Love of the Adjutant

Love of the Adjutant
Promises

Kinan looked at the little girl named Sinta.

Your kasian darling. You're still a child, but you have to accept this bittersweet reality of life.

He also gently rubbed the hair of the sleeping girl.

Is that your parents busy? Until your parents who are doctors do not know if you are sick. Has he ever hugged you, or just said hello when he left for work?

"Doctor." a nurse broke her daydream.

"Yes." Yeah."

"The condition of this little girl is stable, Doctor Adam asked to put her in the room."

"alright. Please take this girl to her room."

Several nurses came and pushed the girl's bed. Kinan could only see her from afar until she got into the elevator.

"No wonder Doctor, it turns out that girl is Doctor Adam's son" said Ana who appeared from the side.

"He em." replied Kinan briefly. "Let's continue working first. Many patients we still have to check." take Kinan.

Kinan began to focus on his work.

.

In the afternoon, before returning Kinan took the time to visit Sinta in his room. Slowly he approached where Sinta was lying. Kinan's face implied that he was very kasian to the girl.

The body is tiny, but the experience of life is amazingly big.

Slowly he checked the temperature of Sinta. He touched her forehead and gently rubbed her hair. But her gentle touch inadvertently made Sinta wake up from her sleep.

"Silver." said spoiled Sinta.

"Yes dear." replied Sinta gently as she brought her face closer to Sinta.

"Sorry, you woke up." Kinan felt guilty.

But Sinta shook her head.

"I'm okay, brother." Sinta with a gentle smile that expands from her tiny lips. Kinan smiled too.

"Chealing quickly is beautiful" Kinan said while fixing Sinta's hair that covered her eyes.

Sinta just nodded her head.

"Now what are you complaining about? Is your head dizzy? Or do you want to eat something?" ask Kinan as a doctor who is affectionate to his patients.

Sinta just shook her head.

"No food you like?"

Once again the girl simply replied by shaking her head.

"Keep what do you want dong?" ask Kinan in despair.

"There's one thing I want." The girl opened her voice.

"What??" ask Kinan curiously.

"If I'm cured, do you want to promise me a walk??"

"Roadway??" Kinan.

"Yes the street. I want to go to the playground. I haven't been there for a long time" Sinta explained. "Papa's too busy. Even on weekends she was busy and there was no time to walk." The little girl began to grieve.

For a moment Kinan thought.

"Now, don't be sad. Yes brother promise, later if you've been out of the hospital we will walk to the playground." Kinan was forced to agree not to make Sinta sad.

Actually Kinan was eager to agree to the girl's request, because he did not want to deal with Doctor Adam. Just thinking about that person alone made Kinan lazy.

"But Sinta herself will have to go with Papa??"

"OK deh sis." The plain girl gave her thumbs up. Her innocent ranking she did not understand if her Papa and Kinan were often cold war.

"Oh, does your sister know my dad?" Sinta began to actively speak.

"Know. Doctor Adam, right?"

"That's fine. One hundred for sister." smile Sinta. "What about my sister, my dad?"

"What's the matter?" Kinan.

"Yes, do you think my dad's brother is cool??"

"Hmmm... Yeah.he's cool." Kinan was hard to answer honestly in front of the girl. He could not disfigure his father.

"My dad's cute, right??" ask Sinta curiously.

"My father has everything, too, brother. Got a car, a house, an apartment." The girl started promoting the Papa.

"Yes." Kinan replied briefly while trying to hide his sense of enegety when he heard Sinta flaunt Doctor Adam's treasure.

"So??" ask Sinta curiously.

"So what??"

"So what is my sister interested in my Papa."

"'What?!!!" Kinan was immediately shocked to hear the innocent girl.

Hearing Kinan's surprised tone, Sinta was also surprised. It was as if the girl was widening her eyes.

"Why brother?? You don't like my dad?" said Sinta with a sad face.

"Oh.bu... It's not like that. Uh, mmm... Oh iyya Sinta must rest a lot so that it will heal soon." Kinan tried to shift the conversation so as not to disappoint Sinta.

He immediately corrected the position of the pillow and laid Sinta there.

"Hmm, big brother came home first huh. Tomorrow if there's time, you'll be here again" Kinan said with a smile.

Without saying much, Kinan immediately left Sinta's room.

The same father who was discussed the same anyway??

While grumbling, suddenly Kinan's phone rang.

"Yes. Assalamu'allaikum Om." said Kinan.

"Ohh okay, this is me sliding into the lobby. Just a minute."

He hung up and rushed to the hospital lobby.

Not long after Kinan arrived at the Hospital lobby and got into a white car parked there.

"Sorry for a long time. He was still looking at his son's friend." said Kinan as he entered the car.

"Not what Ma'am. I just arrived too." Indra smile.

As the car was about to go, Kinan's gaze stopped on the clothes Indra was wearing. Navy collared t-shirts, jeans and ash-coloured shoes. He only realized that Indra changed her clothes.

"Change your clothes?" ask Kiran in surprise.

"Ehh. Yes Ma'am. Earlier this morning, she said to herself that I should wear casual clothes. Do not use the frying, let it not be too flashy" said Indra repeating the word Kinan that earlier this morning.

"So back to mess dong??"

"Yes Ma'am." replied Indra smiling.

Kinan smiled too.

A truly obedient adjutant. It should always be a recommendation for the officials.

On the way home.

"Om eating already?"

"Already Ma'am. He was told to eat with his Grandma."

"Ooh."

"Emmm... Did he eat himself?" ask Indra doubtfully.

"Not Om."

"Want to eat first?" tawar Indra's.

"No, no, Om. I want to just go home." refuse Kinan gently.

"Good Ma'am."

Indra is back on the road. But occasionally he still tried to steal a look at Kinan.

Arriving at Grandma's.

"Thank you Om." said Kinan.

"Same as Ma'am." replied Indra.

Kinan was about to enter the house, but his steps stopped when he saw Indra taking a bucket and a canoebo.

"Why are you Om?" ask Kinan astonished.

"You clean the car Mbak." replied Indra plain.

Kinan saw the sky that afternoon. The sky was clear without the slightest drop of rain.
