Chapter 58 Win but lose

"Fucking basics! So right from the start you've been planning this?" Kane released his hand clutches on David's neck. 

David held his neck which hurt.

Again Mr. Jhon who again calms Kane's emotions. Kane's eyes flashed with rage. The thunder in his heart could no longer be contained. David was still just as arrogant as looking at Kane with a look of disdain.

"Kane! Be calm. We're where you need to be aware. I know you're angry. But it is better if we are also aware of the place. We can take revenge another day." Mr. Jhon whispered in Kane's ear. That made Kane start to dampen his emotions.

"Lucky you. Otherwise I'll finish you off!" Kane walked quickly away from the place.

"Basic loser!" shouted David.

David's shout doesn't mean Kane doesn't hear it. Even due to David's high intonation of voice, Kane was still able to clearly hear it. Kane's hands clenched perfectly. The man took great pains to ease his emotions. 

Mr. Jhon continues to accompany Kane. Although he has not received an explanation, but rest assured the man knows Kane very well. The man he had already considered his own son was unlikely to be overwhelmed with anger just like that. There must be a big reason behind his anger.

"Kane, what's wrong?" Mr. Jhon immediately asked as Kane sat in one waiting room at the organizer. Mr. Jhon also sat beside Kane who saw the chest of his field up and down.

"Sir John, I'm asking you to be careful about the proposal, right?" Kane began to ask.

"Yes. He's even my own man. My confidant for the past few years. What happened to the proposal? Then what does that have to do with you and David almost getting into a fight?" The forehead of Mr. Jhon frowned. 

He was confused as to why he suddenly talked about the proposal. The two of them had seen it together and there was no problem.

"The problem is that the proposal we made is exactly the same as David's proposal. Only different nominal amount they offer is slightly lower than our offer. Does that make sense, Mr Jhon?" Kane looked at Mr. Jhon. Surely the expression of Mr. Jhon's face changed.

"How come? I even made sure of it myself by telling people that I can currently count on. Since he has a debt of gratitude towards me, he obviously couldn't possibly want to destroy the relationship we both had for so long. Isn't it impossible if he wants to destroy this good relationship?" Pak Jhon's statement is acceptable to Kane's common sense. 

Silent breezed. Both Mr. Jhon and Kane were silent. Both of them no one spoke. Kane knows that Mr. Jhon can't possibly trust a random person. 

Since David's arrival, Kane feels there is something strange because David looks very confident. Even the aura that David exuded was like hostile. When before David was still hiding his bad temper, then why is it now blatant? Is it because David believes he can beat Kane? Kane rubbed his face slowly. 

"Well, Brother. Just losing once you're such a coward. Doesn't that not match the rumors?" David spoke in a cynical tone. However, Kane tried not to respond.

"Sir Jhon, let's get out of here. Here there are demons that come uninvited." Kane stood up. 

Followed by Mr. Jhon who is ready to walk away. However, David deliberately blocked Kane's move. Of course it makes Mr. Jhon sigh. Though obviously Kane is holding back emotions but David still does not care and is not satisfied mocking Kane. 

"If allowed to continue, then Kane will no longer be able to hold back emotions. Who actually leaked Kane's proposal? Why don't Kane and I know that?" Mr. Jhon is agitated. Because David keeps provoking Kane. Most likely a fight would not be possible to be prevented again. 

"It turns out a great man like you is a total coward. Losing to your own sister you can be this angry? All this time you have been above me. You seized a lot of business that should have fallen into the hands of the Diamond Group. Now I can snatch this big tender from you You don't take it?" David began to raise his voice.

Kane chuckled at David's words. "You don't seem to have woken up from your dream yet. It's just a small business. Perhaps only one cooperation was out of my grasp. But remember, I still have cooperation with other companies. I still have cooperation with the tender I won before. Why should I be a coward? Shouldn't that be you? Who has made the Diamond Group die and wobble now?" Kane started to reply. 

This time Kane realized he did not need to dirty his hands. David can only talk nonsense. Kane will not be hooked again.

"You! If you're not upset that I won the tender this time, why don't you congratulate your sister?" David grinned. He really wanted to make his brother congratulate him on the project he had won.

David's words made Kane smile. He walked up to David and stood right in front of him. Kane patted David's broad shoulder. Of course, David's eyes looked at Kane's smiling face. Kane has always held back anger.

"alright. Congratulations to you for winning this project. By the way, are you sure you can handle the project for that price? I made my own price because it's the cheapest price with minimal profit." Kane grinned full of ridicule.

"If you decide that much, I'm afraid you'll even bankrupt the Diamond Group. Because you have to reduce the quality or bombard the cost of building an expensive toll."

Kane then shouted loudly. "Congratulations on a victory that brings defeat. Enjoy your stupidity, David."

Kane flips body. He was about to walk away from David. When David called him.

"Sister!" David included his teeth due to embarrassment from being humiliated by Kane

The man began to run out of patience because the reaction given Kane did not make him relieved. "You should hear this, if the one who helped me to give the proposal was brother-in-law. This time you lose by a landslide" said David smiling triumphantly.
