. All the nurses who were standing guard there helped to lift Maura's body and lay her down in the cage.

The two nurses pushed Maura's gurney into the delivery room, the nurse knew enough that she would soon give birth.

Dave enters the delivery room, Doctor Cathy is seen checking the opening on Maura.

"The opening is to 4 masters, we have to wait until opening 10" Cathy told Dave.

Dave waits for Maura, who is in pain due to extreme heartburn, to occasionally squeeze Dave's arm until his arm leaves a green and purple scar. But Dave didn't care about the pain. He focused more on giving birth to his wife.

Cathy's doctor checked the opening again on Maura, but the opening hasn't gone up yet. Until he decided to take the step of Caesarean section.

"Sir, we have to perform an operation. Because the opening hasn't been increased yet" Cathy told me.

"alright. Do your best, Doc!"

Cathy's doctor told Dave to autograph the surgery files. Dave also called his family and in-laws. After that he completed the administration and other files.

When the operation was about to take place, Dave entered the operating room dressed in hospital clothes. He stood beside his wife who was struggling to live and die. The air in the operating room was quite cold because the AC was left on, Dave felt goosebumps when he heard the Holter monitor.

Not to forget there is also a team that recorded the historic moment. Indeed Dave chose a covenant delivery with photoshoots that have been provided by the hospital. The goal is that he no longer needs to find a photographer to capture the moment with his wife and baby.

Dave and two nurses invite Maura to chat, while Doctor Cathy performs her duties to perform the surgical procedure. Maura's attention was distracted, so she was surprised when she heard the sound of baby crying.

The nurse was holding one baby, and Cathy was holding the other.

"Congratulations, sir! You gave birth to twin girls and boys" Cathy said with a happy expression.

Maura could not stem her tears, she cried when she saw 2 healthy babies. After the operation, Cathy placed the baby on Maura's chest, causing her heart to shake.

Dave took the other baby, he kissed Maura's face fondly. "Thank you, baby. You've fought so far. I love you."

Maura closed her eyes as Dave kissed her forehead, what a happiness that could not be explained in words.

After the surgery was completed, Cathy gave the nurse instructions to move Maura to the postpartum care room. The nurse had kept the two babies in a crib next to Maura.

The Abellard Family and the Johnson Family entered Maura's treatment room with happy faces, they were impatient to see their new family members.

"Beautiful my niece!!" Valerie happily followed Razel behind her.

"Congratulations Maura and Brother Dave!" Razel smiled at his white teeth.

"Thank you Razel" Maura replied.

"So when are you guys gonna catch up?" Dave stared nosily at Razel and Valerie.

"in 3 months we'll be married know!" Valerie pinched her lips.

Then Albert, Leo, Elline and Sophie approach the cot. They surrounded Maura's bed and the baby with great joy.

"Ah look at my granddaughter so much like me!!" Albert said with pride.

"Hey, look at his nose, that's my nose!!" Leo replied that he would not lose.

Everyone laughed at the small debate between the two men.

"Who do we call them?" Elline asked Maura and Dave.

"I gave Amanda the name Arielle Abellard which means sweet and worthy child to love . And Abellard the surname of her father which means strong and brave noble. And this is Audreen Axelle Abellard which means noble child who became the source of life," Dave said with haru.

"Amanda and Audreen. Daddy likes it," replied Leo enthusiastically.

Dave then approached Maura's bed, wiping Maura's sweaty forehead. Then he kissed all the faces of his wife

"Dear, thank you for bringing me happiness. I love you and will forever be," Dave took Maura's arm, and kissed the back of her palm.

"I love you too, Dave."

Everyone in the room smiled, but the happy word was not enough to describe the atmosphere in the room.

"I wish I too would soon have a family and find a woman who loves me without but," Secretary Keenan murmured inwardly.
