"Noah, why are you talking to Mama?" arkan asked after his wife told him what Noah said to him this afternoon.

Arkan who stood holding the child who was busy playing with small robots in his hands was amazed, he still did not believe fully with the story of the wife.

"Because they say I'm not your son" Noah replied innocently.

"Who said it?" ask Arkan curiously.

"My Schoolmate," said the boy

Rea who was sitting while watching the two men he loved so much was of course surprised to hear Noah's answer.

"What did they say?" Andi who appeared from upstairs was seen asking the grandchild about it, the man grabbed Noah from the child's arms, holding him to his lap while leaning on the sofa.

"What did your schoolmate say?" ask again.

"They said I didn't look like my mom."

Everyone who was there threw a look at each other aware that Noah must have understood a little about the condition left by his biological mother just like that.

"Noah, you know? baby sister in the stomach of this mother one of them also later may be born not like papa, it could be similar to Axel's nag."

Approaching the day of their child's birth, Rea and Arkan are like a couple who have no home of their own, they sometimes live three days in Andi's house, two days in Jordan's house, the rest they go home to themselves, even if the time allows for both.

Today they went to Jordan's house, where Axel had prepared a special room for Bebe and Bubu. The three were silent looking at the two baby boxes that Axel had arranged there.

"Are you sure your child will sleep in a baby box?"

Lydia's words made the three surprised, Axel who saw the mother enter while holding Ale directly asked the sister of the sling, Ale is now almost two years old, that boy would really be the most cute om for Bebe and Bubu.

They went to the hospital without saying goodbye to the house, intending to notify if they already know the exact condition of Rea's condition, he said, because sometimes if there is no opening in the birth canal patients are welcome to go home first.

Arriving at the hospital ER, Rea is welcome by the guard midwife to lie on the bed and then bend her knees for the examination of the opening of the birth canal.

Not wanting to leave the wife alone in the room in pain, Arkan decides to call Axel, telling the man that Rea is about to give birth.

The panicked Axel, running out of the house without changing his clothes, when he got there he put the parcel he was carrying on the table, approached frantically towards his half-sister, the man could only pat Rea on the shoulder, for some reason his face looked so sad, perhaps because he felt unable to share the pain that the girl he loved was feeling.

Arkan approached to give the chocolate he had opened to his wife, they laughed at Axel who panicked even to the point of not changing his clothes.

Rea tugged at the tip of Axel's plain white T-shirt while teasing, "Seriously you want to welcome your son with a t-shirt and shorts like this Ax?"

Axel who just realized looks a little embarrassed, he said he would call the mother to bring a change of clothes later.

Rea is seen squeezing her bed linen as she feels unbearable pain, all the lessons she can learn to deal with childbirth instantly crumble to be replaced by crying.

"Ar, what should we do?" axel panicked.

Arkan who also looks confused look rubbing and massaging the back of the wife as Kinanti did earlier.

"Do you want an operation?" ask Axel again.

Rea shook her head while continuing to grimace in pain. Axel chose to call the guard midwife outside, how surprised the man was when he saw how the midwife checked the opening of the birth canal.

Arkan used his palm to turn Axel's head upside down and almost saw his wife's private property.

"Loe don't look for opportunities in narrowness" Arkan said.

"No, I don't mean Ar" he replied.

"It's been a perfect opening, I'll tell Dr. Ken immediately, does her husband want to accompany her?" The midwife looked confused because there were two men waiting for Rea there.

"I will accompany her, I am her husband" Arkan said.

Axel only agreed because he was aware of his position.

Kinanti was seen casually wearing surgical gloves and letting the nurse put on a mask for her, while Arkan's face looked frantic next to the struggling wife giving birth to her child into the world.

"Ken, relax really loe," asked Arkan who was pale to see the girl he loved in such pain.

"Why are you guys talking?" Rea angrily clutched the husband's arm, making the few people there laugh.

With Ken's direction, Rea managed to give birth to her first baby, only a few minutes later her second baby was also born healthy, both tiny babies were heard crying out, making Axel who was waiting outside look happy.

Arkan kissed his wife's face many times, Rea could only cry on her arms. They were truly happy when the two babies were snatched to their mother's chest, their tiny lips and red cheeks were both so adorable.

A nurse called Axel to go inside. Ax could only look from a distance, throwing a smile at Rea who was still lying weak and Arkan who was still loyal to be beside him, while the two babies who had just been born got treatment from the Midwife.

"Because we don't know where Bubu is and where Bebe is, then you can judge both, no problem right?" kinanti said as she handed the first baby to Arkan, while a Midwife gave the second baby to Axel.

"For DNA tests the results can not be directly out, but hopefully the blood types are both different so we can guess first which is Bubu and which is Bebe," he continued.

Arkan and Axel just say the words of Kinanti, they are busy looking at the tiny baby in their hands.
