PTI Chapter 60 - Passage
Eventually Zester did not go to Ara's college nor to the company but he went to the hospital where Ms Ismail was treated.
Because he was busy with Riri's previous affairs, Zester did not have time to see the development of Bu Ismail directly.
Ms. Ismail was admitted to a mental hospital but received VIP service so did not join other patients.
"What about the situation?" ask Zester to the doctor who handled Ms. Ismail.
The doctor explained that Ms. Ismail had developed, the woman was willing to pay attention to pregnancy and love her future baby again.
After hearing the good news, Zester wanted to see the situation straight away.
Zester walked in the corridor of the hospital along with Agam.
"Why?" zester asked when Agam grabbed the suit he was wearing. "Did you see something terrible?"
Agam nodded his head, most of the people who had mental disorders in the hospital were followed by something invisible.
"Don't look," Zester finally used one hand to close Agam's eyes.
And another hand to lead the boy of the kades sir.
Until they were finally in the room of Ms. Ismail, there was a faithful Ms. Sutopo who visited her daughter-in-law every day.
"How are you?" ask Zester.
"Our news is good, since getting treatment, my daughter-in-law has started talking" replied Ms. Sutopo.
Simultaneously, the burden on Zester's shoulders disappeared as Ishmael's spirit moved closer to his wife.
Zester wiggled his shoulders slowly as he felt lighter.
"His spirit moved, he wanted to apologize to his wife" whispered Agam.
"So, what was my intercession?" Zester.
If Agam nods his head, it means that Zester has to talk to Ms. Ismail and sure enough, Agam gives the code.
As a form of responsibility, Zester tried to speak to the pregnant woman and apologized on behalf of Ismail. I hope he doesn't know Ishmael's scandal with his mother.
"Don't worry, I will bear the cost of his life until the boy is in college" Zester said.
I don't know what makes him so caring like this, even Zester doesn't know how the future will be.
Even if he goes bankrupt, Zester will sell his assets, most importantly the innocent baby has a bright future.
"I saw his belly glow" whispered Agam again.
A second later Ms Ismail felt tremendous pain, it turns out that from yesterday the woman had experienced a false contraction.
"Looks like the baby's about to be born, how's this?" Zester is panicking. This was her first experience with a woman who was about to give birth.
"Relax, Sir. Let me handle it," Assistant Mike tried to take over. He asked the nurses to raise Ms Ismail's body on top of the bankers and then took her in the ambulance.
They'll take Ms. Ismail to the maternity hospital.
Estimates of giving birth in two weeks turned out that the baby wanted to come out faster.
Zester and Agam followed the ambulance from behind while Assistant Mike and Mrs Sutopo got into the ambulance.
Along the way, Zester was anxious.
When she arrived at the maternity hospital, Ms. Ismail was immediately taken to the delivery room and the woman pointed to Zester to accompany her to give birth.
"I'm not her husband and I can't see people giving birth" Zester said.
"The safety of the mother and baby is much more important" said one of the nurses who helped the delivery process.
"I beg you to save my son-in-law and grandson" said Mrs Sutopo.
Zester was in a dilemma but in the end he went into the delivery room and Ms. Ismail grabbed her hand.
"sick... Sick.." lamented Miss Ismail.
"I am also sick, I am still a virgin but have to see the birth process" said Zester who resigned to his fate.
