Loving the Mafia
Don't Give Up

The taxi on Cazim stopped a little way from the gate of the police station. He intends to surrender.

When Cazim just got off the taxi, not even to the fence, he passed Chesy.  They faced each other at a distance of two meters.

What's Chesy going to the police station for?  Do you want to report me to the police?  Think Cazim.

“No need to report to the police about my whereabouts here.  I will give myself up,” said Cazim.

Chesy turned her eyes away.  “I accompanied abi to.”

“So you came here with abi?  Where's abi? I didn't see it.”

“Already first sign in.”  Chesy flat only.

“Tell abi, I'll turn myself in.”

“Ndon't need.  I told abi to retract his report.”

Cazim was surprised, his dark eyes were until they looked sharp.  “Why?”

“No need to discuss,” ketus Chesy.  With Cazim willing to surrender, it means that the man has indeed admitted his mistake and regretted it.  So Chesy was heartened to forget her revenge.  This is all because of the love that makes it unbearable if Cazim is imprisoned.  One more, because the baby's in her womb.

“That murder case could probably be finished.  But my case is not just that.  I became part of the crime, gave protection to the drug business.”

Chesy Langusng's face turned moody.  I don't know, why did he feel sad when Cazim instead said he would be charged with another case?  So, even though his ashes retracted the report, Cazim still had to go to jail?

In the midst of the conversation, Hamdan approached Cazim.

“Why are you here?” Hamdan was Cazim's comrade-in-arms long ago.  But he lost fate to Cazim who so quickly rose through the ranks, as Hamdan stuck in place due to his zero achievement.

“I want to surrender.”

“Crazy you huh?”

“Why crazy?”

“You have a wife.  How was your wife when you left?”

“You think I was wrong to give myself up?  Then do I have to hide away?”

“Halah, not I don't know, Cazim.  You have power in the police. Your case is easy to handle if your wife has dropped her charges for her mother's death.”

Cazim's face immediately flushed.  “What do you mean talk like?  You want me to stay on the wrong path?  I've been haunted by sin all this time.  Do you understand that?  then what's your advantage in preventing me from giving up?”  Cazim clutched Hamdan's collar.

“Do not get angry first.  I mean well.”

“I know your brain.  You just want my money flow, if I go to jail, then you'll have a hard time asking for money from me, right?”

Hamdan touched the razim's wrist and took it down from the collar of his shirt.  “Not so.  That was the old me.  But the present me is not as petty as you might imagine.  I just don't want my best friend in the bui.  You better think about what I said.  You don't turn yourself in.  Let me talk to your father, your father can definitely talk about this matter well with the police.”

“Do not involve my father!”

Which glimpsed immediately lowered.  Chesy hoped Cazim would listen to Hamdan.

But his tongue would not say that.

Hamdan pulled Cazim's arm and shifted it so that Cazim's position was behind his body when the police car passed and entered the gate.

Hamdan then pulled Cazim and took him into his parked car not far from there.

"What else?" Cazim flatly looked at Hamdan.

"I don't want you to be rash. Don't be stupid!"

"How dare you say I'm stupid? You think you're smarter than me?" Cazim looked in annoyance.

"Well, you can be mad at me because I've been using you for money all this time, but this time it's not what I want. It's pure pure pure pure because I'm thinking of you."

Cazim scratched his puffed-up hair. Until his hair became messy just because of a fleeting scratch.

"It's free for you to hide if you finally turn yourself in" Hamdan said. "The problem is this, the law can be bought. So you'll be safe when your father intervenes. You can be free unconditionally. After all the friends in the office know you too, it's easy for them to help you. What else?"

"You're telling me to play with my authority again? You think this is interesting? I'm sick enough of being overshadowed by sin."

"Well, are you talking about sin? I'll raise my hand about that."

"Yes, let me step."

"At least think about what I said, you don't have to give yourself up before there's a cue from me. It's better that your case be solved in a nice way in my opinion, you'll be safe. No one knows you're involved and in the game. Only the people inside know that when they close the case, it's all done. There were no journalists covering the issue, no netizens interfering. You're lucky."

"It's up to you now." Cazim lazily debated.

"So you agree that I'm getting your father involved in this, right?"

"I can handle my own problems without involving him." Cazim got out of Hamdan's car.

Cazim gasped at the figure that had already stood behind him, none other than Chesy.

"Don't give yourself up!" pinta Chesy made Cazim frown in wonder. "Now to surrender." Chesy did not know if his request was wrong or not, which he obviously hoped Cazim would not be jailed.

Before Cazim gets an answer, Chesy instead passes away, making Cazim feel mysterious. But Chesy's request he'll follow. His intention to head towards the police station was also canceled. He then entered the waiting taxi.

At first glance he turned to Chesy who entered the police station area, then sat in a chair of the office park.

Unfortunately Chesy did not look at him. The taxi took him away.
