One year later's...

Jack was now looking around, just a few meters in front of him he looked at Judy who was waving with a smile of hers. Jack took a deep breath and threw it away slowly, now he was stretching his body, enjoying how the air was outside. The punishment he had been serving as an assassin for this one year was exhausting. How many fights he got in his cell.

Actually prison life isn't too bad for him, if you have the power it'll be a lot easier. But in fact he did not get any privilege in there. Either Judy or her father would want to give her a little life lesson. Since he himself was so certain, if his father had intervened on this matter, he would definitely not have bothered to fall into prison. And he himself was so reluctant to beg the middle-aged man to help him. In fact, he is the killer and he has to face all the consequences.

“How is life in there?”

Judy now ran towards her sister, Jack just shrugged, as if so reluctant to discuss it. Judy just chuckles, as long as Jack's in there he's taking care of GrantHill who almost collapsed it. Although some overseas shares must be sold to cover the loss, but that at least does not make GrantHill must be out of business.

“I think GrantHill needs you as fast as Jack can." Said Judy and looked at her sister. Jack just shrugged, as if uninterested.

“So my brother, I want to enjoy my life for a while.”

Judy smiled at the sister's words. It should have been like this, Jack had to take a short break in the business world. Maybe in prison really gave him a lot of life lessons.

“Where's Anne? It must be getting bigger now."

Jack said as they started walking towards a sedan not far from there. Jack just stared at the sedan wistfully, the car reminded him so much of someone. The car he used almost every day to pick up the girl, even the same car as he waited for the girl for hours in his yard.

“Anne's been so on the rise lately, but she feels like she's lost me. Maybe because I'm too busy.”

Judy laughed, Jack looked at his sister. Although Judy seems to be normal, Jack knows there is sadness in the tone of the woman's speech.

“Do you feel the hassles of taking care of GrantHill kak?”

“No, no Jack. I'm glad to help."

Judy now smiled little looking at her sister. Jack now enters his car, where Mr Tan and Gary, his personal assistant, sit in the front seat. Jack and Judy are in the back seat. Seeing Mr Tan still working for him, Jack smiled. It's a good thing Judy didn't replace Mr Tan with anyone else, Mr Tan was one of his trust drivers. Of the many private drivers he has, only Mr Tan has ever trusted to drive Clara to his office.

"It's good to see you back, sir."

Gary and Mr Tan both said, Jack smiled. Gary and Mr Tan looked back, relieved to see their boss back. Although Jack has a person who is sometimes temperament, but does not cover the fact that he is such a good boss. That's why they've both been so comfortable working with GrantHill for so many years.

“Do you have any information about Chris, brother?”

Jack asked and looked at Judy intensely. Judy who heard it only glanced at her sister at a glance. The car started to go, leaving the big prison.

“Didn't you say you wanted to enjoy your life first, and now you're asking for information about Chris?”

Actually Judy knew where the sister was talking, but she quickly tried to brush off the question. A year has passed, and Jack should have forgotten the girl. The girl had hurt him many times, and she knew Jack wasn't stupid enough to still expect it.

“After I thought, I've been relaxing enough for a year now. And it's time I rebuild GrantHill like I used to.” Jack said, trying to convince Judy.

“Some business Will Group great success abroad, Will Group has so far left us Jack. While I'm still trying to build the frame.”

‘Not such information I want to hear.’

Jack looked out the window. There must be some business he has to do before actually going back to building GrantHill. And she thinks Judy's the right person to take care of GrantHill as long as she takes care of her other business.

“Tuan, PH Group contact you.”

Gary, the assistant, now hands Jack the phone. Jack just looked at the man confused, even though this was the first day he got out of custody, and he didn't know if Steve would call him this soon.

Right on the screen of his phone clearly stated the name ‘Steve’ there. The curious Judy just looked at the sister. PH Group's? Why did he call Jack? Shouldn't all business be through him?

“Halo?”

“I'm waiting for you at the beachside Cafe as usual, there's something I should talk about.” Steve's voice was heard across the phone. Jack frowned, it sounded clear there was something unusual from Steve's remark this time.

“I'll be there soon.” Say Jack and close the call.

“So, there's someone I need to meet. I'll drop you off at GrantHill.”

Hearing Jack's words, Judy looked at her sister in surprise. This was his first day out of custody, and he could have chosen to meet his acquaintances rather than hang out with his family after a long time.

“But Jack, I want to see you soon.”

Judy's spontaneous remarks made Jack look at her. Jack smiled wryly, the middle-aged man was not even willing to help him for the past year and surely he wanted to rule again as well as he could after he came out.

“No, this is much more important.”
