Chapters 14. Two Jealous Men

"Renata," call Lee, when they're already in the car heading for the company. Meanwhile, Gio and Shasha have returned home together with Sofia.

Hearing her name called Renata immediately averted her eyes. He looked back until he looked at Lee.

"Yes, sir."

"Pardon Sofia's attitude, she's like that because she doesn't want Gio and Shasha to be okay" said the man. He did not want it until Renata became not at home, because of his wife's spicy mouth. Renata is innocent.

While in front there, Renata immediately gulped. Gio and Shasha consider Sofia as their mother. So, he can't do anything yet. He has to give up a lot.

Renata nodded his head. He swears he will not surrender, despite having to fight Sofia later. "It's okay, sir. I understand, however, he is more entitled."

Lee simply blinked his eyes slowly. Then sit quietly while leaning his head on the back of the chair.

And from there, Renata increasingly sees the awkwardness of the relationship between Lee and Sofia. The man seemed to be limiting himself to his wife, for whatever reason.

"You know, he's a new guy! He could have been acting like shit if there was no Daddy or Mommy. So stop being so spoiled like that!" sofia said excitedly, hoping that the two boys understood.

Maybe when Gio and Shasha were babies, she could still endure her frustration. However, when both of them had grown up, the shadow of Alicia's face seemed to come in Sofia's eyes.

"But the pretty sister looks good, Mom," Shasha replied defending Renata.

While Lee knows Gio and Shasha always give distance to new people. They don't like it, so it's not easy to adapt.

Shasha started sobbing, and Gio immediately clasped his sister's hand to calm down. The little girl did not dare to make a sound, or Sofia would grow even more angry.

He clenched his hands.

"Stop getting angry, Mom. Little sister was afraid," Gio said with his pleading voice. And right at that very moment, Sofia instantly came to a realization.

A similar reason, which makes Gio and Shasha try to understand the state of Sofia. Because both of them had seen Sofia and Lee having a big fight, and made them feel sorry for Sofia.

"I am so sorry" said Sofia once again as she spread out her hands. Fearfully, Gio and Shasha approached, and they hugged.

Evening arrived, all the workers gradually went out of their respective rooms to go home. Including Renata. He tidied up his desk, then grabbed the bag.

Before going out he approached Lee first. "Sir, can I go home?"

"Please!" reply Lee while extending out one hand. Renata smiled faintly, then stepped towards the door, but again he stopped right in front of Zack's desk.

"Assistant Zack, I go home first" said Renata, making the owner's name stunned. Because she always acts sweeter to him.

Was it all because he taught Renata?

"Yes, Miss. Be careful."

"Of course, you should also be careful, see you later."

Renata smiled to show her teeth. Then after that, he completely walked out of Lee's room. Leave a big question mark, for the two men who are still at their respective tables.

"Zack!" call Lee, make Zack wake up.

"Yes, sir."

He glanced at his cousin's sister with guts. "What's wrong with that woman? Why is his attitude so different when talking to you?"

He was asked immediately, because he also did not know the reason. "Nothing is different, sir. I think it's the same." Zack answered lying.

Zack flinched, he was like seeing the jealous soul of Gio within his older cousin.

"Two men are jealous of one woman!"
