Forced to Marry My Maid's Son

Forced to Marry My Maid's Son
Retaliation From Andina

“My answer, Dar!” Andina's voice was rising. He didn't care if the table nearby overheard their conversation.

Dara's hands clenched. If today her friendship with Andina will be ruined, no problem. He could no longer bear to be ordinary after what he knew about Andina and Akhyar's relationship.

“Yes, I really like Ronald. You recall? I was the first to know him. I was the one who got closer to him. But, even you are with him? Can you imagine how much it hurts so me?” Dara's eyes stared at the nano. “I'm crying. I don't have a taste for eating. I had it if you remembered that. But I can't do anything. I decided to shut up. Because what? Because I consider you a friend, Din. I don't want to ruin your happiness."

"Why didn't you say it from the beginning? If you say, I'll back off. I know you got to know Ronald first. But, I see you guys like regular friends. If you really like it, you have plenty of opportunities to tell Ronald.”

“I'm not the same as you, Din. We're different. I didn't give up on expressing my feelings first. I can be like you.”

Andina turned her face. For Andina, she did not care who expressed love first. Rather than lose and regret later, he prefers to express it.

“If you can't tell Ronald, why don't you tell me?”

“Already. Don't talk about it anymore. It was my fault that I preferred to hide my love. After all, I've already let you go along with Ronald. What makes me angry is that you wasted Ronald. You cheated on Akhyar. Your brain is not healthy, Din. You cheated on me with a maid? How can you compare Ronald to a servant boy?”

Andina looked at Akhyar. However, Akhyar was not disturbed by Dara's words that denigrated the man.

Akhyar standing. “I go check the repairman first. They will be done soon.”

Without waiting for a response from Andina, Akhyar left.

Andina closed her eyes. He didn't expect his own best friend to have terrorized him. Now, he could no longer see Dara in the same way.

“What are you trying to get by terrorizing me, Dar? Did you get satisfaction? Will you not stop until I miscarry? Didn't he? Or, until when will you stop?”

“Until you realize your mistake. I told Ronald about you and Akhyar. He'll definitely be back in a few days. Maybe at that time I will be satisfied.”

“You told Ronald? You're totally outrageous, Dar. You said it without my permission. You interfered in my life.” Andina stand. “It seems, our friendship should indeed end here.”

Unwilling to prolong the debate again, Andina left. He held his stomach. He was grateful to have found the successor. However, he also regretted having made his long-established friendship, just crumble.

By the time Andina got to the parking lot, the repairman who changed the tires was done. Akhyar is making payments.

“Use my money only,” Andina said.

“Neventless. Just use my money. They gave me a discount for knowing me. That's why they brought the tires here first. Usually, they will not want to do so without receiving payment.” Akhyar smiled at Andina, then thanked the repairman earlier.

Akhyar sighed. “We go straight home or how? Is there anything you want to do here?”

“Neither.” Andina shakes. “Let's go home. Oh, wait a minute.”

“What's up?”

Andina put her hand in the bag. The handkerchief that Akhyar gave him earlier.

“It. Thank you for acting so well. Sorry if this handkerchief gets dirty.” Andina intends to return the handkerchief that became an acting property in front of Dara and Lani.

“Save only. I gave it to you.”

“Why? Not that you said this handkerchief was given by Bu Nani. This must be very valuable to you. This handkerchief is even like it has never been used.”

“Then, save it.”

“I trust you. Don't let Lani see that handkerchief on me. He'll suspect I kept it. You don't want him to know that our marriage is just a show, ‘kan?”

Andina thought for a moment. He then nodded.

“Good. Then let's go home.” Akhyar got into the car. He sits behind the wheel. “How about your script? What is acc?”

“Not yet. There are still a few more to revise.”

“What's the price?”

“Open parts. Must be added again.” Andina leaned back. “Why didn't he say from the beginning that chapter one was less than the beginning. It's like going back to the starting point again.”

Akhyar laughs. “I've read your script. If you want, I can help.”

“Do you understand what I'm talking about in my script?”

“Yes, there are books you can reference. Let's go to the library for a second. I'll show you the book.”

Akhyar and Andina got out of the car. They went to the library to look for the thesis material. Since Akhyar is famous for being the highest-scoring student on campus, Andina believes the man can help her.

When the book that Akhyar wants to show them they find quickly. Andina borrowed the book to the library attendant.  He peeked at the contents while walking towards the parking lot. There are several paragraphs that are very appropriate to the content of the script.

While busy flipping through the other pages, Andina almost fell because of a stumble. It was fortunate that Akhyar swiftly caught his body. Akhyar's hand touched his chest.

“Sorry. I didn't accidentally,” Akhyar said, panicking.

Andina did not answer. He hastened his steps. He's really embarrassed. There was no way he said it was okay while he could feel the palm of the man's hand. And, it is also impossible for him to protest because this is his fault that does not see the way.

Up ahead, Andina saw Dara walking towards her. He thought Dara was going to the library because she was also working on a thesis. But it turns out he was wrong. Dara stopped in front of him. Not just that. Dara slapped a slap that landed on Andina's cheek.

The book in Andina's hand fell. He staggered because of Dara's very hard slap.

Akhyar quickly grabbed Andina's arm. He stood in front of the woman.

“Megir, Akhyar. I have no business with you,” said Dara.

“What's up? Why did you slap Andina? If you're angry because of our marriage, it's your problem, not her.” Akhyar took one step forward.

Dara bit her lower lip. “I felt guilty for terrorizing you, Din. But, now, no. You don't deserve to be pitied.”

“What do you mean?”

“You're the one who cleared my car tire, ‘right? You purposely plucked the tires of my car to avenge what I was doing. Next, what? You also poured avocado juice into my bag?” Dara throws her bag in front of Andina. “You also want to throw red liquid at me? Do!”

Akhyar looked at Andina. That woman has been with him ever since. There's no way Andina's gonna tire Dara's car. If not Andina, who is it?
