Gemintang and Hazel choose to take a walk in the city center while enjoying snacks sold there let alone a lot of bread and sweet snacks that are favorite of the girl.

Meanwhile, in the hospital, Raj and a team of doctors must fight to save a woman who experienced domestic violence. Her husband had been arrested by police but her injuries were far from humane.

"How can a husband stab his wife to 20?" umpat Raj tries to stop the bleeding in the victim's neck while his partner treats the other wound.

"His husband is a drug addict and when this incident happened, he was taking PCP until this heartbreaking event made us sad" said one nurse.

"How do you know?" ask Raj.

"I had a chance to ask the police officer earlier doc" replied the nurse.

The sound of a straight-line tone was heard in the ER room that made Raj and the doctors try to save the woman's life by doing a heart shock using a defibrillator but still no effect.

"This case ended up being a murder case" Raj said.
