The Tarnished Pearl
An accidental meeting

"Dev, today I want to go to a shopping center. There is something I want to look for" said Mutiara asked permission from Devan.

"Go."

Pearl smiled happily, after being allowed by Devan to walk out of his luxurious residence without having special care that always followed his steps.

"Thank God, today I am free to be the Pearl that used to be again" he said as he spread his hands happily.

Pearl accidentally entered the shopping center, she wanted to buy a dress and suit that suits her heart choice, in preparation for a birthday gift for twins later.

"I think the kids must have loved this outfit." muttered Pearl smiling and carrying it to the cashier, but someone did not suddenly charge in from behind, to make Pearls fall on the floor because they lack balance.

"Sakiiit's duuuh."

"Sorry miss, I was completely unintentional" said the person who had hit the body of the Pearl, then left in a hurry without helping the Pearl to stand back up as it was.

Pearl rubbed his knees are quite sore, even had a flushed, he had trouble to stand. a stocky hand stuck out before him, to help Pearl.

The pearl receives a helping hand without turning to the owner of the hand, after standing normally, then the Pearl of shock while enduring the pain that is still felt.

"Gavin?"

Pearl jumped in shock to see the man in front of him, he did not expect to see Gavin again, after a long time the man disappeared.

"Pearl."

"Yes, sorry Gavin I have to go." Pearl does not want this accidental meeting known to Devan, enough punishment and problems that arise due to Dev's jealousy towards Gavin so far.

"I understand, but what about your knee does it still hurt?" Gavin tried to help Pearl walk to the chair in the corner of the waiting room. Gavin suddenly crouched down in front of the Pearl.

"Let me massage your feet, so as not to hurt anymore.it looks like you're sprained." Gavin offered to help, without the Pearl refusing, Gavin immediately kneaded a little hard, Pearl had screamed in pain but the pain gradually disappeared after the incandescent Gavin.

"No, even my legs can be moved freely again, Gavin thanks ya." said Pearl who was replied with a smile by Gavin.

"Pearl, what if we drink and chat in the cafe, just think of it as the beginning of our meeting again" said Gavin gave an offer.

"Gavin's sorry, isn't it I turned down your offer, but you know for yourself how Devan.he won't believe any of the excuses I'm saying."

The Pearl soon leaves Gavin, though from her gaze Gavin still harbors the taste and wishes the Pearl had the courage to fight Devan.

"Had you chosen me, I would have fought to take you back from Devan, but you didn't want to do that, Pearl. It seems like you've also enjoyed your life with that selfish man." bathin Gavin with a sad look.

"I'm sorry Gavin, I understand your feelings. But between us we will never be able to unite. In fact I am married to Devan, now he is my husband and father of children. I had to learn to love and accept Devan in my life." bathin Pearl passed away, nor did she want Gavin to hope for more, as this would only add to her disappointment.

Pearls entered and leaned her body on the back of the chair in the back seat, a look of worry on her beautiful face.

"Hopefully, the accidental encounter with Gavin just now was unknown to Devan.I can't imagine his anger later." bathin Pearl prayed in her heart.
