THE ESCAPED BRIDE ESCAPED

THE ESCAPED BRIDE ESCAPED
32. Arjuna 2

Three months passed. During that time, Aya was asked to keep working in the company founded by Dewa and Arjuna. He even had to replace the position of God, because Arjuna is not a happy person to be in the office and work full time. He did not like such strict and orderly rules of time.

Aya refuses subtly, arguing that she has no experience as a director of the company.

But Arjuna did not lose his mind. He said that he would sue Dewa as the founder, for abandoning the company and making it as a loss-making capital owner. And Aya as her widow is required to pay all damages due to God's absence.

Although very annoyed with Arjuna's behavior, but eventually Gayatri was willing to replace the position of God, with one condition. The man no longer brought his women and did perverts in the office!

Since Arjuna agreed to his terms, then eventually Aya returned to work. He is grateful to be able to spend time working. The people in the house no longer looked at him with sad gazes that made him resentful.

"Tomorrow Sunday. You can't make a show!" eyang's message on the phone.

"What's wrong, Eyang?" ask Aya. He still hasn't come home from the office.

"The Arjuna family is coming to talk about your engagement!"

"But, Eyang---"

Aya's words were not finished yet. But the phone connection has been decided by Eyang. He could only grit his molars in annoyance.

"Godaaaa!" he screamed in his heart.

"It was my family who ruled my life. Now you rule my life. Even after you die, you're still not willing to let me go free!" rutuknya angry.

Aya was stunned for a while. He thought of a few tricks to escape the obligation of fulfilling God's request. A picture of God on the desk. His mind drifted back to Arjuna. His blood immediately boiled.

"That kind of person you chose to replace you took care of me?" Aya spoke to the photo of the God.

"Do you hate me so much for not fulfilling my duty as a wife?"

"Is this a punishment from you that I have to endure for life?"

"I just found out that you're that mean!"

Aya just kept talking to herself on the photo of the God on the table. He didn't realize that a pair of eyes had been watching him for long enough from behind the open door. Arjuna listened to all the anger that Gayatri was spouting towards the Gods. The man seemed to be thinking something. His forehead is slightly pucker. But then put on a look that Aya hated so much.

"Hey, You!" Arjuna opens the door to a rude hearing, and surprises Aya. The girl looked towards the door. His mouth was already ready to spurt out an oath of absorbency after seeing who had surprised him.

But Arjuna had preceded him to speak. "Tomorrow you're not going anywhere. Your ex-husband's family is coming to your house!"

As soon as he spoke, Arjuna slammed the door and went away, so that there was no need to hear Gayatri's scolding.

"Do you have no manners?" yelled Aya with a high tone.

Luna jumped in shock at the screams of her new boss. It felt that Gayatri was much fiercer than the Gods.

"May there be no war today" he hoped inwardly. He turned to the room across, where Arjuna was working. The door of the man's room was tightly closed but the sound of music was heard from there.

Luna looked at Aya's room. He waits. Usually Aya would go out and chase Arjuna into her room and throw all her annoyance before the change slammed the door of the man's room and left with a dead red face.

Five minutes passed. The mood remains silent. It seems that Aya will not hit Arjuna today. "God ... World war is not going to happen today" he sighed as he massaged his chest.

Since Aya worked in place of the Gods this one month, the atmosphere of the office felt very hot. Luna's two superiors did not cover up if they hated each other and were hostile.

"Do you see your twin's behavior? That kind of thing you're marrying me to? You're a really cruel man, God. I hate you!" hiss Aya in her study. His eyes could not be separated from the photo of God on the table. Anxiously, flipped the picture frame face down on the table.

Despite holding the position of director, but every Saturday, Aya still has to make a report that will be assessed Arjuna.

The man had already come, meaning he was waiting for the report Aya made. After all the files were considered in order, he was able to go home and have a peaceful weekend.

Gayatri refocused on her computer and completed her weekly work report. Luna has prepared most of the reports. I just added a few conclusions.

At exactly three in the afternoon, Aya was done and sent the report to Arjuna's computer. He waited for the man to read and analyze it.

"Luna, buy me something. My stomach is hungry" Aya ordered her secretary.

"What do you want to eat?" ask the girl back.

"Siomay only. Don't forget the spicy sauce!"

"Good, Mom." Luna quickly carries out the order so that Aya can immediately fill her stomach before being summoned by Arjuna to argue about his report which will take time until later in the evening.

However, whether there is a wind that blows in Arjuna's room, until five in the afternoon there is no call for Aya. Luna and Aya were relieved. It means that their report is correct and in accordance with Arjuna's wishes.

Aya gets ready to go home. While Luna was still agitated, waiting for her two bosses to signal that it was time to go home.

"I'll go home first. You're not coming home?" asked Aya who saw the girl still sitting behind her desk.

Luna did not answer. He just glanced towards Arjuna's study. I understand the meaning of that view.

"He hasn't come home yet? It's six o'clock soon!"

"You ask him if he still needs anything or not. If not, then you probably won't have to wait for him" Aya suggested.

But Luna showed a scared face. He was always scared when dealing with Arjuna. The man who always spoke with an explosive tone. His heart had shrunk first imagining having to ask when to go home. It was the same as inciting the death penalty!

Aya pressed her shoulders. Not that he didn't want to help Luna, but he himself was in no mood to quarrel with the man.

"Well wait!" Aya passed from there without looking back. Luna looked at Aya's back sadly. He also wants to go home and spend the night with his girlfriend who is waiting in the lobby of the building.

"Are you paid to daydream!" the sound of the sound shocked Luna. He looked up with a confused face. The scary man was standing in front of his desk.

"Bos ..." he said.

"Are you tired of work?" Get Aya to my room!" his orders.

"Mom Aya came home half an hour ago. Can I go home now? It's six past a quarter" said the girl.

Arjuna glanced at the clock on his wrist. "Damn! Because of my sleep, I didn't read the report. Now he's home." Arjuna is in the heart.

"Yes already ... You just go home. But tell him to face my room Monday morning to discuss this week's report!" Arjuna turned his body and passed from before his secretary.

"Good, Boss." Luna nodded quickly. He grabbed a cell phone at the table and immediately typed a message for Aya. Then he grabbed the bag and left immediately.

"The peaceful day. Peace before the storm next Monday" whispered Luna's heart while in the elevator.
