Chapter 65: Escape

"Captain I can't get close, these Impostors are blocking me" Tan reported.

"Coral, prepare!" Gray's orders.

Coral, who was in the weapons, nodded his head and shot the Impostor blocking Tan.

In contrast to Riot, they reacted instantly when hit by that shot. Where their bodies wriggled and then retreated. But because of the sheer number, making the shot was like nothing.

Tan retreated again, "It looks like we need to move quickly."

"Captain, how is this?" Ask Coral.

Gray fell silent and began to think. It would be very difficult to evacuate the Crewmate The Skeld 385. Because they want to be shot any number of times, they actually increase in number.

The only thing that could save them right now was Tan's agility in piloting the plane. But it was also useless if he still had to wait for the Crewmates to approach his plane. They have to move fast.

"Banana, connect the communication with Black!" Gray's orders.

Black dyed looking for the cliff Gray meant. He saw a cliff near the lab, not far from the plane they had landed before. Black wondered why he had not seen that cliff before.

"Everything! Move to that cliff. We only have a fraction of a second to get on the plane. We have to hurry!" Exclaim Black.

"Good!" Answer Red and Brown.

"Your woof!" Answer Rugel.

Black remembered something, "Red!"

Red looks. Black throws an object at him and Red catches the object, "It's a device to activate the explosive Lime installed in the tower. You'll have to press it when we're all in."

"Okay" replied Red.

Red extended his tentacles and paved his way by removing the tentacles that blocked his path.

They all ran while still cutting off the tentacles that were about to approach. Their movements were seen by Tan.

"Coral, open the way!" Tan's orders.

"You're not the Captain, but you're fine" Coral replied, then shot the Impostor blocking Tan's path.

After the road opened, Tan raised the speed of the plane and flew towards the cliff. Agilely, the plane swerved among the Impostors. Coral kept shooting to open the way.

The Crewmates in Polus were still running towards the cliff. A tentacle attacked Black, but it did not hit him because White was still there.

Unlike the bullet, the tentacle instantly froze in the air when it hit the shield then fell to the ground. White continued to protect his crew.

But White's strength also had weaknesses. That is, he has a time lag of 1 second before removing the other protector. For now, that weakness might still not be too problematic. But it would be very dangerous if there was a quick attack.

The Crewmate got closer to the cliff and Tan was also almost there. Coral shoots the last Impostor blocking the road. The impostor caught fire and the road opened.

After getting close enough to the cliff, Tan slammed the steering wheel so that the plane turned and the back door opened.

Red wrapped around the bodies of Brown and Rugel who were in front of him then threw them inside. They both landed smoothly inside the plane.

Black sped up. Several tentacles continued to attack him, but they were all blocked by White's protector.

After getting to the edge of the cliff, Black jumped by utilizing the tentacles underneath as a foothold.

A large-sized tentacle moving quickly was about to attack Black, lucky White managed to protect her in time.

But as it turned out, the tentacle had a consciousness of its own and he had already studied it before. Quickly the tentacles that were frozen in the air grew a new body of small size and instantly attacked Black.

White was startled and immediately moved to protect Black. But he's late.

The tentacle stabbed Black right in the stomach. The Crewmates were surprised to see that. The tentacle wrapped around Black's body and pulled him to Polus.

Red was about to take out his tentacles to save Black, but unfortunately Tan closed the door immediately before Red managed to save Black.

"What are you doing?! Quickly open the door!" Red exclaimed furiously while banging on the door.

Tan raises the plane to avoid the Impostor attack, "Can't. Our time is up, we have to get out of here" Tan replied.

Meanwhile, Black's body fell to the ground until the dust flew. Some tentacles immediately attacked him, but fortunately White protected him. Although not all attacks can be blocked because it is a fast attack.

Black tried to stand up and slashed at the tentacles that attacked him. But because of the wounds on his stomach, he was still hit and eventually fell again with more and more severe injuries.

His eyes stared at the plane flying away from Polus. Suddenly, the plane was moving irregularly.

"Tan, what's going on?" Gray asked frantically who was watching their movements.

There was no response from Tan. While Coral began to have difficulty protecting the plane because of its irregular movements.

Meanwhile, on the crew plane, Tan and Red are fighting over the steering of the plane. Tan who wants to leave Polus and Red who wants to return to save Black.

"Give me the wheel!" Red shouted furiously.

"will not. It's dangerous, we have to go!" Tan replied that he would not lose.

Brown wanted to pull Red away from the wheel, but Red held him back with tentacles. Likewise with Rugel whose entire body is wrapped around.

Back with the Maroon who had already flown away from The Skeld. But suddenly Riot stopped chasing after her. Maroon stopped the plane and turned around.

"Hey! Why did you stop? Come on come after me again!" Maroon Seru.

But Riot didn't bully her at all. He turned around and went back to The Skeld. Maroon was surprised and immediately chased after Riot.

Maroon started to panic and immediately contacted The Skeld.

"Captain! The monster's back at you!" Maroon Seru.

Gray and Banana were surprised, "Have you distracted her?" Ask Gray.

"I'm doing it right now, but he's ignoring me" replied Maroon who was flying near Riot's face.

Gray swallowed. Banana looked at Gray, "Captain, how is this?" Ask. They both ran out of plans.
