Chapter 27

Cello escapes Fara to the hospital. He drives a car at high speed. "I beg you to hold on Fara" said Cello, crying. He was very worried to see Fara unconscious with a lot of blood coming out of his head.

It didn't take long, Cello arrived at the hospital. He ran to call the nurse. "Help my wife" he told one of the passing nurses.

After that the nurse pushed the gurney. Fara was moved up the gurney. They'll take care of Fara's wounds. Cello scooped his face rough. He was very worried about his wife.

Cello called his parents. "Ma, Fara's in the hospital" Cello said frustratedly.

"Huh, how could it be? Isn't this morning still okay?" ask Mama Cindy.

"He fell down the stairs, Ma. Her stepmother pushed her from upstairs" said Cello.

"What's? It's so fucking rude of him. Yes, my mother will take Daisy there," said Mama Cindy later.

"What's up, Ma?" ask Daisy.

"Your sister-in-law is in the hospital again" replied Mama Cindy.

"Well, why else, Ma? Is it weak?" ask Daisy to worry.

"Geez, my mother forgot that my daughter-in-law was pregnant. Mama later told me, now we're after your brother in the hospital." Mama Cindy pulls Daisy's hand.

The cello sat in front of the waiting room restlessly. His feet did not stop moving. A moment later the doctor treating Fara came out of the room. "Are there any relatives of the patient? ask the doctor.

"Yes, I'm her husband, Doc. How's my wife doing?" ask the woman's doctor.

"The patient had an injury to his brain. We've had a CT scan and the result is a blood clot in his head so we're going to have surgery. If you agree then you can take care of it to the admistration section," the doctor ordered.

"Good, Doc. Please do your best for my wife." The doctor nodded.

When Cello was walking to the administration he bumped into Mama Cindy and Daisy. "Where's cello going?" ask Mama Cindy.

Cello hugged his mother while crying. Mama Cindy never saw her son cry like that. "How is Fara?" ask Mama Cindy.

"His head was injured so he had to have surgery immediately, Ma. I'll take care of the administration first so that Fara is dealt with quickly" said Cello.

"Good, go. Where is he now? We'll wait there."

"Still in the ER, Ma." Mama Cindy and Daisy walk there while Cello is making a payment transaction.

Shortly after, he returned. The treating doctor gets a report if the payment has been paid off then the Fara operation will be carried out immediately. But before entering the operating table the doctor told the family of his patient.

The cello and his family were shocked. Mama Cindy and Daisy can't cry. He never asked about the baby he thought was living in Fara's womb. The most important thing right now was the safety of his son-in-law.

"I believe in doctors. We will help prayer from here, Doc," said Cello optimistically. He was sure his wife would be fine. Fara is not a weak girl. Therefore he hopes the operation will run smoothly.

After saying that, the doctor entered the operating room. Mama Cindy told her husband. Devon went to the hospital. He saw the three members of his family gathering in front of the operating house.

Devon patted his son's shoulder. "You are patient. How did this happen?" ask Devon.

"I followed Fara to her house. I don't know what happened because when I came in he was already under the stairs. However, I saw her stepmother standing at the end of the stairs. I suspect he deliberately pushed Fara down" said Cello.

"So Fara still has family?" ask Devon.

"still. But they're just mothers and step-sisters. Fara once said that her stepmother's treatment of her was not good. He always tortured Fara. Even she currently occupies the house that belonged to her father while Fara is driven out of her own house."

Cello's words make Mama Cindy angry. "If you see that woman, you'll catch her hair. It's so bad he's been to my son-in-law" Mama Cindy said.

"Are you going to take action on her stepmother?" devon land. Cello.

After about four hours of waiting, Fara's operation was completed. The doctor who performed the surgery came out of the room. Everyone who knew Fara was approaching.

"How's the operation going, Doc?" tanya Cello precedes.

"The operation went well but we'll see the patient's reaction in a few hours" the doctor said.

Shortly thereafter Fara was moved to the VVIP room. Cello saw the number of hoses installed on his wife's body. He felt compassion and guilt because all this time never passed like a good husband for Fara.

The cello sat beside Fara and held her hand. "Why are your hands so cold, dear?"

For the first time she called Fara affectionately. "Please open your eyes now. Everyone is waiting for you to come to your senses" he added in a trembling tone.

Mama Cindy couldn't help but cry. She asked her husband to embrace her. Devon did what his wife did. Daisy also looks sad when she sees Fara not moving at all. His always haughty brother now turned into someone who was whiny when he saw his wife was sick. Everyone is so late in grief.

Cello let his wife rest for a while. He went out to contact his subordinates. "Anwar I want you to do something for me" Cello told Anwar by phone.
