“Teacher, I'm ready for practice now. What should I do now?” xin Ye said as he arrived in front of the Divine Beast Lambda.

“Preserve your concentration because if you fall asleep then all your meridian points will burst.”
Xin Ye immediately regained her senses from the drowsiness that attacked her after receiving the warning from the Divine Beast Lambda. He concentrated fully on channeling his dark energy while holding back all the comfort that made him sleepy.
“Good, defense keep your concentration. Just a little more you will succeed. Remember that! do not fall asleep because if you fall asleep then there will be nothing that controls the dark energy so that he will blow up all your meridian points in an instant.”
Xin Ye continued to remember the message from her Master and did not dare to fall asleep even though the drowsiness that attacked her became increasingly intense. The meridians slowly grew in size until all the dark energy absorbed from the dark core ball made it all the way into the meridians. And the ball of darkness energy core that was inside Xin Ye's dantian instantly disappeared.
Divine Beast Lambda again gave instructions to Xin Ye after the process of strengthening his meridian points was completed.
“Now return all that dark energy to your dantian. That way it will form the seed of the element of darkness in your dantian. It is this seed of the dark element that will later become the source of all the power of dark energy that is in your body.”
Xin Ye instantly retracted all the dark energy within those meridians back into her dantian. But it turned out that this process was not as easy as when he channeled the dark energy into the meridian points present in his body.
When it was pulled back to his dantian, most of this darkness energy leaked out so that Xin Ye's body was now in a blanket with an aura of darkness energy that continued to churn irregularly.
Divine Beast Lambda frowned and went back to guide Xin Ye.

After a few minutes had passed, Xin Ye finally managed to control the aura of dark energy emanating from her body. That dark aura slowly began to stabilize and finally formed a black-colored aura that enveloped Xin Ye's entire body akin to clothes.
Xin Ye finally resumed the process of pulling out the dark energy present in her meridians after her dark aura stabilized. He gradually also reinserted the leaking dark energy back into his meridians.
After an hour had passed, all of this was completed. All of that dark energy had managed to return into his dantian and form a black-colored crystal ball within his dantian. This black crystal ball was Xin Ye's seed of the dark element.
