Ivy Lee's
Chapter 7's

After thinking carefully, Ivy Lee finally decided to undergo his tirakat. Like this morning before dawn before dawn he did the sahur as he did during Ramadan.

The first fast he will undergo is the bedug fast which is the foundation to continue the next stage. The first day was very hard to live because only he himself underwent fasting. While others do not fast. Different in the month of Ramadan all fasting so it will not feel heavy for him.

"Honey, here son, we have breakfast together!!" bring Mother.

Ivy Lee refused and her refusal left both her parents feeling astonished. Ivy Lee refused her mother's invitation to have breakfast together. Today they both saw something different about her daughter.

"Ivy Lee, are you sick, son? you're all right, right? not usually you refuse the mother's invitation to have breakfast together. We have been waiting for you!!" asked her mother to approach her.

"Son, Ivy Lee is fine. Today Ivy Lee is fasting, so this morning before the dawn of the Ivy Lee Adhan is already sahur."

"Tuesday did you fast what Ivy? tumben you fasted? usually you fast in the month of Ramadan only you often perk!!" ask father.

"Ivy Lee fasts, Ivy fasts for 30 days and other fasts. He said this fast will make Ivy recover from the excess Ivy has. In another sense this fast or tirakat is able to remove all the excess Ivy has."

"What's? Don't freak you out, Ivy!!" snapped his father who suddenly hit the dining table. Ivy and her mother were surprised.

"You don't mess with that tirakat. Tirakat it can only be done by mentally strong people."

Ivy Lee actually felt terrified seeing her father that angry at her. But he remained on his desire to remove his surplus from himself.

"Dad, Ivy wants a normal life. Ivy will keep trying. Please don't ban Ivy Lee's wishes, father!!"

Ivy Lee is a stubborn girl, even the advice of her father was not heard. In his mind he just wanted to look normal.

He did not want his entire life to continue to see the shadows of the subtle creatures that always bothered him. He needs calmness he wants to concentrate on his lessons.

In the morning he still looks fresh and strong undergo fasting bedugnya. During the day his body began to feel weak. The first fast was hard for him because he was the only one in power that day.

Ivy Lee looks very limp, even Haikal who saw it did not have the heart. The first fast seemed to have made no change. His eyes could still see the delicate creatures that flashed before his eyes. It's just that they were seen away from Ivy Lee, including the ghost of Sekar who just looked at him from a distance.

"You should? wanna drink?" haikal said he gave a bottle of cold mineral water.

It seemed so tempting, that Ivy Lee could not swallow his own saliva.

"Go, brother, I don't need that drink. You just want to cancel my satisfaction, don't you?"

"So you're seriously fasting? are you sure it will work? I think it's useless if you fast inside you there's still fear!!"

"Look over there, Sekar's ghost is looking at you from a distance!!"

"I don't want to see it. Let him look at me from a distance. I think my fast this time will work. So that the ghost of Sekar does not dare to approach me."

Ivy Lee could see Sekar's ghostly gaze when he saw it like there was anger and dislike for Ivy Lee.

"Are you sure? I even saw your body getting weaker. I told you, You better make peace with the situation. That fasting won't help you.

"All right, the important thing is that I told you!!" haikal said briefly and left Ivy Lee. Ivy Lee stared at Haikal's departure.

Ivy Lee proved everything. For 30 full days he was fasting bedug. He had made it through his 30 days of fasting very smoothly.

After the fasting bedug he has passed, the next stage is fasting ngrowot. This fast he lived like fasting bedug only difference when sahur and break he only ate tubers like sweet potatoes cassava.

Every day he woke up before the dawn at 03:30 to undergo sahur and break when the Maghrib arrived.

For Ivy Lee who feel the fasting ngrowot, this fasting is heavier than fasting bedug. He had to resist all his urge to eat all the food he liked. Sweet potato cassava and all that just boiled. Actually he was very bored and once he wanted to vomit because he was not used to it.

Ivy Lee only managed to undergo fasting ngrowot for 15 days. The time it takes is 30 days. On the 15th day, the ghosts she saw should have stayed away from her. But on the contrary, the ghosts were getting closer to him.

Even this time it's getting worse than before. If before the fast Ivy Lee could only see their form. In contrast to now, even terrifying imagined glimmers flashed through his mind.

The shadows are like a flash of past murder events that resulted in many deaths. And it was as if the shadows of the slain man were screaming for help at him.

Ivy Lee was not feeling strong, and his head felt like it wanted to break. He even shouted while the lesson was going on. Making his friends even his teacher who was teaching become frightened. They were afraid that Ivy Lee was demon-possessed again and went on a rampage like before.

The class was suddenly excited and made students in other classes flocked out looking for sources of screams and screams from the next class.

"Ivy Lee is demon possessed!!" that is the sound of their screams.

Ivy Lee is not possessed. He just wanted to fight the shadows that plagued his mind. Ivy Lee yelled even more as the spirits circled her body.

Haikal who was meeting in the OSIS room immediately left the meeting and ran to the Ivy Lee class.

"Go all of you, don't bother me!!" Ivy Lee shouted, while his friends just watched it without being able to help him.

Not only the spirits that circled his body. The leader of them or who controls all those spirits is the ghost of Sekar. Sekar's ghost is overjoyed, he laughs at Ivy Lee's failed attempt at fasting.

"Hiii...hi...l..hi....hi.......hi!!"

"Ivy Lee, you have to help me. It's just that you avoid me, I'm you and you're me. If you don't help me, then your life will continue to haunt me!!" said Sekar's ghost told Ivy Lee.

Ivy Lee is desperate. If he continues like this he may not graduate school this year. His concentration was broken so that it disrupted his lesson.

"Tell me what do I have to do so you don't bother me anymore?" Ivy Lee asked, yelling at Sekar's ghost.

"Hiii...hi...l..hi....hi.......hi!!"

Sekar's ghost laughed, and his laughter was terrifying. And even worse, only Ivy Lee was able to hear it and even see it. So his friends and teachers who saw him thought Ivy Lee was possessed.

"Do you want to help me?" ask the ghost of Sekar to Ivy Lee. His face was very close to Ivy Lee's face and it was horrible and disgusting. But this time Ivy Lee tried to dare to look at the ghost of Sekar's face similar to his.

"Quite Ivy Lee, don't respond to it!!" yelled Haikal who had just arrived.
