Chapter 41 Dare to Bet

In the car, Nara was still cold. His thin body was shaking.

"You still cold?" ask Rendy worriedly.

Nara nodded, "Yes, Ren."

Rendy immediately opened the shirt she was wearing, leaving only a plain white shirt that was still attached to her body, then gave the shirt to Nara, "Wear this!"

Nara looked at Rendy in shock, "Eh, no need, Ren!"

"Nara, I don't want you to get sick anymore. Now wear it, yeah!"

Nara finally nodded, she was about to grab the shirt with trembling hands, but Rendy instead put it on, making their distance very close.

Just at that moment, Kenan came out of the cafe and saw everything. He thinks that Nara and Rendy are kissing in the car.

Kenan clenched his hands tightly to resist the wrath and anger that had filled his heart and mind. He was eager to hit the two men, but was afraid to cause trouble in the place and attract the attention of his other friends. He didn't want anyone to know that he was at odds with Rendy and Nara.

Rendy's car starts moving away from the cafe parking lot, Kenan rush into his car and catch up with them.

Rendy does not realize if Kenan continues to follow his car, he adds speed so that he can get home soon and Nara is not cold anymore. But suddenly Kenan overtakes him and stops right in front of his car.

"Yes, God!" The startled Rendy reflexes braked suddenly.

Nara was shocked half to death, her body instantly limp and tremble, her face until pale.

Rendy looked at Nara anxiously, "Are you okay?"

Nara shook her head, "No, Ren."

Rendy then turned to look at Kenan who had gotten out of his car and walked towards them with a sharp look.

"Dine? What's he gonna do?" asked Rendy, she hurriedly removed her safety belt and was about to get out, but Nara held her arm.

"What do you want, Ren?" Nara was suddenly worried.

"I want to see Kenan, you wait here!"

"I'm coming!"

"Don't! You stay in the car!" Rendy got out of her car and walked over to Kenan.

The two stood facing each other and threw sharp glances at each other, Nara grew increasingly worried about seeing him.

"What do you want?" ask Rendy.

"I want to, you stay away from Nara" replied Kenan coldly.

Rendy frowned, "Why? Didn't you say I could take it? Why are you asking me to stay away from him now?"

"Not much bacot! If I say stay away, you need to stay away!"

Rendy laughed, making Kenan confused to see his behavior.

"What if I don't want to?" challenge Rendy.

"You'll be sorry."

"It is precisely you who will regret it all, for I will take Nara from you! So prepare!"

"You're threatening me again."

"I'm not threatening, I'm just reminding you!" refute Rendy.

Kenan clenched his hands, "Don't let my patience run out!"

"What if your patience runs out, huh?"

Instead of answering Rendy's question, Kenan actually floated a raw bogem into the face of his friend and rival. Rendy, who was not ready to receive a surprise attack from Kenan, staggered and retreated a few steps back.

"Randy!" nara panicked.

Rendy palpated her sore cheek as she looked at Kenan sharply, "Damn you!"

Not wanting to be a loser, Rendy approached Kenan and returned the young man's punch. The two also attacked each other.

Seeing the incident, Nara who was getting panicked immediately got out of the car and then ran towards the two.

Several people passed by until they stopped and tried to break up a fight between the two young men.

"Hey, stop!" shouted a man who was pulling Kenan, and several other men were holding onto Rendy. The two can finally be separated.

Nara immediately ran up to Rendy and looked at her anxiously, "You're okay, Ren?"

Rendy shook her head while wiping the corner of her lips that were broken and bleeding due to Kenan's hit.

Seeing Nara's attention to Rendy, Kenan is disappointed and even more upset. Though he was also injured, but his wife was more concerned about other men than him.

Kenan let go of the hand checks of the people who were holding him and rushed away from the place full of anger. He did not want to see any longer the closeness of Nara and Rendy who somehow lately always make his heart ache.

Nara just looked at Kenan's departure in confusion, she couldn't understand why her husband was acting this way. Even so confused and panicked, he ignored the coldness that attacked him.

Nara carefully treated the corner of Rendy's torn lips, fortunately the prospective doctor always carried a P3K box in his car.

Rendy just closed her eyes holding the pain on her lips.

"It." Nara tidied up the medicine box.

Rendy opened her eyes, "Thank you, Ra."

"Either. What's the matter, Ren? Why did you fight like that?" ask Nara curiously.

"He told me to stay away from you, but I didn't want to" Rendy replied honestly.

"So it's because of me?" Nara felt guilty.

Rendy shook her head, "It's actually because of his haughty and selfish attitude. You remember it was he himself who told me to take you from him, so now I'm granting his request."

"Ren, I am not an item that you can use as a grab!" nara protested offended.

"It's not so, Ra! I just want you to be free from Kenan and his family, I don't want him and his mom to constantly treat you arbitrarily."

"Yes, but this is not the way! You've ruined your own friendship."

Rendy's speechless.

"I know that you actually love and care for each other, even though you often compete and fight," Nara continued in a trembling voice.

"Where do you know that we fight and compete so much?"

"Bi Ani the story" Nara said.

Rendy returns unmoved, she just remembered that Kenan's domestic assistant has been around since Kenan was a child.

"Ren, please don't fight Kenan anymore because of me! I feel guilty" asked Nara with teary eyes.

"I can't, Ra. As long as you're in that house, I won't stop looking after you" Rendy argued.

"But I don't want your friendship to be ruined because of me."

"Our friendship has been broken for a long time" Rendy murmured.

Nara frowned, "You mean?"

"Oh, forget it! Yuk, home!" Rendy starts the engine, she doesn't want Nara to know what happened in the past.

Nara sighed, she did not want to force Rendy to speak even though she was curious about what was happening.

Meanwhile, an injured and upset Kenan chooses to vent his emotions at one of his subscription nightclubs. He had indeed promised to no longer touch the liquor, but right now it was just the intoxicating liquid that he needed to calm down.

He looked at the glass he was holding with nanar, the shadow of Nara's face continued to disturb his mind. Kenan closed his eyes, for some reason there was pain in his heart every time he remembered the closeness and intimacy between Nara and Rendy. He did not want his friend and rival to take Nara from him.

At first Kenan thought he was just afraid of losing to Rendy, but now he realized that there was a strange feeling that made him afraid of losing Nara. Could there be something wrong with her heart? Or did he start falling in love with his wife?

Kenan opened his eyes and exhaled heavily, he regretted ever asking Rendy to take Nara away from him. He regretted making Nara hate him, he really regretted everything.

"Nara" said Kenan, who was drunk.
