Why is Papa no longer coming?

"I'm sorry I came home late because I bought a cake first." Dio said then lifted the plastic containing Divan's favorite cake.
"You bought Divan another cake?" Ask Hanum.
"Yes, because Divan likes it so I bought him again." Answer Dio. "Divan, let's put the cake in the fridge. Later Divan can eat it after eating, yes." Dio said softly to his son.
Divan took the plastic Dio gave him. He stepped into the kitchen leaving his parents.
Hanum sighed. "Four days Papa no longer comes here." Answer Hanum.
"Then? Are you worried about papa?" Ask Dio.
Hanum shrugged both of his shoulders. "Come away, but I feel a bad feeling for Papa. I'm suddenly afraid that Papa isn't okay right now." Hanum answered honestly.
Dio let out a breath. "Let's sit down first." Take it because their current position is still standing. Hanum assures her and steps towards the sofa.
"So I just got word that Papa went to the hospital yesterday." Dio said after sitting on the sofa.
"What's? Papa get into the hospital?" Hanum was surprised to hear that.
"Yes, from the information I got your father was found unconscious in the room by the waiter who wanted to deliver food into his room." Obviously Dio.
Hanum's eyes were perfectly patterned. "W-what?" said Hanum. His face turned anxious thinking about the current state of his papa.
"Do you want to see Papa in the hospital?" Dio's bargain is soft.
Hanum was silent for a moment to think.
"Let your ego down. You won't know until when God will give your father age." Said Dio gently.
