Day 6 semester holidays ...
People gathered at one of the largest landmarks on Reda Island, including Ats, Master Aruj, even the Head of the Asir Family. They were looking forward to one of the important guests coming this time. Even though the Head of the Ats Family was a bit annoyed with the sudden notification, he would still welcome his important guests well.
"That's them," murmured Ats turned away from his dress. An imperial plane that landed vertically smoothly at the airport. The magnificent elite plane was escorted by four of the most advanced guard planes.
"Welcome to Reda Island, Prince," greeted the Head of the Asir Family followed by other family members. They all bowed respectfully in a compact manner. It was a basic ethic that existed within the aristocratic world of the Great Altair Empire.
"Thank you for your welcome, Great Lord Asir," replied a middle-aged man who was very famous for his intelligence. He was wearing a typical imperial dress that was blood red. Various beautiful ornaments embroidered on his chest. It added an aura of dignity that radiated from the prince's body.
"It's an honor to meet you after such a long time," the Asir Family Head rose up, as did his family, "I haven't seen you in such glamorous clothes in a long time."
"Professor Han," Ats muttered as he looked at the prince who was conversing with the Asir Family Head. His eyes swept in another direction. He was looking for the person who should have come with the professor.
Long wait, not to see the figure he was looking for, even until the entire imperial entourage came out of the imperial plane. So did the entourage of the Asir— Family - the students who went to school in the capital— - who happened to be asked to join the plane. Wherever Ats turned, he did not find the figure. In the end, he came home without even seeing her.
"Is something going on?" murmured Ats during the trip. He also looked out of the car. His feelings are not good at the moment. That's why he decided to call one of his top contacts.
"Hello," Ats said to the person across the phone, "Auntie."
"Ats!" doctor Razana exclaimed anxiously there, "It's very hot. I just wanted to call you."
"Why?" Ats curious. His premonition is getting worse. He didn't want his guess to actually happen.
"Ayya" replied Dr. Razana. His voice sounded panicked. It made Ats clench his hand.
"Quick to the City Center Hospital now!" tell Dr. Razana, "You must come quickly."
"Auntie's already there?" Astonished ATS. He had not even seen his aunt get off the imperial plane. Are their planes different?
"Just come quickly!" doctor Razana urged, "Later the story."
"Hm," Ats nodded even though Doctor Razana had not witnessed it at all. He ordered the driver to drive him, "Sir, go to the Central Hospital now!"
"Eh?" the driver was quite surprised, but he kept following his orders, "OK, Den."
"Sister," Ats replied with a serious impatient expression. Zen had only seen his broom for the first time. Usually, the boy was very calm and had a cold head.
"You got a sister?" Zen had never heard of the news before. To his knowledge, Ats is a lonely only child since both of his parents died.
"Hm," Ats gave a small nod answering the question, "Sorry, yes. You're coming home late."
"Eh," Zen blinked his eyes, "It's okay."
They reached their destination in less than fifteen minutes. In the spacious hospital courtyard, Ats spotted one of the imperial vehicles parked in a special place. The vehicle explained the question on the trip.
Arriving at the hall, Ats called his aunt again. He should head to his sister's check room immediately. Although he had not long communicated directly with the girl, he still felt very worried. After all, Ayya was his sister.
Zen who saw him could only stare strangely. He follows wherever Ats goes. Occasionally, he looked to the right and left to check the name of the room. Perhaps that was the room his cousin was looking for.
"This is it," Ats stopped in front of one of the VIP room doors. Above the door was a signboard that read "Melati 3". That's the room that Dr. Razana told you about.
"Hm?" Zen found his phone ringing. He received the call before entering the room, while Ats preceded him. Upon seeing the caller's name, his face turned deathly.
"Auntie," Ats called out to a woman waiting in the room. When the woman turned her head, it turned out that she was not Doctor Razana. The Asir boy became clumsy and excited. He felt he had entered the wrong room.
"You're Young Master Asir, right?" ask the woman before Ats can apologize and say goodbye to come out.
"Yes, I am the son of the Asir Family," Ats replied half-relieved. She saw that she had beautiful ruby red eyes. His head was covered with a large veil. He revealed a knotty smile to Ats.
"Thank God you've come" said the woman, "Yes is waiting for you."
Ats looked at the direction the woman's hand was pointing. He saw a bed on which was a little girl. The little girl lay weakly with an infusion hose in her hand.
"Yes," Ats muttered as he approached the girl. As she reached right beside the bed, Ayya opened her eyes. The little princess smiled subtly at the older brother she finally met.
Regardless of what feelings were stirring in his heart, Ats was shedding tears unconsciously. He stood glued to see the figure of his sister who was held hostage by a terrible disease.
"Sister," called Ayya softly, "Don't cry. Big brother is big."
