Suroto is still talking to Nicolas, the fat man actually does not like Sonia to marry Nicolas because he knows the man does not love his daughter. The man just wants Nicolas's family fortune.

Nikolas did not want to dissolve, he took out the paper and gave the pen to Suroto.
