Chapter 12 At lunch

Her morning..

Lucy is getting ready for her room, Lucy is wearing the work clothes that Clark's assistant just prepared. Yes.. Lucy was surprised when breakfast arrived Mr. Dev invited himself to join the company, working as a personal assistant.

One chance Lucy gets to see the outside world, rather than being confined to the penthouse as a slave.

With Clark's assistant behind the wheel, Clark greets Dev and Lucy as they both enter and sit in the back seat.

There was no talk during the trip, Mr. Dev with his flat gaze and Lucy who chose to stare out the window.

the journey from the penthouse to the company is only ten minutes. Clark's assistant opens the door for Mr. Dev, then Clark hands over the car keys to the security guard for parking.

As usual, the presence of the company owner will be the center of attention of employees who are in the lobby.

Mr. Dev walked with his broad footsteps, one hand into his pants pocket. Followed by Clark's auxiliary who was as aura-like as Lord Dev's shadow, then Lucy who stepped full of awkwardness as several employees looked at her.

Ryan escorted Lucy to the elevator.

"We meet again tomorrow at lunch ?"

"yes that's a good idea, see you Ryan.. "

Lucy walks into a special elevator to the CEO's room while Ryan returns to the floor where he works with a faint smile on his lips.
