Room 14's

Room 14's
Chapter 13

Diana wriggled softly as the morning sunlight hit her face. He opened his eyes, his body hurt. Then after remembering the incident last night Diana immediately opened her eyes wide. Look around the room. This is the guest room. Diana remembers her passing out in the bridal chamber, and she also remembers the figure she met there. Diana's hair is goosebumps. Don't-don't....

"Diana!"

Mr. Eddie's voice calling from the outside broke Diana's daydream. He got up a little staggering, then immediately opened the door.

"Sorry, sir. I was not feeling well, "ringis Diana felt her head throb. He felt bad for the vice head of the lab.

Eddie sighed and said, "you're back in the lab today. Later Bian will accompany me here, "

"Lho, why sir? I still can. Just a little dizzy in a moment is also gone" Diana protested.

"The order of prof. Adams. He sent Bian here last night" said Mr. Eddie.

"Pack up and go home and see prof. Adams in the lab." continued Eddie.

"Be careful" Eddie's sir's message then moved away.

Diana just nodded resignedly, her lips twisting a little smile, it turns out that Mr. Eddie is not too annoying.

he was still very curious about the bridal room. Looks like he won't be able to investigate because he has to go back to Buana's lab.

The girl went back in with shaky steps, she packed her things into a suitcase.  After that, he took a shower and prepared to leave.

When Diana asked Erlangga and Lorena for the servant, they said that Erlangga was having an important meeting with Eddie and Bian. While Lorena had activities outside and had left early in the morning.

Diana stared at the mansion once more before entering the taxi. On the second floor, from a window, a woman with long hair was staring at Diana. He narrowed his eyes to clarify his vision. But the woman was no longer there.

Who'sis that?

Not wanting to think further Diana immediately entered the taxi leaving the mansion with many question marks on her head.

*

Diana chose to rest in the dorm room after coming home from the mayor's house. His head was still dizzy, it seemed like she could only meet prof. Adams tomorrow.

Closing her eyes Diana began to think, beginning to relate the strange events in Erlangga's house to the sounds she heard from the next room. Does the rather awkward bridal room have anything to do with the fourteen rooms?

Bridal chamber, though,

red and black rose petals, sprinkles,

Lorena, lorena,

The crown of the head of the goat.

It all seems strange and strange. Diana was sure it was connected to each other. What he saw must be related and if combined will form an answer that may have been sought.

Diana's head grew dizzy, her eyes somewhat watery holding a throbbing in the head. Before going to bed he sent a message to Feby to come to his room after coming home from the lab.

There was no reply from her best friend, Diana put down her phone and began to close her eyes.

Je vous parle d'un...

Que les moins de vingt....

New peuvent pas connaitre......

Montmartre en ce temps...

Accrochait....

Jusque sous nos fenetres....

Et si l'humble garni......

Qui nous servait de nid....

The pas de mine....

C'est la qu'on s'est connu....

In her sleep Diana was faintly listening to the sound of people singing. He opened his eyes slightly and then sharpened his ears to hear more clearly, it was a song that Diana had heard a few days ago.

The longer the singing got slower, the further and finally disappeared.

Diana tried to remember the lyrics of the song she had heard. Diana took a pen and a book to write the lyrics of a song she managed to remember,

Jusque sous nos fenetres,

Et the l'humble garni, uh,

Qui nus servit de nid.

Although Diana was not sure the writing was correct, she kept writing the lyrics, that was all she remembered. His hands were outstretched, reaching for the laptop he usually kept in a drawer. Diana opened google, then typed the lyrics in the google search engine.

Diana scrolls through the home page displaying the title of the song. The song La Boheme by Charles Aznavour is a legendary Armenian-French singer. Charles Aznavour, the singer who released the song in 1966, is one of the best-selling singers in the world. La Bohemia tells the story of a lover, an artist and a Bohemian girl.

After reading a few articles about the song, Diana was able to conclude clearly that the song was about people who yearn for love, but also complicated relationships, about heartbreak and ideals. Although not very understanding Diana recorded it in the book.

Diana then opened google translate to translate the lyrics she remembered,

Jusque sous nos fenetres,

(Until our window)

The first sentence had already been successfully translated, Diana continued for the second and third sentences, respectively,

Et the l'humble garni, uh,

(and if the decoration is humble)

Qui nous servait de nid.

(Who serves us as a nest).

Diana frowned not understanding. Who would be interested in singing an old opera song now? The song was even there before Diana was born. Why is that voice singing this song? Is this song a clue to an answer to a puzzling question all along?

Diana banged her head slowly to the table, hoping that in her brain something might help her find the answers to all the puzzles. He raised his head back, staring with interest at the first sentence.

Jusque sous nos fenetres....

(Until our window)

Under window? Diana rounded her eyes, Lorena had also seen him standing on the edge of the window. Diana flicked her fingers, ah, this is what she was looking for.

Diana immediately stood up and checked if the window could be opened. He had to check if there was anything under that window. If the song's lyrics were a clue, Diana was sure to find something.

It opens!

Diana managed to open the window, although it was outside a bit of a drizzle Diana jumped out of the window.

Buana dormitory is located near the forest, a few meters in front of Diana is the forest. He glanced at the forest shrouded in mist.

Diana squatted around the window, inspecting the ground that was right below her. He picked up a block of wood that lay not so far away from him

"I'm sure there's something here, " Diana muttered continuously digging the ground using wooden beams. Perhaps it was because the ground was a bit wet so Diana did not have much trouble digging.

Tuk...

After digging long enough, the wooden block hit something. Afternoon wind accompanied by drizzle makes the fog thicker. Diana shivered a little coldly.

Another box?

Diana finds another box, similar to the one she found in the warehouse but smaller. He picked it up and threw it into the room without seeing the contents inside.

The weather was getting colder, Diana glanced at the window which turned out to be quite high when viewed from below. But Diana was still able to enter through the window despite the difficulties.

After landing perfectly inside, Diana was about to close the window again. It was then that at the edge of the fog-covered forest, Diana was vaguely like seeing a female figure in a red dress. He squinted his eyes to see more clearly. But, the increasingly thick fog blocked Diana's vision. He saw nothing more, only a forest covered in thick fog.

Seriate....
