The recruitment process followed by Kasih is relatively smooth. Just a week ago received an interview call via video call, Kasih was immediately accepted after conducting a second interview with employees from Luxus Group.

Luxus Group is one of the Hotel Brands engaged in the hospitality industry. It has many branches in Indonesia and abroad. Throughout Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, India, Maldives, China, Middle East and 20 hotels spread across Europe . Many people want to work in Luxus Group. In addition to lucrative salaries, there are many facilities provided to its employees. Love is so lucky that only 2x live interviews are accepted.

That morning Kasih waited for an interview call through his phone. Previously Kasih got an email that he would be interviewed at 10:00 a.m. Kasih has held his phone to prepare to receive incoming calls.

Finally the call awaited by Love appeared as well. Well, interview calls via video call.

Love immediately grabbed the phone and shifted the green color on the screen to receive the call. His heart was beating like never before. It feels very mixed. Moreover, this is the first time Kasih has attended a job interview.

“Good Morning, I am Joe from Luxus Resort and Spa Bintan. Is this with Margaret Kasih?”

“Iya sir Joe, I am Margaret Kasih," replied Kasih as she squeezed both hands out of nervousness.

“Alright Love. Could you please tell me about yourself? Because I saw your CV (curriculum vitae), and this is a bit interesting. You did your job training in Thailand 6 months and after... You work in 2 different places, different position but in the same time, Aan Coffee Shop and Sarah Spa Beauty?”

“And Actually Aan Coffee Shop is my older brother coffee shop and Sarah Spa Beauty is my mom’s spa."

Love and Mr. Joe looked at each other smiling.

“But I learned so many things as well here. I work with professional. Following the schedule, giving my best coffee art and massage," said Kasih again made Joe smile.
