The sound of footsteps came hand in hand, grabbing the attention of everyone at the dinner table, who was having dinner together. Everyone could clearly see who the owner of the footsteps was because the dining room did not have a bulkhead.
“You just came home?”
Ms. Ranti smiled meaningfully to see her first son and wife could go home together. It can be ascertained that after Juna and Aru had just become husband and wife, the son immediately went to meet Nadia who they might have agreed where the place is.
“Iya, Mum.” Juna who was about to go to the dining room just to greet his mother, was detained by Nadia and whispered to go straight to the room only.
“You don't eat first?” asked Bu Ranti again saw they did not come to him instead headed upstairs.
“We've eaten, Bu.” Nadia, who answered without seeing her mother-in-law, tightly grabbed Juna's arm and dragged him in a hurry as if she was afraid that someone would snatch the man from her hand.
Bu Ranti, Bu Nita and Aru resume their delayed dinner. Time has shown it almost ten o'clock in the evening. They were forced to late for dinner because they were waiting for Juna and Nadia's return so they could have dinner together.
But look, after arriving at the couple's house even stingy took the time to talk. They should have asked why Miss Ranti had dinner so far.
While chewing, Miss Ranti thought about what she would do after this.
*
Ms. Ranti knocked on the door of the room that was closed very tightly. When I tried to open it, the door was locked. Ms. Ranti tapped again louder as she called out Juna's name. Not even opened.
Miss Ranti is not out of sense. He took the phone in his sleep shirt pocket and called his son's phone number who suddenly became deaf. Ms. Ranti sure, both Juna and Nadia must not have slept. There was a loud sound of Juna's voice from inside. Ms. Ranti smiled because of the creaking sound of the chair or maybe the table was clearly heard in her ears.
Ms. Ranti did not know to give up even though the call and the door was ignored by the two people who were in there. He kept trying to call and bang on the door, no matter which hand started to hurt and sore.
“What's up, Mom?” Finally, Juna opened the door to his room as well. Maybe he was tired of hearing the commotion his mother had created.
“You've slept?” Miss Ranti asked back. I asked Juna. He didn't have to be too respectful of the woman. Nadia herself who has spread the distance between them with disrespectful behavior while in the hospital first.
“Yes, Mom, we're asleep. Mother has disturbed our sleep,” replied Nadia by yawning. Ms. Ranti smiled at him because it was clear that the bed in the room was still neat. The blanket also folded neatly in place. “What's Mom here?”
“Juna, did you forget that now you have two wives?” Miss Ranti did not heed Nadia. Because the purpose of coming here is not to listen to let alone see the drama of the woman.
Juna was only silent while Nadia was already clenching her hands tightly.
“This is your first night with Aru. Why are you even here? Meet Aru in his room!”
Juna breathed a sigh of anger. Since then he has been tired of hearing the wills from Nadia so as not to leave this room even for a second, and for any reason. Now his mother also came to warn him of his already married status.
“Can't, Mom!” exclaim Nadia loud. “Juna will sleep here.”
“If Juna sleeps here, then why did he remarry?”
“Juna remarried, it was because of Mother's own wishes. There was no need for Juna to sleep with her. Anyway Juna is not going anywhere.”
Juna's head felt like it would break hearing the debate of the two women who unfortunately loved him.
When his mother was about to wean, Juna quickly interrupted him so that this debate would quickly end. “I'll sleep in the guest room only. Let's be fair,” said he was upset while stepping foot into one of the guest rooms.
“If that's what you want, fine.” Ms. Ranti reached into her nightshirt pocket again to pick up her phone. “Pak Agus, please prepare the car. Tonight too we will p–”
“Alright, Mom. I'll do whatever I want to do Mom.” Juna who had just stepped out his legs several steps exhaled a sigh of resignation.
