“Om, I'm serious. I want us to divorce.!” Davina cried after quite a long silence.

He is deliberately silent to give Dave time to respond to his previous remarks. But Dave did not give a response until finally made Davina furious and re-expressed her wishes. Davina immediately turned her head, she was provoked by Dave's words.

Dave says he doesn't like being set up, but the guy always manages. Or rather force Davina to obey what Dave wants.
