Tumbar Jelangkung

Tumbar Jelangkung
Chapter 2

On the Premier screen are visible posters of Tumbar Jelangkung for two studios. A black poster with three guys and one girl holding a flashlight is like looking for something. Beneath him, there was a picture of a jelangkung doll standing upright.

Yoga parked his car in the basement and rushed into the mall. He walked while looking around because it was rare to be in a mall that was still quiet in the morning. At that time the shops were not open yet, and it was seen the employees who were berberes, ready to work. A few uniformed janitors were busy cleaning the mall floor.

But the quiet scenery was immediately changed after Yoga climbed the escalator which was still in a dead condition heading to the third floor. At first he only heard the noise of the people chatting. When he arrived in front of the XXI cinema on the third floor, hundreds of people were waiting in line in front of the counter to buy Tumbal Jelangkung movie tickets, mixed in the boredom of waiting. Many school children are scattered deliberately skipping school to watch a film that is again viral. They cover their school uniforms with a variety of oversize clothes.

Many were also sitting on the cinema floor, some lucky people were sitting waiting on the lobby sofa. Some are standing. Some are busy chatting, playing games on their phones, some are confused looking for friends.

Including Yoga, one of the confusions is looking for his two best friends since that Junior High, Tia and Dani. With a towering body, one hundred and seventy-eight inches tall, Yoga thought he could easily find his friend among the crowd. He gave up and reached into his cell phone to contact his friends. Not yet finished he called, he heard a scream calling his name, "Yoga! Ga... It's over here!"

Yoga looked towards the voice that called out to him. Either Dani or Tia who called her who was clearly Yoga saw the two friends standing in line in front of her. Dani, who has thick hair, wears a dark blue T-shirt, while Tia wears a v-neck tank top and a miniskirt. Her hair is in a ponytail. Looks Sexy.

Yoga goes to her two best friends. His face that Indo because of the blood bule from his father is only grinning. Her eyes stole a slight glance at Tia's cleavage but her gaze stopped instantly due to the girl's fierce voice.

"Eh, I can still laugh! Eight is the short needle in the number eight! Not at nine."

Yoga is just grinning with its sinful face. "Sorry, I'm a comic strip guy. Where do I know watching the movie doang queue kek gini kejibun!"

Dani who chimed in with a fierce voice, "Luckily we are on time, if not definitely not get a ticket, nih!"

Yoga smiled brightly to get the pity of the two people who were his best friends. Among other low boisterous sounds, Yoga hears the word "umbar" called. He pulled his body back. Eavesdrop on that conversation.

Three women who sat on the High School bench mentioned the word tumbal right behind Yoga and friends.

"Gue was serious, as I watched yesterday, row B was empty. And it was banned from the cinema. No one can sit!" One of them told a story.

"Lo sure it's for the movie, Re?" another chimed in. The woman nodded.

Another one who had been silent had finally come to talk, "Yes, that is! Why is the logic also blanked? Cinema XXI ama period that makes films do not want to profit much, anyway? There must be a special reason for that. I don't think it has anything to do with the tumbala."

Both of his friends agreed. They then talk about something else. A shitty big brother problem at their school.

Yoga switched, advancing her body back into line at her friends and stopping eavesdropping. It turns out that Dani and Tia also eavesdropped on the conversation from the girl who sat on the High School bench. Tia looked at Yoga and Dani seriously.

He began to whisper, "My friends also watched, he said that row B seats should not be sat. The one who sits in can go crazy!" Kristiani gives pause. Her beautiful face grew more serious, "Say there will be someone who "pursues" the person who dares to sit in that chair." Tia shuddered. "Ih, amit-amit until it happens to me!"

Listen to Tia's comment. Yoga laughed mockingly. "Well, you're scared."

Dani looked at Yoga seriously. "My friend, the Mapala boy, said he'd been to a place in the movie, in Alas Ruban".

The still laughing Yoga shook his head in disbelief, "continue?"

"Yes if Ruban's Alas really exists, the growth must also be really dong." replied Dani seriously. He did not want to spread the hoax.

Tia nodded her head in agreement. Yoga shook his head. He thought his two best friends were too naive. Where there is such a thing. He does not believe in superstition. The chat stopped immediately when the clock showed ten o'clock past ten minutes, because the cinema attendant decided to open the counter for ticket purchases.

The people who had been waiting in the morning were on standby. They immediately stood in line, in front of the counter. Tia looked at her two friends anxiously. He was afraid of not getting a ticket because the queue was moving so fast. The faces of the other mediators behind him also look restless, afraid not to get a ticket. They've sacrificed so long to get in line for the movie tickets.

The cashier at the counter looked panicked. Just this time he sold so many tickets because of this viral film.

Within thirty minutes the long queue gradually shortened. Yoga, Dani, and Tia are no longer in the ticket line because they have already got them. The three of them bought pop corn and drinks. A smile expands on Tia's lips. In his hand there are already three tickets "Tumbal Jelangkung".

Tia is approaching Yoga. "In line O yes, Ga!"

And now it's Yoga's turn to frown. "Border O?" Yoga gave the drink he still held to Tia and Dani while watching the ticket. "Seriously in line O? We have been doing that long, you know, time is just this line anyway? Where have I taken off college again!"

The two friends rolled their eyes at the same time. They are at once accustomed to the emotional behavior of Yoga. Yoga stared at the other students who were not far from their feet. A group of Junior High School children walked happily, one of them happily exclaiming, "Luckily just get in line D."

Yoga glances at sebal. "Doubtful to watch a horror movie! Mostly can't sleep on you!"

Dani snatched the Yoga greeting. "Doubtful anyway, Ga. Pas watch Pengabdi Setan also lo fear abis!" Danu and Tia laughed heartily at Yoga's terrified behavior after the three of them watched the film.

Yoga who was silent for a while immediately responded to the teasing of Dani, "That's watching on TV! But still not cool to watch a ginian movie in front. It's in the movies, you know!"

Tia sighed, then said, "Yes. Fortunately, it can be broken. If not, instead of Lo more in vain? ah, you're so damn good, anyway!"

Yoga this time was silent. Since the first Christian affirmative speech is enough to make himself or Peter silent.

Then the three of them looked around in the cinema.. The socket is closed. The show for the afternoon until evening was sold out. Tickets sold out. Many mediators who did not get part of the ration even angry because they were disappointed. The cinema guards were busy calming for the spectators who wanted to make a fuss.
