Chapter 18

It's been over a month since Fara and Cello got married. Although they never get along, but the life they live is quite normal. They just don't have sex with each other.

Today, Mama Cindy came to Cello's apartment. Fara was at home alone as usual after Cello left for work.

When her doorbell rang, Fara woke up and opened the door. "Surprise" said Mama Cindy.

"Mama." Fara immediately grabbed Cindy's hand for a kiss. "Please come in, Ma."

Mama Cindy smiled at her daughter-in-law. "Well, your apartment is very clean, dear" praised her mother-in-law.

"I'm cleaning up, Ma."

"Want Cello at home. The house is comfortable gin. By the way quiet if only you two are in this house. Honey, have you got any signs?" ask Mama Cindy.

"What signs, Ma?" ask Fara plain.

"Signs of pregnancy." Mama Cindy made her point clear. Fara was surprised by her mother-in-law's question. He smiled awkwardly then shook his head.

"How can I get pregnant, Ma? He never touched me" Fara murmured inwardly.

"Yet?" mama Cindy asked a little disappointed. "But it's okay, keep trying every night. You newlyweds must still be in touch. Try another style, for example."

Fara choked on her own saliva when she heard the absurd talk of her mother-in-law. His face was red with embarrassment.

"Ma, I forgot my mama's drink. What do you want to drink, Ma?" tanya Fara switched the conversation.

"Anything, baby" he answered. It didn't take long for Fara to bring a glass of red syrup.

"Fara, don't you want to go to college?" tawar Mama Cindy's. He felt like he was feeling sad if the young Fara was just busy taking care of her household.

Fara smiled widely. "Now, Ma. But will my husband allow it?" His face changed. He knew the cello would ban him. Moreover, the age of marriage is only two months away.

"That's mama's business. Mama just wants you educated like any other respectable woman. Sorry Fara is not your condescending mom, but you know that Cello is not related to many business colleagues who come from higher education backgrounds. Mama wants you to be able to keep up with them. So if one day you ask Cello to accompany him to dinner with his business friends you understand what they are talking about" said Mama Cindy.

"Fara understands, Ma. Please ask my husband for permission" asked Fara half-please.

The girl doesn't want to ask for a heart just that she wants her life to change after Cello divorces her. At least if he gets a high diploma he can find a better job than having to work odd jobs like he used to.

Fara only fears she is being bullied because of her educational background at work.

"Well, from tomorrow you have to find a teacher to give you tutoring" said Mama Cindy.

After Mama Cindy came home, Fara was looking for a teacher through the internet. After finding him a deal somewhere. Fara came out with her casual clothes and sling bag.

As Fara is about to board the elevator, she is shocked when she accidentally meets Rendy again. "Long time no see, Fara," said Rendy.

He could meet the girl he liked. "Where are you going?" ask Rendy.

"Same covenant on the outside," replied Fara. He only considers Rendy as a friend.

"Not do it. The cake will be that time again. You took me to your college, ", Fara answered tightly. But Rendy laughed.

"You can do it. So really don't want to be together?" ask Rendy again.

"No, I'll take a taxi" Fara refused. He walked first after getting out of the elevator. Despite refusing to follow Rendy the girl. She wondered who Fara would meet with.

Fara took a taxi. Rendy immediately put on her full face helmet then she drove fast to catch a taxi driven by Fara.

Fara stopped at a house she had visited for the first time. Rendy sees Fara entering the house. Rendy was suspicious when Fara entered the man who opened the door as if watching his surroundings.

Rendy got off the bike. He came closer to the house. When he peeked Rendy saw the man wanted to hurt Fara.

Fara had the wrong address. The owner of the house was not the one who would give him private lessons. Except for a criminal. The stranger pulled Fara's leg as Fara was about to escape.

Thankfully, Rendy was there. He broke down the door of the house with his feet. After that hit the man who wanted to hurt Fara.

"Ra, get out of here" Rendy orders the girl. Fara grabbed her bag and walked out. Rendy beat up the man. He climbed onto his body when he managed to subvert with a single blow. Then Rendy gave a raw bogem many times until the man was battered.

After being knocked out, Rendy came out. "Ren, are you okay?" ask Fara worriedly. Rendy smiled as she got a little attention from Fara.

"Only a small wound," he answered while showing his scuffed hand as a result of fighting.

"Let's go to the pharmacy to buy medicine," asked Fara. Rendy nodded too. He wants to be invited by Fara anywhere as long as he can always be with the girl.

They both went to the pharmacy on a motorbike. Fara treated Rendy's hands painstakingly. Meanwhile, Rendy noticed that Fara was getting more beautiful.

"Have, what's better?" ask Fara attentively. Rendy nodded with a smile.

"What do you want to get there?" ask Rendy curiously.

"I make a pact with the teacher who will give me tutoring" said Fara.

"Les for what? Didn't you graduate?" ask Rendy.

"I want to go to college. So I should be able to take the exam" explained Fara.

Rendy has an idea to get close to the girl. "I want to be your mentor." Rendy offered herself.

"really? I was honestly traumatized by this."

"Good, you better learn with people who already know. For example me" he said with confidence.

"But you have to make me pass the college entrance exam that I'm about to take." Fara gave Rendy the conditions.

"Don't worry, I'm an exemplary student on campus I promise I'll get you in with the highest grades."

What if Cello finds out that Fara is related to Rendy?
