66. Aya's Consciousness

Everyone stared at the delivery room door tensely. The door was slammed from outside. Its loud sound can no longer be hidden from patients who become restless and worried.

"Who are you! No man but doctors and nurses can come in here!"

Doctor Satrio began to notice Arjuna's presence in the room. He turned to Doctor Reina, asking for an explanation.

"Sit down, Doc. Don't emotion. Later your tension goes up," said the nurse calming.

"I'll explain, if you've calmed down. Meanwhile, the entrance can't be opened by anyone!" doctor Reina said firmly.

With a sour face, Doctor Satrio followed Doctor Reina to the operating room. Arjuna followed them from behind.

Arjuna showed the picture on the phone to Aya while smiling with relief. Aya looked at me while rubbing her eyes.

"Let me call Uncle" he said, taking a cell phone.

Doctor Reina smiled. A glimmer of hope appeared. Doctor Satrio's uncle was the head of that hospital.

"Mom doesn't have to say something like that. Aya is my wife. So it is my responsibility to look for it" Arjuna replied. He kissed Aya who was just dumbfounded next door.

"Is your operation so painful?" ask mami. The woman who became old since Aya left, looks worried, because Aya's response was beyond her expectations. Her beloved daughter just stared blankly.

"Who are you?" the sentence that Aya threw out, really surprised everyone. Arjuna even nearly dropped the phone he was holding.

"Yes!" exclaimed Arjuna shocked.

"Sir! Did the kidnappers torture you all this time?" ask papi while hugging my mother who has been crying hard.

"Mbak Aya! You forgot about me who is so handsome? I'm Radit, Ma'am's little sister!" Radit thinks fast, to make Aya recognize one of them.

Aya simply looked at the face of the young man in front of her expressionlessly.

Doctor Reina and Doctor Satrio looked at each other looking at the unexpected development in front of them.

Arjuna hugged Aya, hiding her teary eyes. "It's okay if you don't remember us. Just so we remember you. Then everything will be fine. You'll recover later. I promise I'll find the best doctor to treat your trauma. I'm sorry for this useless one."

Arjuna tightened his embrace. He just let go when he heard his wife moaning in pain. "I'm sorry" he regretted, wiping away the rolling tears.

"So, has the kidnapper been arrested?" ask papi.
