CONFESSION STONED

CONFESSION STONED
160. Surya Surya Afternoon

Sejah sat down next to the tomb of the mother who was next to the tomb of his father. Nearby Dul squatted sprinkling the top of the tomb with flowers that he scooped from around it.

“Udah equally now yes Bu,” said Sejah. “Not alone anymore.”

Bara stood behind Sejah holding an umbrella. Mima's not coming with them. Bu Yanti was able to bring her grandson home first with two bottles of ASI pump results.

“We go home yuk,” take Bara to his wife. Seized for too long sat stroking his mother's wooden headstone. His friends have been coming home since.

Seen looking up at Bara. The man's roar was just as tired as her. Didn't sleep all night to take care of this to help his mother's funeral procession.

“Iya Mas, we're home. I already miss Mima..” said Dijah reached out his hand which was immediately welcomed by Bara.

Bara grabbed the hand of the colonized while embracing his wife's shoulder to rise. Dul holds his mother's hand with one other hand still holding the flower.

“Home Bu?” ask Dul.

“Iya, home.” Colored rubbing Dul's head.

“Shortly,” said the boy then lowered his head to sprinkle the rest of the flowers in his grasp. “Mbah, I'm home.” Dul's murmur was barely audible.

Sejah looked at the look on Dul's face then drew a thin smile.

There's nobody else there. The funeral was held early in the morning, and they had just left the place by midday. The three went hand in hand to leave Mbah Wedok's grave land that was still wet.

And just before getting into the car, Dijah turned his head back.

We will gather again, Mom... Greetings to Father.

The journey home was very quiet. Sejah was busy with his thoughts and Bara was driving with great focus.

“I am now an orphan Mas,” said Sejah suddenly.

Bara turned his head to look at his wife who was speaking while hugging the bag and his eyes were straight on the road.

Sejah then look back at her husband's gaze.

“There is still a mas. There's Dul, there's Mima.” Bara stroked his wife's hair with his left hand.

“Iya..” sahut Colored.

“Don't forget, there's Mr. Darma and Bu Yanti as well.” Bara turned his head back to Sejah and pinched his wife's cheek slowly.

“I'm lucky,” says Colored.

“I'm also lucky,” reply Bara.

She stared at her husband from the side. At first glance they had a glance before Bara again looked at the road.

Once colonized always felt alone even though he was still a complete parent. Now both of his parents are gone. God replaced her with a new husband and family.

Right enough. Now there's a Bara thought. He doesn't have to feel alone.

“Halooo.... Mima.... Here's the same Mr De!” Heru had just appeared in front of the door and spread his hand towards Mima who was in Bara's sling.

“Jangan—jangan Pak De, budhe aja.” Fifi precedes Heru's move to take Mima. “Ayo—ayo sign in. We see little sister,” invite Fifi to her son.

That Saturday afternoon Fifi invited Heru to return to visit the Bara and Sejah residence to see Mima. The reason, “I just squirm once Mas. Want to hold again.”

And that afternoon they walked a block and a half to meet a baby girl who was almost 1.5 months old.

“You little sister too?” heru asked when she saw her son standing diligently in front of Fifi's knee to observe Mima.

Heru's son shook his head. Fifi and Heru laughed.

“Cok don't want?” ask his nephew. The boy immediately hugged his mother a sign he did not want to share.

Colored into the family room and put a drink on the table next to the television.

“Mbak, Mas, drunk yes..” says Sejah.

“Yes Geezer Colored, but his guests can go home on foot if thirsty. Busy making drinks.” Fifi turned to Dijah then clenched her mouth holding back in anxiety as Mima wriggled in her sling.

“Come, here.” Sejah extended his hand to Heru's son. “Main equal mas Dul in room. Come..” He took the boy to Dul's room.

“Ra! How's it? Mima immediately add sister or how?” ask Fifi while chuckling.

Bara sneers. “Lambuk nambang sister how-kasian her mother. Her pregnancy suffered, her birth moreover. Ouch.... I'm not the one who cheats. But every inget of it, I'm still traumatized.”

Fifi and Heru laughed again at Bara's extremely serious shuddering expression.

“It does not include the suffering of the fasts that Kang Mas Bara lived Yang.” Heru said to his wife.

“This must still be fasting so it is still chaotic,” added Fifi chuckled.

The colonized then came back into the living room with a large plate of warm fried bananas from the kitchen.

“Yes Jailed, already..” exclaim Fifi. “Sit here aja, chat.” Fifi patted the cushion of the sofa next to her.

Colored laughing. “That's a fried Mbok Jum. He's happy if there's a guest. The more the spirit of this cook-it,” said Dijah then sat next to Fifi.

“If nunda yes easy. Just put it up again, but be patient.... His poetry nambah.” Colored down chuckles.

“Tuh ‘kan, easy. Just have to be patient yes Ra...” said Fifi who really understand how the nature of impatience Bara.

“Eh, Mass... That's in the office still admissions intern ‘kan? My nephew wants to come in. Can still?” ask Fifi suddenly to her husband.

“Still like. In the office that takes care of the intern's son Retno. I'll ask him later. Now it is a new wave. The one yesterday was finished,” replied Heru.

“Oh yesterday is finished Yes Mas?” tanya Sejah glanced at her husband.

“Yes, now start new again. Next month I think I also want to open vacancies in the public section. How's Ra? We add it up.... Our ads are smooth and our statistics are good. Let you not overtime,” said Heru.

“What a good idea according to Mr. Director.... I as a manut employee,” said Bara laughed.

Heru dressing sneered. “Let not too many interns. Let's take a little. Definitely Sejah agree,” added Heru.

“Start..” sela Bara throws a stern look at Heru.

“Agreed Mas, I don't care if the interns are all boys.” Sejah takes Mima who looks restless from Fifi's hand. The baby will soon begin to cry.

“Kalo men all can't be Jah... The office will look gloomy,” said Heru seriously then throw a ignorant look at his wife.

“Such power anyway, especially if didiemin wife work on the grim. Half day work straight home. Send messages dozens of times a day. It's not important until I disrupt my work time. At home look for attention until belingsatan itself..” Fifi sneered crossed her arms in front of her chest.

“Oooh... same apparently.” Sejah nodded with a calm face.

“Oh same yes?” tanya Fifi looked up Sejah.

“Sama,” sahut Colored.

Bara immediately stood up to take a plate of fried bananas and thrust it at Heru. "Eat! Let's not talk macem again."

Heru picked up a piece and chewed his food while chuckling.

Solar rays that afternoon went through the window glass and through the white vitrase that occasionally fluttered in the wind. That afternoon it all felt light. Their conversations, their hearts.

“Must be in day 40 huh?” ask Bara outside the waiting room of an obstetrician.

“Iya, his doctor has told you.” Seized hugged Bara's arm as they sat side by side in the iron chair.

Bara nodded but was trying to recall the words of the obstetrician who had passed from his memory.

“So... No impact with—”

“No impact with desire related if that's what you mean,” clear Doctor smiled help affirm Bara's question in doubt. “The installation is in the uterine cavity. Cannot be seen or felt. So there should be no impact if you're in touch.”

Bara nodded in understanding. His hand was still grasping the hand of Sejah above his lap. That day the colonists will be back using contraception for five years. As a husband who saw the suffering of his wife since from pregnancy and childbirth, Bara did want to postpone adding children. Colonized was young and he wanted his wife to care for and satisfy their daughter's toddlerhood with the full attention of a mother.

“So sick no?” Bara asked about the process of installing contraceptives that his wife had just done a while ago.

“Small winger,” Reply Colored.

“There is still bleeding afterwards, the doctor said earlier.”

“Iya, need some time adjustment. Why?” tanya Sejah's.

Bara was driving and Saturday morning they were just going to the doctor alone. Mima and Dul live in Wirya's akung house.

“Women are great. Throughout his life often sick but do not complain.” Bara glanced at the smiling Dijah.

“Udah nature,” sahut Colored.

“Eat him should be loved..” said Bara rubbed his wife's cheek.

“Sudden romantic,” says Colored. “This has nothing to do with back fasting ‘kan?” tanya Sejah raised her husband's arm and went into Bara's arms.

“There are dooong. Especially this Saturday night,” added Bara laughing.

“You raining again?” tanya Dijah tightened her embrace at Bara's waist.

“Definitely.... Loaded with so much love. But before we ate together first yuk... weekly malem,” invite Bara.

“Eat at home.... I miss Mima. Baby is tired. Lack of sleep is certain. It feels good both ways. But just gone an hour, it felt like a long time ago. I'm getting restless. Kasian if left for a long time.” Seized put cheeks on her husband's chest.

“Iya—iya. His mouth must be upset if he saw his mother come,” Bara replied. He then hugged Dijah's shoulder and rubbed his wife's arm.

They again failed for the two dates they had planned yesterday. The reason is still the same. Seized by her baby who was only an hour she left. It is the same feeling that every mother in the world feels. Bored at home, but always rush back home if you do not bring your child to travel.

Overnight Sunday at the Wirya akung house is now a routine. And it turns out, Bara still had to be patient again because his reign was extended again.
