Pain(Tings)
Chapter 19: Syndrome

Sita chose to lock herself in the room for the past few days. The broken heart syndrome that has plagued him for the past two days is aggravating every day. Even a small corner of his own heart laughed at his childish behavior. Even to just get out of bed was the hardest thing Sita did.

His condition is really deteriorating. Especially after Widan explained to him clearly about the matchmaking of the curse made by the Adirajada family with the Agler family which had been planned in the past. When Sita and Widan's grandfather make a friendship. Coupled with business tactics that will be increasingly profitable for both families.

“Ta? Sita, open the door! Mama wants to talk.” The cry that was somehow so many times from the Pratista was not touched by Sita at all.

His mind was empty and all Sita felt was sadness and nothingness. Accidentally, the navy blue curtains were never left open with lights that Sita did not turn on. Everything was silent, messy and empty.

Knowing the truth that we have learned feels very torturous. His heart was bitter with lips that were confused to complain about everything. Sita could only remain silent and shut herself up in silence.

Looks like Pratista's efforts ended in vain again. Sita never even heard her father persuade her. Not himself wanted to be persuaded by Bima, but Sita can conclude that his father never cared for him. Except for the family business that must be seized. Hmh!

Slapping her face, Sita heard another knock. This time not from the door, but from the window that was left tightly closed. Sita's forehead twitching. With a shunt he walked towards the window. Curiosity grows, along with his mind that guesses who did it.

There can't be a polite criminal, right?

Sita shook her head. He had to get rid of his strange thoughts. A broken heart must not dull its senses. Despite this, Sita almost acted foolishly.

Without thinking about the percentage of his appearance that was messy, Sita herself did not want to see his horrible face through the mirror. He shuddered just imagining it. Through a little gap, Sita peeked. But he can't see anything.

Then when the knock was heard again, Sita jumped in shock. The eyes of the perpetrator who knocked on his window stared back at him. Sita immediately closed the curtains and immediately jumped onto the bed while holding her beating chest.

“Heart breaks won't make me hallucinate, will they? Even if possible, is this not too real for just an illusion?” Chief Sita immediately shook his head. He believed it was real.

Even the sound of that knocking was heard again. This time with a voice that he believed that Sita was not hallucinating in broad daylight right now.

“Sita, I know you're in the dalem! Open, Ta! I want to clear something lo.” His screams could have been heard by the people of the house. But it seems Widan doesn't care about it. The man decided to meet Sita to explain something that he should have told her about. Not caring about the labels they have been in for a long time.

Sita's heart felt bursting. He didn't even realize he was crying again. Many flavors are now mixed with it. But the feeling of longing is the most dominant Sita felt. “Widan ... why, you are evil anyway!” lirih Sita while continuing to listen to the voice of Widan who was blocked by the window.

“Sita, plis ... horrifying me well. Come on, let's talk this out with a cool head, okay?” ask Widan who is still trying.

Behind the window that separates the two people, Sita still shook her head. “Nothing you need to explain, Dan,” reply him in a hoarse voice.

Widan drew closer to the window and banged impatiently. “Ta, open the window! It's me, Widan. Ta, don't be rich gini!”

Sita tried to smother her own mouth so that her sobs were not heard by the man. “No want!!!” his yell.

Midan did not give up. He lowered his voice while sighing. “OK, if you don't want to go out. But, horrifying me well ya!”

Don't go, I beg you...

“OK, I'm not leaving. You have no fear, Tata.” Widan's voice softened. Even his call has used me-you sign that Widan is indeed succumbing for him.

Thank you very much, Widan.

“Ta, before I want to be honest with you. Maybe a little bit of this is too late, but for me, it's better to do than not do it at all. Yes, right, Ta?”

Sita began to worry about the direction of this conversation. Moreover, Widan's voice was very limp and sounded desperate. He's not like the Widan Sita knows.

“Hm,” says Sita.

Listening to Sita's voice, even if it is limited to mere darkness, does not at all dampen the intentions of Widan. Next to her hand she clung to the window, hoping she could convey this while looking at Sita and clasping her hands. Really, he is just as confused as Sita. However, he was more stressed on the obligations he had.

“Ta ... can still beat me, right?”

“Iya, uh! Cepet, he said to explain!”

Widan chuckled softly. Although it had been a year of their separation, but Sita's attitude never changed. The girl would still be curious if she did not get the answer.

“You're still the same rich labile teenager, yes, Ta?”

Sita snorted, still had time-widan asked her to joke at a time like this. “Widan ... Ih!”

“Oke-okay, seriously. I'll say this once and I hope, you're really doing well.”

Sita nodded slowly, even though she knew that Widan could not see her.

“I know, I'm a coward. You can say that, if you have listened to this explanation. But, I beg of you, please do not avoid me after this.”

Widan glanced at the watch in his hand. Time is very little left. “Sita, I don't know where to start to tell you. Everything was so sudden that I didn't want to lose you over it. You know right, I—”

“Widan! What are you doing there! Hurry here!”

Widan's explanation was stopped because there was a male shouting voice that Sita believed to be Widan's father, Zeron Agler.
