Chapters 18. Private Apartments.

Vania immediately shut her mouth because she had been speechless, while Morgan looked at Vania sharply because she was worried about the question the woman gave Arsen.

"Miss, you don't have-" Morgan instantly stopped his remarks when he saw Arsen raise his hand as a sign that he had to stop what he wanted to say.

Arsen stared at Vania sharply making Vania feel scared and regretful for asking. He should have kept quiet and just done what the man told him to do.

"You seem very curious, Dad?" said Arsen quietly, but his voice sounded so cold that it made Vania and Morgan's hair goosebumps.

Vania immediately shook her head to refute Arsen's words. "No-no, I'm not curious at all. I just mispronounced it." He panicked until he said all that with just one breath.

Arsen smiled cynically then took another sip of the drink before him, while Vania heaved a sigh of relief as Arsen no longer discussed it.

From a distance, Belinda and Ivan continued to look towards Arsen and Vania. It does not matter if they are currently being mobbed by people who want to seek attention and connection.

"Are they really lovers?" Belinda clenched her hands tightly when she felt tight. "But why did Arsen get into a relationship with that woman?" He really does not believe. Though all this time Arsen has never been close to any woman, even the man did not have a woman's friend.

However, Belinda did not realize that time had passed very long ago. Even the age of her marriage and Ivan alone has run seven years, it means that it has been more than seven years ago since she cut ties with Arsen because she chose to marry her husband now.

"Did you still miss your ex-boyfriend?"

Belinda was shocked when she heard Ivan's words. She turned to her husband with a nervous face while trying to smile.

"I'm just thinking about that woman, Honey. I'm afraid he'll take Brian, " Belinda told me lying.

Ivan snorted cynically. "Who do you think they are? No one can take anything that is already mine!" He spoke with great emphasis.

Belinda nodded in understanding and understood Ivan very well. What the man said was true, no one could stand against her husband. Even Arsen was not able to do anything in front of the Adijaya family.

Ivan then invited Belinda home because it was not in the mood to linger at the party. Especially with the presence of Arsen who re-ignited the fire in him, and the man was even with the woman who was the biological mother of his son.

"I'm sure all of this must not have been just a coincidence." Ivan clenched his hands together with a sharp glare directed at Arsen and Vania. "I should have destroyed him until he was not left alone. How dare he challenge me now?" He was really infuriated by Arsen's behavior. Just look, if the man dares to disturb his life, then don't blame him for smashing Arsen to dust.

After spending an hour at the party, Arsen invited Vania to leave. However, he did not take the woman to his parents' house, but to an apartment not far from where she was today.

"Good night, sir. Have a good rest" said Morgan when he arrived at the parking lot of Arsen's apartment.

Arsen nodded his head as he got down from the car, while Vania looked puzzled as she did not know where she was at the moment.

"Well, you were in the car? Downhill!" arsen exclaimed sharply making Vania rush out of the car.

Vania then looked around the place where they were at the moment. "Here's the apartment area, what are we going to do here?" He felt confused and scared at the same time.

"Follow me!" arsen orders while walking into the apartment.

Very forced, Vania followed the steps of Arsen who had already entered the elevator. The man seemed to be holding the elevator button to wait for her to get away together.

Ting.

The elevator door was opened to make Arsen immediately out and walk towards the door on the right of the elevator. Of course Vania also followed him while looking around him.

"Why is there only one door here?" Vania felt astonished because there was only one door on this floor.

"Hurry in!" exclaimed Arsen who was already standing in the doorway, making Vania immediately approach him and pass into the room.

Both of Vania's eyes widened when she saw the contents of the apartment. He knew if this apartment was very good, but it was unexpected that the contents were very luxurious.

Arsen let out a rough sigh as he again saw Vania fixated like that. I don't know how many times Vania's done that. Where did the woman come from, actually? Does everything in this world keep him fixated like that?

"Prepare hot water for me, I'll take a shower!" arsen's command made Vania instantly stare at him sharply. "What's? How dare you look at me like that?"

Vania immediately regained her senses and changed her eyes. "Where is your room, sir?"

Arsen pointed towards the second floor to answer Vania's question, then walked away towards the kitchen.

Vania rushed off in the direction designated by Arsen to immediately prepare the water for the man to take a bath. Slowly he opened the room that was Arsen's room, then his sense of smell immediately smelled a very refreshing mint fragrance, the same as Arsen's body.

"So this is her room" Vania murmured as she entered the room. For a moment he watched the contents of the room, then passed away to go to the bathroom to prepare water.

When she was done, Vania turned around and was about to meet Arsen to tell the man that the water was ready.

"Geez!" Vania shrieked in shock as she saw Arsen was already standing before her as she turned around, while Arsen was just silent with a sharp look. "W-what are you doing?" He asked stutteringly when he saw Arsen was already bare-chested and wearing only shorts.

"Mandy. Why, you wanna come?"

"W-what?"
