101. The trap!
"Is there any certainty as to where Empress Rui is currently?" Pei Zhong Min asked his spies.
"Last night Mo Han was summoned to the palace to report. After Mo Han's palace went to Heaven Lake. And that very night King Rui returned to the common residence with Empress Rui."

The real incident that happened in King Rui's residence was that Pei Zhang Xi had indeed returned in the same carriage as a woman. And that woman was none other than Pei Shi Lian who was in charge of replacing Lu Jing Yu. After Mo Han walked out of the Emperor's study, he passed Pei Shi Lian. Pei Zhong Min's Fruit moved quickly. With help from them Wei Qian Nian finally arrived in front of the residence of King Rui. But this movement had been expected beforehand so everyone was prepared.
"Then wait, especially? Why don't we catch that rotten woman?" General Ji said angrily when Mo Han reported that their men had learned of Wei Qian Nian's whereabouts.

"Do you like your surprises?" Pei Shi Lian smiled cunningly at Wei Qian Nian.
