“Jack, are you okay?”

Clara now looked at the lover with worry. Just a few hours ago she returned from France but suddenly Jack asked her to find a wedding dress for him. Just three weeks ago the man wanted their marriage to be postponed because Mr Hilton was still lying in the hospital. Clara was now staring worriedly at Jack's face that looked pale and tired, as if he was so deprived of sleep and food.

It was only three weeks that he left this man to take care of some documents in France, but Jack's body seemed to change drastically. His body looked so thin and messy. He has not taken good care of himself for three weeks. Clara looked at Jack with concern, ever since Mr. Hilton fell into a coma, almost all the time the man was given to the Hilton Group.

“Ya, fine.” Jack's short speech now made Clara look at him, so clearly if Jack did not intend to talk to her.

Clara was silent for a moment by squeezing his hand, almost three weeks Jack always ignored his phone calls during his time in France. It was as if he was indeed too disruptive to the man's time. Secretly Clara stared at her lover's face, Jack as if so full of pressure or something like that.

“Jack, you know. If I have to postpone the wedding, I can still wait.”

“And you will leave me?!”

Jack's rising voice suddenly made Clara flinch. Clara swallowed her saliva and looked at the man in confusion. Jack who felt Clara looking at him now clucked in annoyance and looked at the woman with a guilty look.

“Sorry, sorry Chal. I just... so many things I've been thinking about lately.”

Jack said with a guilty look, Clara remained silent and did not answer. Her mother and daughter Katelyn are now living in Jack's home, and her French Bakery has to close because she decided to help care for Mr. Hilton here.

That's all he did for Jack, Jack is much more confident if Mr. Hilton is waiting for him or Mrs Turner – former stepmother of the Hilton family, compared to others. And he understood that, an urgent situation that even he could not resist.

“Didn't we just rest? I'm also a little tired from the trip.”

Clara asked gently and looked at her lover. Jack looked at her and shook his head. Judy's words a few days ago as if always be her thoughts the end of this final –.

"When is Jack? Do you think Clara won't leave until that happens?”

The thought of Clara leaving him behind made him very uneasy, even his break getting disturbed due to it. And before that happens, he must tie Clara by her side, tying the woman to a marriage.

“Sorry Chal, but our time is not much.” Jack said and started the engine of his car and drove to the boutique he had ordered earlier.

“Not much? You mean?” Clara looked at Jack in confusion. Did he miss any information while in Paris? Jack was now silent for a moment before glaring at Clara through the edge of his eyes.

“I've prepared everything, another week we'll get married soon, Chal.”

Clara looked at Jack in disbelief. Did Jack just say in a week? Jack now did not budge when he felt Clara staring at him.

For almost three weeks Clara was in Paris, she had it all ready. From documents to the wedding hall. Except for some things that Clara must be present, such as wedding dresses or some files that must be signed by her.

“Jack? You're... You serious?”

At first the boutique owner refused with such a short distance of time, but eventually they agreed after the price offer that Jack gave. Even Clara herself was so surprised, the price that Jack offered almost half the price of their wedding rental later. Jack was intent on doing all this.

“Alright, Mr. Hilton. I wait for your arrival three more days for the dress fittings, glad to have customers like you.”

Said the boutique owner, a woman with blonde hair with all that height smiling to Jack and Clara. Finally after so much discussion they had about the design of the dress was finished. Jack has such a high fashion sense, inversely proportional to himself that can even wear whatever he has.

“I hope the result does not disappoint Mrs. Grace.”

Jack's words now made Clara gasp at him. Mrs Grace, the boutique owner, was surprised to hear Jack's words, but quickly smiled.

“Will I try my best Mr.”

Mrs. Grace is now giving Jack's black card after the down payment. Without saying a word Jack and Clara came out of the boutique with Clara feeling so unwell. How not, after two hours some boutique waiters helped her change – dress, but Jack instead ordered a custom made that even with a fairly unreasonable time distance.

“What dress is not too excessive Jack?” For nearly two hours Clara held back from asking this question in there. Jack just smiled at her.

“I want to give you the best thing at our wedding.”

Jack's short speech instantly made Clara's face heat up. Jack is not a typical guy who likes to fight, all the words of the man are always sincere from his heart. That's why he likes that guy so much.

“Can you wait for me for a moment? I want to go to the toilet.”

Jack smiled and nodded at Clara's words and looked at the girl who had left him for the toilet. Jack now pulls out his phone, dozens of missed calls from his personal assistant filling the phone screen. Jack clucked in annoyance, forgetting that an hour ago he should have attended an important meeting with his client.

She still could not manage the time well, she really did not expect to choose a wedding dress took this long, even almost three hours. Jack looked at Clara who was still not coming out. But a cell phone call made him flinch. Jack stared at his phone screen in confusion as a call was now back in.

“Judy?” Jack pressed his phone and put it close to his ear.

“Jack, Dad, Dad has realized.”

Judy's five words now make Jack's heart race fast. Without further ado, he began to run out of the boutique into his car, and at high speed he drove his car to the hospital where his father was being treated.

Inside Clara's boutique who saw her just smiled wryly, looking at how Jack who seemed to have completely forgotten himself. This was not the first time Jack had ignored him, after so much he had done for the man, but it was as if Jack was getting further and further away to reach. Now he begins to doubt his decision, is marriage really the best choice?
