“Risya,” Call Freddy with a clean slit.
“Hmm?” Risya raised her arms and looked at Freddy with a limp face.
“This, you drink first,” Freddy gives a glass of warm water to Risya.
At the treat of warm water towards him, Risya immediately took it. But the moment Risya took it, it accidentally slipped out of her hand.
PRANK…
Falling and the warm water spilled into his feet to Freddy, so that now the pants and shoes worn by his uncle were wet.
“Eh, sorry uncle, I did not hold it tightly.” Risya who was originally about to go down to pick up the broken glass, immediately Freddy was resistant.
“It's okay, just a glass. Don't let your hands hurt.” Freddy replied.
“I won't get hurt, I can be careful. It's my fault, so I have to clean it up. Because of my mistake, my uncle's pants and shoes got wet.” said Risya, but he did not care about Freddy's words and still got off the patient's bed.
“Risya, uncle said no yes no,” interrupted Freddy and warned Risya for the second time, until where both hands had carried Risya just under his armpit Risya. So that Risya's body was lifted in a hanging position.
“ Risya glanced down, where now her feet were hanging on the floor. ‘Strong uncle huh?’ risya's inner with cheeks was already blushing red.
For Risya this was the first time her body was lifted in such a manner. Although it was quite embarrassing, but for Risya, it was quite pleasant. Who else could he ask to joke around with each other besides this doctor uncle?
Freddie.
He is a person who from childhood always accompanied him when Risya himself felt lonely and needed entertainment. And the one who can fill his heart is Freddy's uncle.
After successfully stopping Risya's second carelessness, Freddy returns Risya's body to the patient's bed to not run away everywhere.
“Do not blame yourself,” Freddy's message to Riya. “Uncle always bring change, so this is not how much.” added Freddy trying to calm Risya so as not to feel guilty.
“But-” Risya again glanced down, where the floor was dirty, and the pants that Freddy was wearing were also wet like he had just crossed the river.
“Risya. Don't think about things like this too much. All you have to do now is rest.” added Freddy with both hands slightly pressing both shoulders Risya to want to sleep again.
“I'm sorry yes, uncle.” said Risya with guilty facial expression. He repeated his apology because he really felt guilty about dirtying his uncle's workplace which was too clean and neat.
Freddy did not reply, and only commented on his usual smile.
‘It has been 1 week since my last meeting at the Cafe, the condition has gotten worse. Although I gave him Analgesic medicine, but still did not change the actual condition of his body.’ thought Freddy.
Currently he is working at the hospital and Risya himself why he can be in his room, nothing but because he has to do a routine checkup.
Yep…
Exactly from 3 months ago, Risya who complained of pain all over his body, and often had a fever turned out to be the beginning of the disease he suffered.
‘Leukemia. Risya, why do you have a disease like this? Though I've been assuring you since you were a baby that you'd grow up healthy. Your mother gave me her last will, I have to take better care of you because of you Freddy looked back at Risya who was counting things up to his ten fingers. “Persis like your mother.” Freddy muttered softly.
Hearing Mother's words, Risya was encouraged to speak to Freddy again. “Uncle. I had a dream to meet mom.”
Freddy who was about to step away to take the change of pants, immediately stopped his steps. He never thought that what he missed could be carried into the dreamland.
Risya dreamed of her mother?!
Risyella?!
Freddy immediately turned around and asked: “You met your mother?” he asked, with a less confident expression.
It looks like Risya really remembers his meeting with his mother in his dream.
“Uncle.” call Risya again.
“Hmm?”
“If earlier I could dream of meeting my mother, would she also be able to meet my mother again?” ask Risya. She felt like she hoped that her uncle could answer ‘Iya’, but the expression Freddy gave her looked the opposite.
Expression of disappointment.
“Why does uncle look sad?” Risya looked at him with a look of wonder.
“It's not sad, but happy, you've felt it too right? Happy, but his expression was sad. That's what my uncle feels. But for your question, uncle, I think you'll see your mother again.”
“Really?!” ask again with a hopeful face.
Freddy's short answer always used a smile. Risya also only felt happy when he saw the death smile of his uncle.
“Uncle, thank you for taking care of me yes.” said Risya. “Because uncle wants to be bothered by me.”
“Uncle does not feel bothered.” Freddy briefly replied, because his heart said another, ‘I am not bothered at all. Because of yanga da, I actually enjoy being able to take care of you with my own hands.’
____________
4 O'clock in the afternoon.
After returning home from school, or rather Risya did his first absence, Risya who had just returned home and was about to enter the room, suddenly his hand was intercepted by Arshel.
“Why are you blocking me from entering?”
“You, where have you been all day?” asked Arshel with a black aura starting to come out from her body. It was a rage that could not be spoken with a shout, but rather words filled with emphasis and an aura that was quite intimidating.
That's how Arshel would be if he got angry.
“What is your business? You have your own time, I also have my own time.” replied Risya quickly.
‘She originally did go to school with me, but it turned out that she disappeared in the first break. How did he escape?’ thought Arshel, do not like to see his own brother can-can go while in school hours are still going on. “You know, you've smeared my name indirectly?”
“I don't know.” chirped Risya. “Only name, why in question?” Risya tried to release the grip of her hand.
“You asked why? My good name got smeared because you disappeared from school.” Arshel's circus on Risya.
“ Lazy to argue with Arshel, Risya chose silence and continued to rebel from Arshel's hand.
Despite getting a sharp gaze though and an intimidating aura from Arshel, Risya paid no heed to it other than trying to make access to release herself from the clutches of her hands.
“Let go,” pinta Risya then try kicking Arshel's shin. But Arshel was able to avoid it.
“I'll let you go if you say your reason for suddenly leaving school.” Arshel sued.
“This is my personal business, why are you forcing so much?! Release!” Risya pulled back her hand, but now it was stronger.
Initially Arshel looked at him in silence, but after that Arshel suddenly released his grip and made Risya who was pulling away from his grip was automatically staggered back and hit the door of his own room hard.
There is no implied pain after hitting the hard door other than the annoyance arising from the actions of his own brother. ‘You till any time I won't tell you. What did I tell you for? I do not need your sympathies nor anyone else.’ thought Risya, fiercely glared at Arshel, then violently RIsya immediately opened the door and closed it back with her anger that was completely vented to that door.
