CONFESSION STONED

CONFESSION STONED
145. Chat Ngalor Ngidul

“Not home yet?” ask Heru when approaching Bara to a room whose door is almost always open.

She never closed the door of her office. The reason is, other employees often go in and out of his room, the sound of knocking on the door many times feels disturbing. Especially coupled with the sound of door crashes. Bara doesn't like it.

“Not yet. By the way it's an intern how many months are here?” ask Bara.

“Three months like, depending on the program and how long they themselves want. Why why?” tanya Heru sat down to throw himself on the small sofa of Bara's room.

“Nggak—nothing. I went home first, yeah, I don't feel good. Work is also not calm. Ordinary colonized there must be a nelfon or send nanyain message if I have eaten. This is nothing at all,” Bara said zipping his backpack.

“Maybe take a nap. Large pregnant women must have plenty of rest.” Heru tried to comfort his cousin's sister who looked careless.

“Now, ordinary colonized is not like that. Yes, I'm back first.” Bara stepped out of the room and left Heru who was checking his phone.

“Tomorrow to go to work yes!” exclaim Heru. I just waved my hand without looking again.

The bara arrived almost at 4pm at home. After entering his motorbike, he entered from the back door of the garage bordering the kitchen. Mbok Jum is invisible, maybe the woman is resting in her room thought Bara.

Bara crosses Dul's room near the family room. Mbok Jum was there. Dul is coloring on the floor with his folding table assisted by Mbok Jum.

“Pssst...” call Bara while looking into the room. Dul looked up. “Ngerjain what?”

Mbok Jum looked up but then looked down again because he saw Bara talking to Dul.

“PR coloring. Simplest. So the help of Mbok Jum is enough,” said Dul who said that Bara did not need to intervene to work on his PR.

Bara laughs. “Where's mom?” ask Bara again.

“Mothers are ready to go see budhe Tini. Dad, how come home fast? We usually meet early in the morning at breakfast.” Dul still looked at Bara with a blue crayon in his hand. Bara looks grimacing. The child and mother thought so well. He did not imagine that his daughter would ask him the same question.

“Eh, mom want to go? I left work so I could go home sooner. Yes already, I saw mom first yes..” Bara left Dul's room and rushed to his room.

True as Dul said, Dijah looked beautiful that afternoon. He was wearing a pale yellow model A canal. Her hair tied high behind the head made her chubby cheeks colonized like a baby. The woman was peeling pink lipstick onto her lips in front of the mirror. A tiny black handbag had already been smeared on his arm.

Very sweet, thought Bara. Even with her already so large stomach, the Sejah instead looked even sweeter. Colored turned his head when Bara entered, and he accidentally dropped his lipstick lid. Still wanting to crouch down to pick it up, Bara quickly picked it up and handed it to Dijah.

“Kalo mas again near you, mas will not let you bother alone.” Bara took the lipstick from his hand and sealed it perfectly and put it in his wife's bag.

“Where to?” ask Bara.

“You to the toast of the Boy. I have an appointment with Tini. Chat for a long time no see.” Colored was a little nervous as Bara observed his face so closely. He turned his eyes to the mirror and pretended to straighten his hair.

“It sure doesn't work?” ask Bara.

“Today he also came home cepet,” sahut Colored. Why should I include the word ‘also’ thought he was a little regretful. The sentence sounded insinuating to Bara. Tini did not come home quickly, he asked his friend to come there. He just wants to find a chatmate. All this time, if not with Bara, he never went outside the house.

“Wait a minute, mas follow. Mas to the bathroom first,” said Bara left the mirror then put his backpack on the work desk.

Seated sitting on the edge of the bed waiting for her husband from the bathroom.

“Mas have eaten?” tanya was colonized spontaneously when Bara came out of the bathroom with a towel. She looked at him a little surprised.

“Not yet. Mas has not eaten,” Bara replied. He slightly smiled because he realized that the Colonized did not change. His wife was still attentive but still poked at him. She took her towel off in front of the closet.

“I'm ready to eat first,” said Dijah flat while out of the room.

Bara's a little pouting. “Still craving apparently,” murmured Bara. Ordinary Colored enjoys watching him get dressed. But it turns out that one temptation still makes the Sejah budging.

They were both in the dining room, but the Sejah who usually sat with him despite not eating, became pretending to be busy. That woman didn't leave Bara alone. But he's here and there doing something trivial in that kitchen.

Bara looked at the back of his wife who was looking down washing one dirty glass. His gaze was fixed on the butt of the Sejah who looked increasingly full. Very funny, he thought. Had to wait how many days, then he could squeeze the butt before going to bed. He sighed weakly.

“Come to go, mas is done.” He headed to the garage to start his car engine. A maid who used to come to clean opened the gate for him.

The car drove straight to the mini market where the toast Seempuk Setumpang was located. Colored down to open his phone.

“Besok join mas ya...” invite Bara.

“Ikut mas aja's. Early in the morning.... Her dress is kayak gini. Mas likes. Last time if mas did not go home cepet, you must have gone alone by taxi.” Bara looked at his wife.

“But I've been independent from a long time. Before marrying Mas, I was also nothing alone. I'll be assumed to be a spoiled pretender. Like married, you can't do anything by yourself. Though my life used to be hard to destitute.” He looked out the car glass on his left.

“Lantas why marry if all-all must be alone? I'm not bothered by the need, please. You're mas's wife.... I don't mind. It has nothing to do with your life. Don't make mas sad..” Bara turned back to his wife. Looking at the body shape of the once slim and always makes his mind disturbed is now swollen because it contains his child. Then he glanced at his wife's feet. That day he was wearing black strappy sandals. Maybe that's all he has now enough on his feet.

“Mas doesn't like you being too independent. Don't change like that again. Yesterday it was wrong, sorry.... Tomorrow we buy the baby box. Shoes too.... Tomorrow morning just join mas,” said Bara closed the conversation.

They then arrive at the mini market. He pulled his car over and parked on the shoulder of the road. He hurriedly got down and circled the car to help the colonized get down. Face is ordinary. But he was not as happy as usual when he met Tini and other boarding residents.

"Ono opo meneh? Your face kuwi kenopo? How about keneng opo? (What's up? Mukamu why? Mas-mu why?)” Tini was astonished to see the Sejah who walked ahead of Bara and immediately sat on a reclined plastic chair.

“Gedeg me. The apprentice boy is busy attention golek. Send important ora pesen, ora served, but meneng wae. I'm rumongso dinengke. (My order. Interns are busy looking for attention to send unimportant messages. Not done, but diem. I feel dicuekin.)”

Boy who saw the arrival of Bara immediately stood up to raise a bench. As usual Bara directly sat next to his wife with a different chair shape. But this time, Sejah didn't tangle with him.

“Wajahe mesakke, kulino ndekne ki nyebeli. But dino iki kok masajie. (Casian's face. He used to fuck me. But today his face is kasian.)” Tini glanced at Bara who that afternoon looked less excited. Usually the man was always fiery to invite her to a fight. Seeing the state of his friends so, Tini was also upset.

Although still looking down at his cellphone, Bara looks curious about the regional language chatter that he has heard less clearly since.

“Mesakke, but I'm stuffing sebel. (I'm also kasian. But I'm still sprained.)” Dijah answered Tini's words in a low tone worried Bara understood what he meant.

“Ojo suwi-suwi,mergo ndekne kuwi kudu ngewangi mbukakno dalan lair. (Don't be long. He should help open the birth canal.)”

“Take it (either),” replied Colored melengos. “I go buy a drink first, another sweet-sweet kepin.” Stand up and walk to the mini market. Bara saw his wife's back move away and disappeared behind the glass door.

“Tin! What did dijah say? I don't understand. What are you nanya? Buruan, he's been hunting back. Intar if you take over kasian, get pregnant that way. Cepet—cepet...” Bara leaned her body towards Tini. Boy who was curious about Tini and Sejah's talk earlier, joined his ears close.

“Ehem!” Tini cleared the important pretentious. “OK, for the stability of my family, I have to open my voice. Because the household was—"

“Old... You do not have a household do not need to snitch a lecture. The meaning of the talk was aja real,” Sergah Boy look towards the door of the mini market check Dijah.

“OK—oke.... I was just being sacked why. She said her husband was smitten by an intern who was nervous at the office. Her husband is too busy and too busy. He has no chatter. All the attention of Mas Bara is outside the house. She's in a big fuss because she's pregnant. Later, if he was born, he would find the woman to the office of Mas Bara and drag her to the yard. He said let the people in Mas' office know who Mas's wife really is. The cold-blooded killer from the chicken coop, Tini's bright” turned to Bara.

“Waduuuh.. How about it?” ask Bara.

“Iya,” replied Tini with a serious look.

“I can't believe it... I think he said it a little, but what means the length is.”

“I never demand people to always believe me Mas,” said Tini smartass.

Bara scrunched his forehead.

“Waahhh.... I can already imagine if I was colonized by how many people. So shadow Sejah duel again," Boy added shaking his head.

Bara immediately shuddered. The colonized then came up with seplastik drinks and snacks of various foods containing chocolate.

“Sit here baby,” said Bara patted the empty plastic chair. “Buy what just now? All chocolate? Snacks at home already abis ya?” tanya Bara took the plastic out of her hand and stirred up the contents.

Her husband looked at her face a little suspicious. Then he looked at Tini. His friend was already standing in front of the toaster Boy and started raising the stove fire. Boy stood by to close himself to Tini.

“Serem yes Tin if Sejah say so,” whispered Boy.

“You are the same as Mas Bara,” whispered Tini.

“What? The handsome?” ask Boy a little happy. Rarely can Tini sincerely praise others.

“The block,” replied Tini then took a piece of bread and started to grease it with butter. That afternoon he was wanting strawberry jam toast.

Boy covered his mouth and hit Tini's back until the woman coughed.
