6. 17 Year Old Girl!

"Yes sir, this is my daughter. Her name was Sacred, but she was more often called Uci," Fatia obviously made Sumbawa nod while Digo was still gawking.

...🍃🍃🍃...

Praja stepped inside the car and leaned her body against the seat back and let out a long sigh. He did not understand at all what his opponent was thinking so he could be betrothed by a muddy girl who was still busy wanting to play.

I don't know what trials God will give him if he has to marry a girl who is still childish like that. Praja breathed a long breath trying to think clearly. Well, this marriage was only because of his promise to his Opposition only and after that was done, he had no more relationship with the girl.

Praja turns on her luxury car AC and then lays down the seat and lays her body on the seat. It seemed like he needed to sleep at the moment to rest his mind which was currently in turmoil.

"Holy!!!" shouted the hordes of children who were now standing in front of the old house.

The children numbered approximately five people who were on average 10 years old and under. They were seen shouting while holding a kite that seemed ready to be flown.

Uci who heard his name was called by slowly glancing towards the door with a smile, there are his friends out there.

"Oh so this is his son."

"Yes, son."

"It's so pretty, yeah, Mom and-"

Digo stops his speech when he sees Uci running outside the house and running away with his friends.

"Holy!!!" shouted Fatia who was still sitting on her wooden chair.

Sumbawa and Digo gawked at her unexpected gaze. Recently they were amazed by the beauty of the girl now they are surprised by the attitude of Uci who is very childish who can play and mingle with children.

Just look! Now he's gone while there's still a guest in this house, without any excuse or word.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry Uci, she is like that" Fatia said trying to smile even though it was difficult.

"Em doesn't matter, does it Digo?" replied Sumbawa then he glanced at Digo who was still gawking.

"Digo!" reprimand Sumbawa while elbowing the stomach of Digo who gasped in shock.

"Ah, what's wrong?"

...🍃🍃🍃...

Fatia placed the plate containing boiled cassava onto the table and sat back down while giving a warm smile to Sumbawa and Digo.

"Please eat it, we only have this" Fatia said.

"Thank you, this is more than enough" replied Sumbawa.

"Well, this must be very delicious," amazed Digo then grabbed the boiled cassava and smelled the fragrant aroma of the still hot cassava.

Fatia smiled happily. Digo's behavior was better than Sumbawa's granddaughter who would be betrothed to her daughter.

"Are your grandchildren not invited to eat boiled cassava?" ask Fatia.

"Em him-"

"He never ate boiled cassava like this so he couldn't possibly want to" cut Digo who managed to cut off Sumbawa's speech.

Digo stopped his smile as he was stared intently at by Sumbawa, it seemed like he had mispronounced this time.

"I mean he doesn't like to eat boiled cassava but he prefers fried cassava" Digo told a lie and laughed. Yep, he does not want to make Sumbawa angry because he has mispronounced again.

Digo knew very well that the Master had never eaten such food and at home there was no such food. Digo glanced back at Sumbawa who was still looking at him with an unhappy look.

"Oh if it's like that then I'm going to smear this cassava for your grandson," Fatia said and got up from the chair.

"No need to bother!" hold Sumbawa to make Fatia sit back in her chair.

"Why? It's not a hassle. It's already my duty to serve guests who come from afar."

"No need! No need to bother! This alone has made us full. How about we just talk about marriage," explained Sumbawa made Fatia smile.

Honestly, Fatia thought that Sumbawa would not be able to match Praja with her daughter after seeing Uci who was so very embarrassing with her muddy body.

"Does this matchup continue?"

"Well, of course," replied Sumbawa.

Fatia smiled, it felt like she was very happy after hearing it.

A minute later the atmosphere became quiet. Sumbawa and Digo are seen enjoying boiled cassava.

"Sir!"

"Hem, huh?"

"Eh actually Uci is a good girl just that she's a little childish. She was the daughter of her first marriage but honestly I loved my daughter very much."

"I've always spoiled him and please be understood if he might be a little spoiled exactly like a five-year-old kid" Fatia explained.

"If you could know how old your child is?" ask Digo curious.

"Digo, what's that question?" whispered Sumbawa with his uncomfortable feelings after hearing Digo's question.

"I just want to know, sir," whispered Digo.

"No problem, sir," said Fatia making Sumbawa and Digo turn.

"It was 17 years old" Fatia said.

"What?!!" yelled Digo so very surprised as well as Sumbawa who is now wide shocked after hearing it.

The cassava in his throat seemed to be stuck making him cough.

"Want a drink, sir?" panicked Digo who immediately stuck out a glass of tea after Sumbawa nodded.

"What's up, sir?"

"Ah, it's okay. Understandably my Master has a problem in chewing because his teeth have been lost a lot."

Sumbawa stared intently and made Digo smile wrongly.

Sumbawa just did not expect if the girl he would marry to his grandson was a girl who was 17 years old.

"Are you serious?" ask Sumbawa who was so unexpected.

"Em is actually going to be 17 next month."

"Front month?" ask Sumbawa and Digo compactly.
