OPEN YOUR MASK, PRINCESS!
Episode 164 RETURNS TO THE PAST HOME

Waiting without certainty of time was indeed boring, Xiao Jun felt that he was being played with because he was too easy to believe in Chen Kho. The man she disliked easily asked her to wait for the afternoon to take her to see Li An.  Xiao Jun had already changed into neat clothes and was anxiously waiting for his arrival, but until five in the afternoon Chen Kho's nose was not visible.

“Too easy to trust in people who don't deserve to be trusted.” Xiao Jun muttered to himself.

A bodyguard entered Xiao Jun's room to hand him a folded piece of paper. “Honor to the young master, there is a tithe from Mr Chen Kho.”

After the paper changed hands, Xiao Jun ordered the bodyguard to leave him alone. He needs privacy to read that simple letter. The handwriting that was scratched with puplen ink on the red paper asked him to come out right now and meet Chen Kho who was waiting for him in front of the gate. Xiao Jun squeezed the paper, between believe it or not.

“Is this just a trap? He said he wanted to pick me up but instead told me to go out on my own to the gate?” Xiao Jun was still a lot of consideration before making a decision, his status was still under Li San's supervision, one act was a little then the consequences could be fatal. Not on him but on the people he wanted to protect, and what could a handwritten letter be trusted?

A few minutes into long thought, Xiao Jun decided to try. He had a thick coat on and just plugged it in his arms just in case of the cold weather outside. If it were a trap, he would try to negotiate with Li San and would not let Chen Kho get away with it. A piece of paper that he had crumpled was still in his pocket, he needed to prove the seriousness of the man to what extent.

A step out of his room, the bodyguards had already approached Xiao Jun with wary gazes. Xiao Jun only returned a stare sharper than them, “I came out on the orders of the great lord. The contents of the letter you delivered are proof, you dare to forbid me?”

The four bodyguards were down, “Hamba did not dare.” They said simultaneously then let Xiao Jun pass freely. Xiao Jun was inexhaustible, in his house alone he had no freedom like a prisoner who was kept away from outside life. He had to repeat the same reason each time he passed the guards at various corners of the guard, until he arrived at the main gate.

“Honor to young master, what interests are there to come here?” a gatekeeper representing his two comrades asked Xiao Jun. The entire occupants of this house knew the status of Xiao Jun who was serving his prison term and was not allowed to leave without Li San's approval.

“I invited Chen Kho out for a while, he was waiting for me outside. You guys can see if he's really here waiting for me?” xiao Jun replied calmly, the last step that must be taken and he must not lose his confidence.

The three guards looked at each other and one nodded then went out the gate, Xiao Jun was sure the guard must be proving his point. In just a moment the guard returned shaking his head to his companion, Xiao Jun caught a bad feeling seeing the guard's reaction.

“Sorry young master, we have checked but Mr Chen Kho is not outside. Please return to your room again, do not complicate your position. Forgive you young master.” One of the guards who opened his voice was followed by another guard who lowered his head. They had great respect for Xiao Jun but could not

do much because full power is in the hands of Li San.

The fact that the guard delivered made Xiao Jun's blood sigh, his irritation felt as it reached the crown. He was lied to by the sneaky man, so regrettably he was still unable to move the body and stood still with silence.

“Ai goo ... What is this show? How on tense?” Chen Kho's mocking voice sounded from behind. Not just asking, he dramatized the atmosphere with applause.

Xiao Jun reluctantly turned his head towards Chen Kho, he was unwilling to greet him with a word. When the guards bowed their respects to the young master who had just arrived at it, Chen Kho instead embraced the familiar shoulder of Xiao Jun.

“Already, they just run the working procedure. Let's go now!” exclaimed Xiao Jun reluctantly rambling again, wasting time just standing around bullying the little guy. Xiao Jun took an initiative step until the embrace on his shoulder was released. Chen Kho did not take it lightly, with a sly smile he followed Xiao Jun's footsteps.

Chen Kho's car was parked beside the gate, he had already prepared his plan. He got into the car then coded Xiao Jun sitting in front.

“You promised where to meet?” xiao Jun asked as he just sat down and put on the seatbelt.

“Do you think?” instead of answering, Chen Kho asked back. He was very satisfied to see Xiao Jun who was annoyed with curiosity. Unfortunately, Xiao Jun was reluctant to answer and chose the ascetic in silence throughout the journey. Letting the wheels of the car that Chen Kho drove take him away, as long as the goal is to meet Li An wherever he does not care.

As the journey south from the city begins to leave the quiet streets, Xiao Jun is drawn to the surrounding scenery that looks familiar to his past. He began to guess that the road he was crossing was the road to his house. A real home where he grew up and lived happily with his family. He kept the question to himself, almost an hour spent in silence. Regardless, he remained reluctant to talk to Chen Kho.

Xiao Jun's question was answered already when Chen Kho's car stopped in front of a large tree opposite which stood a wooden house that looked weathered from the outside. Xiao Jun opened his eyes wide staring at the house that was more worthy of being called the hut, his eyes started to glaze over. His parents' house was almost flattened to the ground, leaving his brother who lived there.

“You feel at home also did not ask a single question. Come on, meet your brother. I don't need to say anymore, you know what this place is.” Chen Kho said from behind the wheel, he could not be seen preparing to go down.

“Thank you.” Xiao Jun said staring at Chen Kho. He rushed down without offering the man who was responsible for driving him here to come in together.

Chen Kho smiled, “It turns out I can still say thank you. ha ha ha .. I leave you guys, two hours away. I have something to buy for Grace in town.” He waved his hand for a while and then gas went away.

Xiao Jun stared at the car until it disappeared from the streets, just to make sure the man did not play any intrigue. Now he is preparing to enter a house full of memories, remembering his childhood when he struggled to come back here even for a while but all his intentions were hindered. It had been a dozen years since he left this very modest dwelling, on an unexpected occasion and thanks to the help of his rival, Xiao Jun had finally returned.

He knocked several times on the weathered wooden door, the voice of a woman from inside questioning who the guests were leading up to the night.

“Kakak, I'm home ..” Xiao Jun replied from the outside with a heavy voice holding back a cry.
