The Snow Dew Valley.
“Scree ...”
A White Eagle Beast that came from the south, flew into the northern continent region very quickly.
On top of the White Eagle Beast's back, stood quietly a middle-aged man wearing a white robe and covered his face with a gold-colored mask. This man was Emperor Fu Hao who had deliberately gone to the northern continent to pick up his son-in-law and grandchildren namely Lin Chong Wei and Lin Meylin, he had purposely hidden his identity so that the members of the Demon Clan who were lurking around his territory did not know that he was currently leaving the Sky Empire Kingdom.
After flying for several hours, the late Emperor Fu Hao arrived at the Snow Dew Valley which was the border between the Middle Continent and the Northern Continent.
Suddenly.
“Combust of Heaven.”
Hundreds of giant-sized spears descended from the sky and formed a gigantic fortress that blocked the direction of Emperor Fu Hao's journey.
A man dressed in green royal clothes with a golden turtle symbol on his chest flew over the sky spear fortress that blocked Emperor Fu Hao's journey. This man rode on a golden lion-shaped beast with a pair of wings on his body.
In the man's right hand was a blue spear with a dragon motif circling the spear, while in his left hand was a golden shield with a tortoise shell-like shape.
This man was Emperor Xuan Wu. He deliberately flew alone to the border region by riding his Beast named Lion O because he felt an enormous power was darting very quickly into his territory.
Since the onset of the great war against the Demon Clan that managed to infiltrate his territory a few weeks ago, Emperor Xuan Wu had become increasingly wary and further tightened the guard in the region around the border. He did not want such a thing to happen again in his territory.
“Who are you really? Tell me what your goal is to break into the territory of the Green Tortoise Kingdom without permission. If you are unwilling to tell me your true purpose of coming to my Kingdom territory, then don't blame me if I have to act rude.”
Emperor Xuan Wu looked at the man intently. He had absolutely no idea that the man was Emperor Fu Hao as indeed Emperor Fu Hao was currently hiding his identity. Moreover, Emperor Fu Hao entered the territory of the Northern Continent not through the gate that has been provided but he entered the territory of the Northern Continent by flying through the airway.
It flashed a hint of ignorance in Emperor Fu Hao's mind to slightly test the fighting prowess of Emperor Xuan Wu. If he were to challenge him using his true identity, it was certain that Emperor Xuan Wu would not expend all of his strength as all the Emperors in the continent considered them to be brothers to each other.
“I will tell you my true identity if you are able to defeat me,” replied Emperor Fu Hao.
“So you challenged me. Well I accept your challenge. Do you want to fight in the air or on the ground?” Emperor Xuan Wu answered the challenge from Emperor Fu Hao in a loud voice.
“If we can fight in the air for what we have to fight on the ground. Do you want to destroy the land below?” replied Emperor Fu Hao who left a few questions.
Emperor Xuan Wu instantly leaped off the back of Lion O and flew towards Emperor Fu Hao who was below. Emperor Fu Hao did the same, jumping off the back of Eangle W and flying upward towards where Emperor Xuan Wu was.
“Boom”
A very violent clash occurred in the air and caused a very strong wind gust. Emperor Fu Hao had apparently pointed his fist which was already filled with light power to Emperor Xuan Wu's chest but Emperor Xuan Wu could withstand the attack easily using the golden turtle shell shield heirloom weapon the one in his left hand.
This shield of Emperor Xuan Wu was extremely harsh as the shield was one of the twelve treasures of the heavens. Emperor Xuan Wu then unsheathed the spear he had in his right hand to charge towards Emperor Fu Hao's heart.
Emperor Fu Hao noticed the attack, then he immediately jumped back to dodge the attack. However Emperor Xuan Wu's spear strike was slightly faster leaving an elongated scratch wound on Emperor Fu Hao's chest.
“You apparently also like to attack your enemies suddenly huh?”
Emperor Fu Hao hurled ridicule at Emperor Xuan Wu but was immediately countered with ridicule by Emperor Xuan Wu.
Emperor Fu Hao placed his right hand in front of his forehead while reciting a summoning spell. An extremely dazzling light dragon symbol appeared on Emperor Fu Hao's forehead and took out a golden-coloured arrow bow with a dragon motif.
Emperor Xuan Wu narrowed his eyes when he saw the bow. “That swirl doesn't seem foreign. I think I've seen an arrow like that but I forgot where I've seen it.”
Emperor Fu Hao pulled his bowstring towards the sky, an arrow with the shape of a golden-coloured dragon instantly appeared on the bow. Emperor Fu Hao then shot the arrow into the sky.
“Rain of Thousand Dragon Destruction Continent.”
A gigantic Hexagram-shaped magic symbol appeared in the sky and directly rained down on the place where Emperor Xuan Wu was standing with thousands of light arrows emitting the aura of a dragon-shaped light.
“Ju .. Straight it! No. gabe. I can't let those arrows destroy this place. I have to hold those arrows back while they are still in the air,” Emperor Xuan Wu said in surprise as he raised his eyebrows.
Emperor Xuan Wu then raised his golden turtle shield towards the thousands of arrows descending from the sky and instantly blasted an enormous amount of ice energy from within his body then drained it into the turtle shield golden.
“Thousand Meteor Ice Retaining Walls.”
“Boom .. Boom .. Boom ..”
Thousands of icy walls emerged from within the golden turtle shield and held all the arrows of light that were pointing towards Emperor Xuan Wu giving rise to the sound of explosions in a succession of extremely loud and creating very thick smog.
Emperor Fu Hao used his eyesight of light to see through into the smog and smashed into Emperor Xuan Wu's body with his fists.
“Boom”
Emperor Xuan Wu's body instantly bounced downwards and smashed into an enormous rock upon receiving the attack from Emperor Fu Hao as it was unable to see where the direction of the attack came from as a result of the fog these.
Emperor Xuan Wu immediately stood up and flowed an enormous ice energy into the ice dragon spear that was in his right hand. Then flew towards Emperor Fu Hao while taking out his spear stance.
“Liukan Ice Dragon Crashed Storm,”
“Roar ..”
An Ice Dragon-shaped aura emerged from Emperor Xuan Wu's spear and instantly charged ferociously towards Emperor Fu Hao.
Emperor Fu Hao narrowed his eyes and instantly burst his light energy and made a shield made of light.
“Dragon Wing Shield Light.”
A light aura with the form of enormous dragon wings appeared and instantly covered Emperor Fu Hao's body to protect him from all sorts of attacks.
“Boom ..”
The attack power of the Ice Dragon Spear hit the Light Dragon Wing Shield so strongly that it made Emperor Fu Hao's body fall backwards and made the mask Emperor Fu Hao wore come loose.
