Hopeless Reincarnation's

Hopeless Reincarnation's
The Second Lead's

“Let me down at the cafe. You don't have to follow me, I want to choose my own food there.” I told Lanna when I got into the horse carriage that afternoon. Lanna nodded, no longer daring to ask.

Approaching one o'clock in the afternoon, my carriage stopped in front of Cafe Aprikos. I went in and bought some fruit pies which from the looks of it had already tempted my appetite. After that, I quietly walked out through the back door.

Fortunately, my goal is not far from there. It didn't take long for me to find an ancient, newly cleaned building, a candidate where Chiara's self-help agency would operate.

Relying on the memories, I checked which alley Yorka was likely to occupy. There is one alley that faces directly behind the institution building that matches the description in the novel.

“OK, to avoid disturbing the storyline, I better wait in the next alley.” I murmured, although not necessarily seeing his face, I could at least hear the voice from the man.

I'm looking for a seat among the pile of wooden crates in the alley. Thierry must have gotten my file and met Chiara. They could've been in the building, I just waited.

I made myself feel good by tasting the fruit cakes I bought at the store.

“Wah..expensive food is indeed the best.” I turned back, lulled with the sweet, sour and fresh taste of the fruit pie I ate. Then…

'BRAK!!'

'MEOW!'

Suddenly the wooden crate behind me fell down unable to hold my body weight. Out of shock, the half-bitten fruit pie just fell down. And so are the other pies I just bought.

“Fucking cat!” My meaning to the only living thing I can blame.

The little cat I was walking each meowed loudly, lying with his legs still stricken by the wooden box. I actually want to help but.the problem is,

“Recovered rumors about your cruelty not lying, Lady Arabella.” A voice suddenly cut off my mind. Who'sis that?

I turned my head, behind me was a man who rushed down and helped the cat. When the man stood up, the body I thought was high enough to raise his head to see his face.

Again handsome men like Thierry, however, this time with brown hair and green eyes as bright as emerald gems. Lho? Shit..sial...siall!

“Is there something on my face, Lady? Isn't your own face full of sugar cream?”

Why is he here? Didn't I make sure which alley he'd turn up in?

“Why are royal knights like you here, Knight Yorka?” I was nervous asking.

“Isn't that question more suitable to explain Lady's situation now?” My sudden question trapped myself. It's not a strange right to see Yorka touring the capital, let alone ahead of a major festival. But, how can I prepare a logical answer now!

Fortunately the tuned Arabella's face always looked indifferent it covered my panic. Yorka herself doesn't seem to care much about the reason I'm there. He was busy dressing the cat's wounds with his handkerchief.

Eh? Lho? Isn't that a handkerchief to wipe away Chiara's tears later? Why did the dirty cat get it?

“Not you also have a cat in Beryl Palace? I think you will be more attentive to this little animal.” Yorka revealed a fact that I never revealed this salama.

Yep. I hate cats! I am so scared of cats! My only trait is the most different from Arabella who loves her cats. In his palace he even had three cats! Three!

In order to avoid those cats, I had to assign each of the door maids to look after them. The reason was made up, I said I would assess their performance from how to care for my beloved cat. You lie, brothers!

“I just love my pretty cats. Not a dirty and noisy one like this.” This time I even had to lie to Yorka. I'm sorry little cat.

“Then, I will take this sweet and friendly cat away from the presence of Lady.” Yorka again let out a satirical tone.

His title might just be Marquess, but, his role as a royal knight made him not care about such social starta.  Why does it get more annoying than Thierry, anyway?

Without saying goodbye, Yorka moved into the alley next to me. I finally had to move and peek at them from a considerable distance. I couldn't hear the conversation from this distance, although faintly, at least their faces remained visible.

Shortly after, a crying Chiara came out from inside the building. Fortunately Chiara was crying like the original story, however, Yorka did not see the crying. He was still busy wrapping the wound on the cat's leg.

I almost screamed in annoyance, but fortunately Chiara saw Yorka's own busy presence. He wiped his tears and hurriedly brought the P3K gear from inside the building. They helped treat the cat's wounds and conversed in a friendly manner.

Hmm.. If this is the case, the storyline will not be stuck again, right?
