350. Reluctant to Go
The next day Iyaz and Izar meet with Usep again. This time they met in person at Usep's house
without Tinah.
“ Was there another disturbance last night Sir.?” ask Iyaz.
“ Thank God I'm the same My Wife slept well last night Mas.” says Usep.
“ Thank you. That means the creature did not follow Mr. Usep and Bu Tinah.
“ Keep We doing here Mas...?” ask Usep.

“ May Mas, come with Me..” said Usep while opening the door and bringing Iyaz and Izar inside
her room.
Iyaz and Izar stared at each other as they arrived at the bedroom of Usep and his wife. Since the doorway
they had already sensed a dense mystical aura. In the vision of Iyaz and Izar all the objects in Usep's room were covered in greenish color. And that means Usep and his wife are stuck in a complicated relationship.

“ My Beloved. He left Me after I sacrificed my life to protect him. He went with all my love and never came back. When We met again, he was married to another woman.” said the spirit of Mayang Jati.
“ What do you mean Wasal..?” ask Izar carefully.
“ Yes. Do you know him.?” ask Mayang Jati.
“ No...,” sahut Iyaz and Izar together.
“ But I see You are always with him.” said the spirit of Mayang Jati while looking at Usep.
When Mayang Jati turned his head to look his real face that had been destroyed. Only the skull bone with flesh and skin fragments stuck there. Both eyes, nose and mouth are just empty cavities filled with sand because the body was buried on the riverbank. The jet black hair belonging to the spirit of Mayang Jati as if it was only attached to the skull bone.
Iyaz and Izar looked with pity at Mayang Jati who looked terrible for dying to save the man who never loved her at all.
“ He is not the Wasal You love that..” Izar said.
“ I know. But I found myself a Wasal in that man. The smell of their blood is the same and I feel if he is the descendant of Wasal..,” said the spirit of Mayang Jati lirih.
The recognition of Mayang Jati's spirit shocked Iyaz and Izar. Even so, Iyaz and Izar did not justify
actions of Mayang Jati.
“ If it were true, but what you did was a mistake. Go away, leave him. If you love her, don't bother her and her family.” said Iyaz.
The spirit of Mayang Jati looked pensive for a moment. He seems to have objected to Iyaz's request. He turned once more towards Usep and shook his head.

Hearing Izar's words made Mayang Jati cry again. Mayang Jati's spirit felt that Iyaz and Izar were bad people who wanted to separate him from Wasal.
“ Why are you interfering in my business. Go and don't bother me...!” said the spirit of Mayang Jati angrily.
A second later the spirit of Mayang Jati seemed to grin angrily and opened his mouth wide. Miraculously the mouth that was originally only 7 cm in size was enlarged many times to resemble a large hole as big as a well hole that was ready to prey on whatever was in front of him.
Because Iyaz and Izar were not disturbed by the shape of his mouth, the spirit of Mayang Jati also showed itself in front
