Surprised and in disbelief
The invited guests who were in the hotel ballroom began whispering and guessing who the other three people were meant by Mr. Mahesa.
"And that man is my eldest son, my son-in-law and my favorite grandson." Furthermore, Mr. Mahesa then managed to make many people including Mama Jelita surprised to hear it because they think the first child of Mr. Mahesa is not married because there has been no wedding party held by the Mahesa family so far.
"Dio, let's bring your wife and children here." Pinta Tuan Mahesa looked at her son.
Everyone's eyes were turned in the direction that Mr. Mahesa meant. Dio nodded his head. He grabbed Hanum's hand and invited Hanum and Divan to come forward.
"Hanum, everything's gonna be fine." Marvel's words calmed Hanum who seemed very surprised by what he had just heard.
"Come on." Dio took Hanum back.
Hanum agreed and got up from his seat. Daniel who sat next to Divan also helped the child of his best friend to get down from the chair he was sitting in.
Dio, Hanum and Divan who were being joined by Hanum and Dio finally stepped forward with a sense of surprise invited guests especially Papa Irfan, Mama Jelita and Cita.
"No, this is impossible." Cita shook her head. He rubbed his eyes to make sure his eyes were right.
After Hanum, Dio and Divan stood on stage, Cita believed that what she saw was true and real.
"This is my eldest son and his wife and children." Said Mr. Mahesa with a big smile as if showing how proud he was to have Dio, Hanum and Divan.
Dio, Hanum and Divan smiled looking at the invited guests who came tonight. Dio was asked to give me two words. Dio of course immediately agreed and took over the microphone from the hands of Mr. Mahesa. Afterwards Dio whispered something into Hanum's ear when he saw his wife began to bow.
"Thank your head. You're the queen tonight." Whisper Dio.
Mr. Mahesa took over again to speak. His face now looked resolute as if there was something important he wanted to convey to everyone.
"And with this, I announce that the one who will continue my struggle to lead the central company of Mahesa is my eldest son, Dio Mahesa." Said Mr. Mahesa who managed to get a boisterous applause from the invited guests except Papa Irfan, Mama Jelita and Cita who were surprised to hear it.
Dio's face did not look surprised at all. He seemed to have guessed that now was the time for him to continue the struggle of his father leading a large company.
"Congratulations Dio!" Marvel's voice sounded quite loud as he brandished his two thumbs to Dio.
The audience was made to laugh at him. The average of them knows that Marvel and Dio are best friends because Marvel often introduces even Dio at their business meetings.
"You are this. Be calm a little. Don't you realize that this is a formal event." Daniel said he had no thought.
"I know and I still want to do it." Marvel replied casually without guilt.
