Fulfilling the Queen Mother's Invitation
Andressa nodded. He still did not know the Queen Mother's intention to send him a letter.
Lorcan's cheerful aura turned sinister instantly. He glared at the letter paper in Andressa's hand while hoping that nothing would happen that was beyond his expectations.
"Yes, Queen Mother. I will read the letter for a moment. I wonder what the Queen Mother said through this piece of paper."
Andressa read the letter carefully. There was nothing special and nothing to worry about.
Lorcan's body stiffened waiting for Andressa to finish reading the letter.
"What did the Queen Mother write?" ask Lorcan curiously.
"Suri's mother wants to see me. He invited me to his residence palace two days from now" Andressa replied, folding her letter back.
Lorcan snatched the letter from Andressa's hands. He wanted to make sure for himself was it really just a meeting or was there something else hidden? But there was nothing suspicious there.
"That's weird. What is the woman planning now?" Lorcan thought hard and tried to guess what might happen.
"What's wrong? Is it true that your relationship and your mother's not good?" Andressa suddenly asked.
The girl had heard bad rumors about Lorcan and the Queen Mother's relationship. This entire empire knew how unhappy Lorcan was with his own mother. It is not uncommon for a commotion between the two.
"I have a bad relationship with him. I'm also surprised, why did he invite you to the palace? You better decline the invitation" Lorcan said.
"I'm still going" Andressa said.
"Andressa, listen! The Queen Mother was not a simple woman. He was cunning and always had a bad feeling towards anyone he considered as his opponent. I don't want you to be his victim."
Andressa let out a long breath. Without being told by Lorcan, he also knew what the character of the Queen Mother was. To be honest, he was used to dealing with cunning women and women who had a satanic disposition.
"I'm not afraid. Precisely if he has such bad behavior, then I have to fight him. Does he think ordinary people like me have no power to resist? He's wrong to think of me as such" Andressa said, looking confident.
Lorcan was still. Slowly there was a sound of laughter echoing from Lorcan's mouth. The man laughed at his vain self worrying about Andressa.
Andressa gave a thumbs up.
"Yes, take it easy."

Two days later, Andressa attends an invitation from the Queen Mother. Leyna was already waiting for her arrival in the living room of her residence palace.
"I send my regards to Her Majesty the Queen Mother."
Andressa took the perfect attitude in greeting. Leyna was momentarily silent to see Andressa master the etiquette of greeting greetings like a noble. In fact, her etiquette was much more perfect than a noble girl in general.
"Hello, Miss doctor. Please sit. I've been waiting for your presence." Leyna invited Andressa to sit on the sofa opposite her.
"Okay, thank you, Your Majesty."
Andressa sat herself on the couch. He found a cup of tea in front of him with some snacks.
"Miss, I heard that you have healed the Emperor using your medicinal techniques. I didn't expect a young healer to be able to do anything extraordinary" Leyna said.
Andressa commented on the elegant smile.
"I'm just doing something that suits my abilities. There's nothing wrong with any of that."
Andressa answered without hesitation accompanied by a straight eye gaze staring directly at Leyna's eyeball.
'Oh, it seems that this girl is not a person who is easily subverted. Should I get rid of him now? Or could it be that I should pull it to my side?'
Leyna delves into her mind. He realized Andressa wasn't that simple he dropped.
"You have a very strong self-confidence. Then I'll get to the point. I know, you must have realized that I invited you here was not without reason. You want to know what I'm trying to do to invite you, Andressa?"
