PTI CHAPTER 39 - Dugong Comes
Zester looked at his phone because from yesterday he could not contact Ara, he felt like he was dumped even if they did nothing.
She wants to go to her new apartment but her time is not due to the many jobs that are piling up and the pending meetings she has to attend.
"Sir.." call Mike's assistant so that the man's attention leads back to him.
There was a sigh from Zester and he tried to focus.
"What about the value of the shares?" ask Zester.
"The stock value is still stable and unit order demand is increasing, it's just that we always deviate from the forecast schedule so that the requested unit is not completed on time" explained Mike's assistant.
"We should take this matter more seriously, call the assembly team and set a schedule for the meeting!" zester's orders.
"This year we have to minimize the indent time so that it can be in accordance with the specified time!"
Mike's assistant wrote down in his agenda and would ask Ara to re-schedule.
"What about Miss Ismail?" ask Zester who wants out of the job topic.
"Today Ms. Ismail and her in-laws moved to the city, I've set up a hospital and a psychiatrist to handle it" Mike's assistant replied.
"Report her condition periodically and Mike..." Zester seemed hesitant to ask the assistant who had been loyal to his family for a long time.
"Are you hiding something from me?"
Mike's assistant seemed excited to get the question, usually Zester does not care about his surroundings but now it turns out his boss is getting sensitive.
"Why did you tell Ara about the work accident that the case was closed? Is it true my mommy had something to do?" lizard Zester.
"It's not so, sir. I don't want to accuse, it's just that I caught a couple of times that the big lady seemed to be talking about something with Mr. Ismail, together" explained assistant Mike.
Zester snorted violently, he seemed to have to speak to his mommy.
"Today I'm going to see him so after we get home from work, we go to the Schweinsteiger mansion" Zester said.
The man tells Zester not to be as agitated as before.
And Ara was indeed heading to Zester's office after collecting her duties, the girl was wearing a work suit properly today because she had already got her identification.
Knee-length shirts and skirts plus wearing high heels, Ara is like a real head office employee.
But, there is something strange when Ara walks in the office lobby because all employees look at her cynically let alone female employees.
"What's my weird look?" muttered Ara who did not know that she was being rumored by the entire office.
Unwilling to think of that, Ara wanted to quickly go to the floor the director was on.
"Has a matter of fact, the new apprentice has obtained a high position and only half a day's work turned out...."
"Iwm..."
Ara heard clearly the insinuation while waiting for the elevator to open.
Soon a rowdy sound was heard because Riri came and the employees supported their future director's wife.
"What is an apprentice?" ask Riri.
Automatically Ara flipped over and undoed her intention to go to the director's floor, she wanted to know what was really going on.
Ara saw a girl dressed in fashionable clothes with sunglasses approaching her, behind her were some support employees.
"So, you're the mistress of my future husband?" riri asked, stopping in front of Ara.
Oh, so this is the con man. Even if she doesn't know what's going on, Ara won't be afraid.
"Basar dugong," Ara's inner annoyance.
