5. Turns out

Both of Fatia's lips opened staring from the tip of her feet to the tip of her daughter's hair filled with mud even what appeared to be only her white eyeballs and teeth as the girl spoke.

"Yamaah!!!" yelling at the girl with the exact cry of the little boy made Sumbawa and Digo gawk.

"Kiss, what happened to you?" fatia asked with a face that held back in anger.

To be honest Fatia wanted to hit and scold this girl for coming home in such a humiliating condition. If it is like this then Sumbawa may not want to match her grandson with a girl who is now still unaware if there are guests in this house.

"U-u-u-uci is sorry, Uci fell in the rice field for chasing a kite, Mama. Please don't get mad at Uci," explained the girl with the exact voice of a 5-year-old.

Praja who heard this now turned back to look at the mud girl after being bowed. Praja stared at the mud girl from toe to toe making Praja remember the figure of a little boy who fell in the rice field for chasing a kite. So it wasn't the little boy Praja saw but this girl who was complaining to the woman called Mama.

Fatia looked at Sumbawa with an uncomfortable look. He feels ashamed.

"Em, sorry my Master-"

"What's wrong," cut Sumbawa off with her nervous face.

To be honest, Sumbawa did not think that the child of the man he hit was too young and his attitude was childish.

The girl turned her head to look at who Fatia was talking to made her startled to look at the three men who were now looking at her.

"Yeah!!!" the girl's shout made Sumbawa and Digo gasp in shock while Praja just fell silent with a flat face.

"Come on, why are you yelling?" Fatia who was shocked while touching her chest.

"They're all who?" Point at the girl with her fingers full of almost dried up mud.

"Get in and clean your body!" tell Fatia.

"But who are they?" ask the girl.

The girl turned to look at Sumbawa, Digo and ended up at Praja who now turned her head in the other direction as if she did not want to look at the girl who would be betrothed to her.

"Who are you?" ask the girl.

"Have you come from a faraway city?" ask the girl again with a smile making her white teeth visible.

"Hahahaha, this girl is so cute" Digo said with a giggle. He could not bear to see the muddy face of the girl.

Fatia quickly pulled the mud-filled girl's arm and brought her in.

Digo who was still laughing now turned to look at Sumbawa who was now staring at him with a flat face made Digo quickly stop his laughter.

"I'm sorry" Digo said, trying to hold back the laughter he had covered with his palm.

Digo spread his body closer beside Praja making Praja turn his head.

"It turns out that the future Master's Wife is very funny" whispered Digo and then chuckled.

"Digo, stop it!" have Sumbawa make Digo quickly stop his laughter.

"Sorry sir" Digo said, though he still wanted to laugh.

Fatia reappeared while trying to smile, an uncomfortable smile after they all saw her daughter's appearance.

"I'm sorry, for the disturbance" Fatia said.

"What's wrong, this doesn't matter," said Sumbawa trying to smile although honestly he was a bit uncomfortable especially to see Praja who was just silent without expression.

Fatia laughed stiffly then sat on the wooden chair while trying to be alright. He occasionally tidied the ends of his negligee and rubbed his hair that looks tangled.

"Oh yes," answered Sumbawa and grabbed a glass and sipped a little tea on the slightly rusty iron glass after noticing the edges of the glass to make sure if it was not the rusty part that touched his lips.

Fatia glanced at Praja who was now only silent without ever touching the glass even the lips that continued to be closed it never touched the tea.

"Em, Mr. Praja, please don't think about my daughter, she's actually a good girl just a little rightish" Fatia explained.

Digo glanced at Praja for a moment who did not speak to Fatia at all.

"No problem, Mom. It seems like Mr. Praja will understand, yes Sir," Digo replied as he tried to smile with his hand intending to give a warm pat on Praja's shoulder which was now glancing sharply at Digo.

Digo stopped his smile then the hand that was intending to pat Praja on the shoulder was used to tidy up his already tidy hair. Praja's gaze was so very sharp.

"Ah, I mean, well like that," Digo said nervously.

"But it seems, Mr. Praja is not happy."

"Ah, don't overdo it, ma'am. Mr. Praja is like this. He really likes the serious ones, hahaha," Digo explained then laughed.

"Ehm," Sumbawa's reprimand makes Digo stop his laughter.

Praja now grabbed her phone and stared at the phone screen that did not show the slightest signal making Praja sigh.

"What's wrong?" whispers of Sumbawa made all the attention focused on Praja.

Praja rose from a wooden chair to the neat hair of Praja almost touched the ceiling of the house which was only coated with a banner of instant noodle products.

"I want to find a signal and I'll wait outside" Praja said, stepping out of the house.

"Master Praja!" call Digo who is now trying to get up from the chair but, quickly prevented by Sumbawa.

"Where are you going?"

"I want to accompany Mr. Praja."

"No need!"

"What if he scolded the villagers for touching his suit?"

"Shut up and shut the fuck up!"

...🍃🍃🍃...

Fatia fell silent on the chair while staring at Sumbawa and Digo alternately. Fatia had been yelling for the girl to come out of the room.

"Maybe we don't need to be called, we'll ask for your daughter's approval next time" Sumbawa said.

"No need to wait another time sir! Just a minute more! Uci!!!" fatia shouted as she called out that name.

"Yes," said a girl and ran to Fatia making Sumbawa and Digo gawk.

The girl with the dark green long sleeves and black long skirt appeared to be standing in front of them. White skin, hair tied back with a round face berparas beautiful make Sumbawa and Digo stupefied. They all did not expect that the girl who was full of mud turned out to be a very beautiful girl.

Fatia smiled proudly, she knew what Sumbawa and Digo were thinking after seeing the face of her stepdaughter.

"This is your daughter?" ask Sumbawa.

"Yes sir, this is my daughter. Her name was Sacred, but she was more often called Uci," Fatia obviously made Sumbawa nod while Digo was still gawking.
