CONFESSION STONED

CONFESSION STONED
68. Jealousy Story

Bara that afternoon had just come out of a restaurant with Heru. The two of them had just finished talking and eating casually with AKBP Heryadi. Although still filled with curiosity because the police seem to still keep the secret of the investigation, but Bara is satisfied. Fredy will soon be unable to wander around the Colonized.

"You're back at the office, aren't you?" ask Heru to Bara.

"I'm going to the campus to ask for the lecturer's signature. There's less than one more. Early next month I'm green table. It's okay, right?" ask Bara.

"Oh yeah, I'm back at the office..." Heru waved his hand then walked towards the car. Bara immediately rushed into his car. The motor is still in the workshop to be returned to its original form.

Bara had already driven his car towards the campus, when his phone vibrated and he saw Dona's name on the screen.

"Yes Don?" bara Sahut.

"Mas, there's a little boy who went to the police. He said his name was Dul. The news source? What news? Let me take it," said Dona. A young man is Bara's replacement criminal reporter at the police station. His full name is Maradona. Maybe his parents hoped he could become a footballer later.

"Not-not. Not news. Yes I stopped by there for a while," Bara said then turned his car towards Polsek.

"So who?" ask Dona again.

"You know it. Where's the Dul now?" ask Bara.

"Udah home. It's like deket's house."

"Yes, I'm going there." Bara continued to drive his car to Polsek. He wondered why Dul was looking for him. There was something the boy wanted to say about his mother.

"Mas!" call Dona when Bara just arrives.

"What's? Dateng again his Dul? Where's?" tanya Bara shut off the car engine and immediately went down.

"No, that..." Dona turned her head towards Joana who was standing leaning behind the black sedan car.

"Eh Jo!" exclaim Bara. Joana who was looking down on her phone walked closer to Bara's car. The Polsek page is extensive. Joana walked across the Polsek courtyard with her graceful steps.

The presence of Joana with a black sedan and her neat appearance made some men who are the same profession as Bara look at the woman for a long time.

"It's healed?" ask Joana.

"The old age" said Bara. A second answering Joana's question, the phone in Bara's pocket vibrated. He saw the name Sejah on the screen. A little walk away from Joana, Bara returned to her car to answer the phone.

The voice of the Sejah sounded confused. Sejah complained about the eviction of the old woman's cottage that had been her sidekick. Contacting Sejah lately has been so difficult.

Bara wanted to take the opportunity to meet her lover. After forcing to pick up the woman was not successful, Bara had to resign waiting for the colonized in the Police Station.

After her conversation ended, Joana walked closer towards Bara.

"What's wrong?" ask Bara. He hopes Joana doesn't have a long time there. Soon the colonized will probably arrive at the police station.

"I heard you were injured because of the thumping of your ex-boyfriend's husband. That's Ra?" Joana crossed her arms in front of her chest. The woman seemed to forget that Bara was not a student in the class.

"Who said it?" I wonder who gave the news about it. Was mother?

"No one needs to say. Everyone talks to you without you. Who doesn't know you? There are also people in your office who are my students. Your office was vandalized and those thugs fucked you up. Since when do you have business with thugs? And it actually has something to do with your source," said Joana with an annoyed face.

"Yes Jo, I'm tired of talking about it. Next time we'll just connect again." Bara looked back just in case the Colonized could arrive at any time.

"You're not a professional Ra! That woman is the object of your research..."

Bara felt his ears ringing long when he heard Joana who acted like a hero for his life was giving a long lecture.

Bara is tired enough to face his days. Lately he had already felt quite distant with the Colonized because of this matter. Bara felt Seized avoiding him. But Bara decided not to discuss it with Dijah. He was very worried that the Colonized were increasingly provoked to end their relationship. I am aware of that. He wants to make Sejah comfortable with what he's been doing lately while he solves Fredy's problems himself.

And apparently listening to Joana's words did not make the woman quickly end it. Bara had just looked down not wanting to answer Joana's words. But when Joana said anything about paying for Dijah, she was deeply offended. Joana doesn't know anything about being colonized.

"Joanna!!" Unknowingly Bara slightly snapped at the woman. And still recovering from his own shock reaction, Bara was again surprised to hear the voice of the woman he had been looking for in recent days.

"How much do you want to pay for my services?" Seized voices appeared behind Bara.

If the one who heard the voice was a person like Joana who did not know the Colonized, then it would sound ordinary.

But Bara, once raised the body of the Sejahid from the body of a woman who almost lost a landslide after struggling with her lover.

Bara's blood rustled to see Seized. This time another cause. He was worried that Dijah was provoked by Joana's talk and ended up muttering the woman in the police yard. Bara closed his eyes for a second and shook his head. Amit-amit. Could be tomorrow he entered the column of a thousand newspapers with the headline 'A WIDOW STRUGGLED WITH A LECTURER FOR FIGHTING OVER MEN'.

Everyone must know about the headlines of the often terrible thousand-day newspapers. Bara retreated towards Dijah and hugged his shoulder. Bara had glanced at some newspaper reporters who were still busy chatting. Haven't noticed them.

Joana's face looked confused and unexpected about the presence of the Sejah at that time.

"Sorry Mom, I don't mean to say anything bad about Ma'am. Excuse me. That's just my view as a friend to Bara. Sorry if Ma'am was offended. But I have no intention of demeaning." Joana quickly corrected her words.

"If you need me as a resource person, I'm willing. Gratis. I don't make my living from there. So you don't have to worry. Anyway, if Bara likes me, then I like it too. That wrong? Where is my fault?" tanya was colonized with an increasingly restless calm.

"No, not wrong. Sorry I missed. Indeed, I should not interfere in the personal affairs of Bara and Mbak Sejah. If I'm sorry I'm accepted, I'd like to excuse you." Joana smiled stiffly towards the Seized.

"Yes-yes, no. It's not okay. Where else is Jo going?" ask Bara who is trying to melt the atmosphere.

"From here, go straight home. I just happened to pass by here, so all of you stopped by. Trus I asked, it turns out you're not hanging out here."

"Yes, I just happen to have a need here today. I'm mostly in the news office."

Joana and Bara are having a conversation that contains an explanation for being Colonized. Bara tries to stress that he and Joana have no prior appointment to meet there.

With a stiff smile and her footsteps worked out as gracefully as possible, Joana walks back to her car and leaves with a horn aimed at Bara.

Unconsciously Bara breathed a sigh of relief and released his embrace on the shoulders of the Seized.

"So how's Mbok Jum?" Bara directly focused the conversation on the purpose of the colonized came to meet him.

"I need to say something important to you" said Dijah.

Bara's feeling was immediately unpleasant when he heard his lover's words. Colored's face turned grim and the look in his eyes was so serious.

"As for Mbok Jum, I asked him. They say, Mbok Jum must be in a social parlour right now. We can look for them together. Must have met," cut Bara fast. He doesn't want to hear Dijah talk about anything other than Mbok Jum now.

"Yes, thanks. I'll find Mbok Jum-"

"We're Jah! We will find Mbok Jum together," between Bara again.

"No need. You've been beating me up." Sejah holds Bara's arm and invites her to pull over to approach the man's car.

"We got in the car, by the way. Don't stand here" persuaded Bara to hold his lover's arm.

"No need. Here aja. I won't be long" said Dijah.

"Don't be Colored.." murmured Bara slowly. He knew what the woman was going to say.

"I'm sorry I took you all this time. I don't know much anymore. Uncounted. Sorry about me, you're getting dragged into my personal problems. My business about Mr. Dul is not done yet. I dare not take you. I guess I can't anymore. You can't come back to me anymore. I don't want to" said Dijah looking into Bara's eyes.

"Well... How to be gini? You are gini? I've-" Bara almost said what he's doing right now. Heru's words instantly floated in his mind.

"I don't want to be colonized, I don't want you to stay that way. We have so much, I love you. I love Dul... You are the heart? You know, I'm sincere. I lied about the accident so you wouldn't worry. No other meaning."

"No need. Don't again... I'm going home."

"I'm anther, yes" said Bara holding his lover's arm.

"Don't. I don't want to. If you come to my place, I'll move. I'm the one who left."

"Don't move. There are many of your friends. Don't Jah... Oh gosh. How to be gini?" She brushed her hair many times. "Give me a chance, in a minute. Soon Jah..." Bara never felt himself so broken just because he heard a series of sentences that a woman said to him.

Bara never hurt any woman on this earth. He never felt that he was giving Joana false hope or deceiving her until he had to accept the heartache of the woman he wanted.

"Wedged... I love you. I know you're like this, too, because I love you, right?" ask Bara.

He looked down and looked at his old shoes which were very worn out.

"I'm sorry, I can't. Don't burden my mind to constantly worry about you. I never calm down. I'm afraid you're getting more injuries because of me. No, I don't want any more. My heart ached." Re-emerged to remember about Fredy's friend who had met him. They're always around there. To anyone near the colonized, they'll know.

"I'm home...." Colored released Bara's hand which still held his arm.

"Wedged... Not gini. I love you." said Bara again. His face was completely pale. Sejah which he painstakingly crushed is now back cold.

"I'm home already."

"I can still go to your place, right Jah? Can I still protect Dul?" exclaim Bara on the back of the Sejah who slowly moved away.

Sejah turned around for a moment and smiled at Bara.

"Don't... If you come, I'll get out of there."

Bara stood staring at the departure of Dijah. The woman exited the Policek fence and immediately turned away from sight. Bara didn't dare to chase him. Being too strong and determined.

"Jeez Colored... How to be gini?" muttered Bara alone. She was almost crying.
