“I walk with him does not mean returning the feelings of Dariush, Cath. You said don't hate him too much, then I tried to be friends with him.” Alceena reversed the words that had been said to her. The second child of Pattinson's descent was trying to explain to Cathleen not to be angry and consider her to be disavow.
“For the last time I asked you this. Do you like it?” Cathleen landed her chin on her knees, her tears could not stop coming out. She waited for Alceena to answer by looking at her twin face.
Alceena bit the inside of her mouth. He can't answer no or yes. His heart ached when he saw Cathleen's sadness that from the womb to large lived together with him. But the lips were not able to justify if he liked Dariush because his feelings did not seem real according to him.
Cathleen who never got an answer spoke again. “May I be selfish for this time only? I want you to keep your word, and please help me to be close to Dariush,”, she asked as she wiped the tears that had soaked her cheeks. “Since long ago, I've given up on you, allow to just once feel what it's like to not budge on you. What can?”
Alceena clenched her hands down there. Sighing heavily and lips were hard to respond to Cathleen's request. “Cath, I'm really sorry for what happened today. I didn't mean to hurt your heart. But, this feeling of fear of loss suddenly appeared just like that. I don't know what the reason is.”
Cathleen tried to give a smile full of heartache. And ending with laughter of sorrow. Raise your head so that your tears don't fall again. “Funny yes, just two weeks ago you said you hated Dariush so much. Now suddenly afraid of losing him.” A rough breath came out of his lips.
“Sorry.” Only one word could come out of Alceena's lips.
Papa Danzel who secretly catches up with Alceena but she accidentally hides to hear the talk of her two daughters finally comes out too. He stood behind the second child sitting in front of the window.
“Cathleen, open the door, Papa wants to talk!” firmly Danzel gave the order. He must immediately reconcile his children so that there is no commotion between brothers.
Cathleen could not deny her parents' orders. Lower your feet to the floor and open the door that connects the balcony. He turned around again to sit on the edge of the bed with his head lowered, ready to listen to the scolding as he was caught having problems with his twin.
Papa Danzel sits in the middle of Alceena and Cathleen. She stroked the palms of the two of them affectionately. “I've heard everything. You guys like the same guy again? From the name, the son of Papa's ex-lover. Right?”
Cathleen nodded in affirmation. While Alceena did not give any cues because what she felt at this moment only wanted to be close to Dariush, not like the man.
Papa Danzel sighed. Not the first time he faced this situation. “OK, my question is the same as always. Which one of you wants to give up?” tanyanya while looking one by one the faces of Alceena and Cathleen.
“Pa, I've given up on Alceena a lot. Is it wrong this time to be a little selfish?” answer Cathleen. A single tear fell on his parents' hands.
Papa Danzel changed focus to Alceena who did not lower her face, instead was staring at the last descendants of the Pattinson family. “Ceena, will you give up on Cathleen?”
